Day 33

Footage from the Sunday eviction show. No times are given.

Some time in the morning – Ava and Estelle are toasting their coffees together while dangling their feet in the pool. From the kitchen George jokes the two girls are about to kiss. Bradley adds that they are the “new age lesbian” couple. Estelle tells Ava that they were the topic of conversation “last night” (Estelle and Angie were in the chat room together). Ava says “I love us” and they hug. Back in the kitchen Layla describes it as “that awkward moment when a hug lasts too long”.

Housemates are doing dips and Stacey comments that it’s easy for Ava because she has a small body. Ava is adamant that “it’s not easy” in a very forceful manner, and Stacey is taken back by the response. She later tells Ben “now listen you little tofu lover…”

Ray tells BB in the diary room that Estelle is a chameleon and Ava should be careful about that. Especially if Estelle is evicted, the other housemates might not be so welcoming of Ava after that.

Angie is convinced she’s going to be evicted and tells Layla some parting words: don’t let people push you around because you’re full of opinions and they’re going to be best friends on the outside and will hang out”. George is eavesdropping.

Michael and Josh are feeding each other gravy from a wooden spoon, much to the surprise of Ben.

While lounging, Ray says a good strategy to kiss girls is “rock paper scissors”. George comments that when he was in Melbourne he found it hard to pick up – only twice in a week. Stacey adds sarcastically “oh it’s such a hard life being ridiculously good looking and a millionaire isn’t it”. George’s perfect week was five pickups in a week. Ray’s strategy is to go into a nightclub and find the hottest girl and crack a joke then work his way down to the next level of pretty girl “or I’ll pick up at McDonalds”.

Angie is stressing about being evicted and Michael jokes “I can’t wait till Angie is evicted”. She gets quite frustrated and comes to the diary room. She gets teary and says she doesn’t want to leave yet. It’s been the experience of a lifetime and she’s not ready to give it up yet.

Ben asks Ava to sing for the housemates, which she does while everyone else clicks along.

Angie is sitting alone outside crying.

Day 32

10.02am – Michael and Zoe are in the Captains Quarters where he explains there are now two groups in the house:

Zoe
Michael
Stacey
Ben
Josh
Bradley
Layla and Angie sort of

And then there’s

Estelle
Ray
George

He adds regardless of how they feel, that’s a group but Estelle is starting to alienate herself. In the bedroom some of the housemates are laughing that Estelle made her side of the bed but not Angie’s (they share a bed). Ben asks which Barbie that is… “that’s Selfish Barbie”. Angie says that’s Pyscho Crazy Barbie. Bradley realises that Estelle is being referred to as Barbie because she has so many different personalities. Ben elaborates that there’s:

Gangster Barbie
Horse Riding Barbie
Mysterious Barbie – she’s the one where you don’t know what she’s going to say.

“Mysterious Barbie, would you like a tea?”
“No, I only eat tofu tea today, MEOW!”

Bradley adds that even so that’s the same person underneath those Barbie clothes. Angie says she’s going to make her side of the bed very pretty and leave Estelle’s as crap. Meanwhile Estelle and Ava are having a dance in the kitchen, to the confusion of George.

Michael is telling Zoe that George is boring. She agrees. “He’s a very interesting character, but he’s that basic bloke who doesn’t have much to say and when he does he sort of laughs it off as if having an opinion is a little bit… whoosy”.

12.13pm – Ava and Estelle are still inseparable, and everyone is still talking about Estelle. Josh says in the kitchen that she’s finding it hard to relate to people because no one knows which Estelle they will get – hip hop Estelle, basketball jersey Estelle, hippy Estelle or what? Zoe mentions the feeling in the house to try and separate Ava and Estelle – Zoe doesn’t think it’s a good idea because Estelle finally has some one. Josh believes it’s good for Estelle but probably detrimental for Ava.

12.51pm – The housemates have passed this week’s task (results weren’t shown). The housemates are now working out budget and Estelle talks a lot until Ben tells her “one at a time”. She then slinks away but initiates a discussion with Ben in the living room later on. She tells him she feels compressed in the house and starts getting teary. Ava, who is next to her, comforts Estelle, then keeps hugging her. She feels that every time she says something some one latches on to it and uses it to criticise her.

Ben says he does agree that Estelle may be more isolate in the house, but he also reminds Estelle not to take it to far and mentions that “everyone would like a go with Ava… she’s not the novelty toy, everyone’s keen, but at the moment there’s a lot of conversations in the house that no one is able to get to know Ava”. Estelle says she heard a conversation where Ben called her Ava’s guard dog. Ben denies this and says he referred to the two of them as the Bobsie twins. They hug and say “we are!”.

Ben reiterates the housemates are feeling as if Estelle is keeping Ava from the rest of the housemates. Estelle gets very upset and says she was just trying to be welcoming to Ava. The conversation goes round in circles and and ends with Estelle feeling that everything is a personal attack on her.

5.41pm – There’s a problem with the weekly shopping – everyone forgot to put any tofu on the list and new housemate Ava is a vegetarian. Angie suggest to Ava she speaks to Big Brother, apparently the other housemates assumed there was still 10kg of tofu in the pantry but that wasn’t the case. Angie gets very frustrated because Estelle started talking over the top of her, and they throw a few comments back and forth about it.

BB has allowed them to swap luxury items for some tofu. It’s revealed that some Tim Tams will be taken and Layla is not happy. She runs to the kitchen with Stacey to sneak some before they’re taken. They’re both not happy because the house is basically on staples again. Layla really, really doesn’t want to give up the Tim Tams. Stacey says “why can’t she eat like a normal person?”

8.45pm – The luxury items are being delivered to the diary room.

Tinned spaghetti
Tinned tuna
Sultana Bran
Hazelnut chocolate
Two packets of Tim Tams

is what Big Brother asks for. Zoe is not happy, Michael asks if there are any “eggceptions” (while holding an egg).

From a distance Layla screams “whyyyy?” upon learning the Tim Tams have to go. Ava is feeling really guilty about it and Josh reminds her that they’re luxury items and people can live without Tim Tams. They hug.

The new chat room is open for two housemates. Ben suggests Angie and Estelle go in to work out their differences and chat about what’s going on. Over some cakes and coffees Angie asks what’s going on with Estelle keeping Ava from the other housemates. She says she doesn’t like what’s going on. The line has crossed past having a giggle and being rude. There should be no division in the house – for example how Ben has been talking about two groups.

Meanwhile in the kitchen Michael predicts that the chat room pair are talking about banal subjects to get around the point that Angie hates Estelle.

Estelle is talking in circles (sorry – can’t even understand what she’s saying for the recap!). BB tells them they have one minute left and Angie concludes asking Estelle to not go on a rampage but bear in mind what people are thinking. Estelle replies:

“People think I don’t notice, I’m just above it, I’m not arrogant but I’m just above it”.

Day 30

8:27am. Bradley and Josh are getting the fire ready for the day’s bread. In the Captain’s Quarters, Big Brother wakes up Ava and she starts to get ready for the day. Back at the fire, Stacey and Josh are talking about the fire routine – Josh puts one log at the back and two on the sides. He tells Stacey what kndindling is. “Can we eat that?” she asks.

Estelle and Ray are in the kitchen talking about reasons why they might be nnominated. Ray thinks that people might have nominated him because he’s popular, so if he’s in the final five he would be getting a lot of votes and that would be a threat. “It’s just a bit weird to have a bit of rejection.”

Josh is called to the Diary Room – Big Brother tells him to go and clean the fishtank straight away and not tell any of his other housemates. When he gets there, Surly starts talking to him about his date today with Ava. Josh thinks Ava looks “a bit alright” and he’s looking forward to meeting her. Surly tells Josh about the secret Executive Bathroom off the bedroom and how to get in. Inside, he finds a Captain’s outfit, some champagne, and strawberries.

Cue montage of Josh relaxing in the spa bath and Ava putting lippy on.

Layla, Angie, Stacey and Zoe are concerned that Josh has gone missing. They don’t think that he’s left the house. Angie thinks that as long as they don’t get called in to the Diary Room (where he was last seen) it will be fine.

Cue further montage of the two getting ready for the date, complete with super cheesy soap music.

All housemates are called to the lounge room – they all look concerned. “Don’t worry, it’ll just be a challenge” says Angie. Josh is told to leave the Executive Bathroom and head straight to the Captain’s Quarters. He comes through the bedroom and all the housemates cheer. He meets Ava – it’s relatively awkward.

Ad break.

12.26pm – Ava and Josh are making small talk. The screen in the lounge room turns on, showing a feed from the Captain’s Quarters. All of the housemates scream and cheer. They think she’s from the Northern Territory. They start rating her looks out of 10 – most of them think she’s an 8. Later, the housemates run to the outside bathroom to see if they can hear through the wall. Meanwhile, in the Captain’s Quarters, Ava asks Josh if he’s a serial dater and he gets a bit flustered. They sit down to eat. The other housemates are still trying to hear through the bathroom walls, but they eventually give up.

Josh tells Ava about Angie. He says they spend the most time together in the house.

George, Ray and Estelle are in the kitchen talking about the reactions the other girls made when the screen came on. Estelle thinks that the heirarchy in the house will change as soon as she comes in and others will be nice to her to begin with, but it won’t take long before everyone starts bitching about her.

Estelle: It’ll be interesting to see how Angie responds to a new chick if she shows interest in Josh
Ray: A love square – that’s what Josh is going to be in. That son of a bitch.

Ava and Josh are talking about the bed situation in the house. She jokes that she should sleep as far away as possible for Ava. He says there is a spare bed next to him and they have a giggle.

Josh: With the girls, it’s just, I dunno, just talk to them I guess. Just try and…
Ava: Just let them know that I’m not threatening
Josh: Well, good luck with that… obviously you’re a female and you know girls, they’re going to automatically see you as a threat, you’re this new vibrant person

Ad break.

2.14pm – Captain Josh and Ava enter the house – some of the housemates hide behind the couch to surprise them.

Josh: Ladies and gentlemen, I would like you to meet… Ava!

The housemates do the kissy-kissy introductions. Ben asks if Josh tried to pick her up on the date, she says he was a perfect gentleman. A group take Ava on the obligatory house tour and some of the girls ask her if she’s single – she says yes. Estelle and Ava go for a walk. “I think you’ll fit in just fine here,” she says.

In the kitchen the boys are talking about whether Ava is hot or not. Josh says she’s right up his alley and he already told her that George isn’t available because he’s hooking up with Layla. The girls enter the bedroom and immediately talk about Estelle not leaving the bedroom so that Ava could unpack her bags and get a bit of a breather. In the bathroom, Estelle is helping Ava put her clothes in the wardrobe.

Estelle: Do you want some help? I just don’t want to be intrusive or anything…
Ava: No go for it, I’m happy for you to stay here, you’re actually really calming to me… I’ve just like instantly clicked with you.
Estelle: I feel the same about you, I could just tell…

Josh is in the Diary Room talking about the date. He says he was nervous and that she seems like a really nice girl.

In the kitchen, Angie says she thinks Ava is really confident. Layla thinks it’s because she’s a singer/songwriter and would have to perform on stage. Angie mentions that she’s also vegetarian. “We just got rid of the last one!” yells Bradley, talking about Sarah. “She was a 10 out of 10 and she just dropped to a 5.”

Layla: She is Josh’s type though.
Angie: Definitely. He just said that.

Back in the Diary Room, Big Brother asks Josh if it will affect his relationship with Angie. “I knew that question was coming!” He thinks that any new person in the house will change the dynamic between housemates.

Later, Estelle is in the Diary Room. Big Brother asks what her thoughts are on Ava. “I think she’s fabulous … she’s grounding for me. I feel like I know her but I don’t at all.” She says she doesn’t feel so alone any more and that there are like-minded people out there for her in Big Brother land.

Ad break.

3.23pm – Some of the housemates are out on the deck talking about the sleeping situation; Ava hasn’t picked her bed yet. Stacey and Benjamin think that she should sleep next to Josh to “keep the pests away” (referring to Angie).

Josh: For the first sorta week when, you know, Angie and I were being flirtatious and all of that sort of stuff it was good her coming in for cuddles and stuff like that, but now it’s like I don’t even say anything and it’s like she automatically comes over, it’s kinda like (he sighs)
Benjamin: It’s just so awkward!
Zoe: I think I’ve only been over once since she (Sarah) left
Benjamin: She looks like someone that will be good with personal space. You know, she’s a bit older…
Stacey: She can’t be next to Bradley, that’s just not fair

In the bedroom, Ray and George are talking about sharing beds.

Ray: I’ve gone from sharing a bed with Layla to sharing a bed with Bradley. And then getting nom nom’d two weeks in a row. What have I done? Is this karma?

Stacey and Layla are talking about her relationship with George. She says they’re on a friends level that probably won’t ever cross, and that they only kiss and cuddle in the night time now.

Back in the bedroom.

George: I dunno, like, you know sumtyymes, loike, I’ll hook up with a goirl, loike, she could be, let’s say, I dunno, loik, medium looking, but shay’ll have tha sexiest oies in the wurld… I dunno, I just love a goirl that has something so sexy about her… you know, there’s something about them that makes them so hot.
Ray: Yeah. I know what you mean. Like Layla.
George: Yeah. Just got, like, the best face.
Ray: Yeah man. Layla’s pretty smoking.
George: She’s by far my favourite sheila, outta personality wise. Just so easy to get along with.
Ray: I think that’s definitely a good thing, you chose the right girl.
George: She’s definitely growing on me, I’ll giva ya that tip ay
Ray: Yeah man.

Michel is in the Diary Room talking about Ava. He thinks she seems lovely and she’s not crazy like the rest of the housemates. He doesn’t think they are that compatible or and doesn’t know what they will bond about.

Zoe, Layla and Benjamin tell Ava about the songs they have made up in the house – they start singing Oats ala Layla. Bradley starts singing, to the same tune, “George is over Layla, now that he’s seen Ava.”

Ad break.

5.37pm – Angie’s animal noise (a baboon) comes over the loudspeaker. She runs outside and the narrator announces that she’s on the hunt for another of her favourite treats – there’s two jars of honey in the hatch. She must spread it all over her face, arms, and all through her hair. “I literally just washed and straightened my hair!”

Ava and Josh are in the bedroom.

Josh: Are you freaking out?
Ava: Not freaking out… just tired… I’m a bit drained. My concern was that I woudn’t be my bubbly self, but it’s all coming out… like I think I’m alright I guess.
Josh: You’re doing well so far
Ava: Thanks honey

Back outside, Angie must now cover herself in flour.

7.53pm – Ray, Estelle and Angie are preparing the family dinner. Josh and Ava are still in the bathroom talking. He likes her lipstick. Angie comes in to collect them now that dinner is ready – she’s dinner host for tonight.

The conversation topics begin. The first is “food amnesty: who has stolen food in the house?” Josh and Michael get up and announce that they have been hiding one block of chocolate and one packet of Tim Tams after most of the chocolate was eaten by the other housemates. Benjamin confesses he’s stolen some chocolate several times. “And it was delicious…” says Stacey.

Ad break.

Everyone is in the lounge room telling Ava about each other. Benjamin makes a couple of cracks at Ray being so competitive. Estelle talks about her rapping: “I rap for a joke, it’s a lot of fun.”

Later, in the kitchen, Estelle tells Ray and Angie she still thinks that she can’t speak without others taking it negatively. Angie thinks that some people still aren’t putting their all forward. In the bathroom, Josh, Bradley and Michael (aka “The Showerboys”) are giving Ava a performance – everyone is dancing.

Estelle is talking about her relationship with Angie in the Diary Room. She thinks that they have come a far way in the past week or so and she’s really happy about it. “She’s not what you expect. She’s not a book you can read by it’s cover.”

Stacey, Zoe and Angie are talking about Estelle. Angie thinks that she put herself in a corner when she was with Ryan because it was always those two together and no one else was a part of their group.

Ad break.

12.14pm – Bradley made a bet earlier in the day that both Estelle and Angie would get in to Josh’s bed that night – and they have. Out in the lounge room, Benjamin tells Ava about the Angie, Josh and Estelle relationship. “Angie is obsessed with him. She was in his bed every night at one point… but I think now she’s stopped. She’s realising she’s not needed.” Zoe is in the punishment room talking to herself about spiders crawling out of shoes. Benjamin and Ava think she’s gone mad.

The lights have been dimmed in the bedroom. Josh tells Ava that when he can’t sleep he counts the glow from the downlights. Ava thinks it’s cute.

Michael is in the Diary Room. Big Brother asks whether he thinks the dynamics in the house will be interesting now that Ava is in the house. He thinks so.

Day 29

8.21am – The housemates wake to find the backyard has been done up like a jungle. A new Big Brother voice – “The Narrator”, who sounds like David Attenborough, addresses the housemates. “You are all about to become animals starring in the Big Brother wildlife documentary. This week we will observe you as you struggle to survive within the confines of the Big Brother house”. HMs must keep up with The Narrator during the task to pass. They are then given costumes:

Michael is the lion
Zoe and Layla are lionesses
Ben and Stacey are flamingoes
Ben is a cheetah (he doesn’t look impressed)
Estelle is an elephant
Josh and George are buffaloes
Angie is a baboon
Ray is a hyena, and is then asked to howl at the heavens by The Narrator.

9.03am – The task begins. The lions must take their place on ‘Pride Rock’. All of the other housemates gather at the base of the rock and bow graciously to the lion in a show of respect. Michael addresses each of the animals with a joke. “Delighted with the attention, the lion roars to his subjects”. The Narrator isn’t impressed and instructs Michael to roar several times over. The other animals then make their own calls one by one.

Later in the kitchen Josh reveals some food he has stored in his cupboard. Bradley is surprised that Josh still has food left and Josh sarcastically replies “yes, because I can control my eating habits, some people in this house can’t”. He then complains that the house has already gone through a whole box of Wheetbix since Friday (3 days ago). Bradley says he had two bricks for breakfast and there are some people who have five. He then discovers there are two packets of Tim Tams left, but no chocolate or lollies.

10.24am – Back to the task – the lionesses are instructed to hunt for food for their king lion. Turns out there is food in the BBQ area dumbwaiter and the lionesses have to cook it for Michael. They also have to complain about the life of being a servant. They make up some conversation about Michael not paying attention to them and how they’d rather “hook up with a water buffalo”. The next scene in the documentary sees Ray the hyena steal Michael’s meal and eat it.

Later on Ben is commenting that BB always gives the food to Ray in tasks. Stacey does an impression of Ray: “oh yeh I love my food … protein and P is for protein”. Zoe has noticed that Ray never interacts with people one-on-one, only in groups. Stacey says he’s so annoying and she can’t stand being around him. They all think he’s “playing the game”.

Later on Ben is playing around with the floating crocodile in the pool, being wrestled by it while the other housemates watch on and laugh.

In the Captains Quarters intruder Ava addresses Big Brother by saying her game plan is to not have one – she has limited how much of the show she’s watched and what she knows about each housemate. She thinks she’ll get along well with Stacey and Angie. She will see how things go with Josh, she doesn’t expect fireworks.

12.58pm – A baboon sound is playing, which means Angie must get into character. She’s instructed to grab bananas and sit on a branch in the tree. There she must mash bananas all over her face because “the Big Brother baboon loves bananas”. Bananas must then be mashed all over her body and hair. Finally, she must stay in the tree with banana all over her for several hours.

The Narrator: What a strange creature.

Later Stacey is giving Bradley a makeover (dressing him in drag), including applying some heavy makeup and one of her dresses (which fits perfectly). Stacey then introduces the rest of the house to the new Bradley. He walks around saying “hi boys”. Ben is shocked. “Stacey has taken me from beast to beauty”. Stacey says “he’s my project”. Later still Stacey is now turning George into Georgina – his dreads are in pigtails and he says “I look like a cross dresser hey!”. Stacey replies the obvious “you sure do”.

Josh comes to the diary room and tells Big Brother

4.01pm – The water buffalo are having a locked horn fight where they stare each other down. They are then instructed to wallow in mud, before Estelle the elephant must join them.

8.26pm – Nominations have just finished. Angie, Estelle and Ray are nominated. Ray comes to the diary room and is asked if he thinks he was nominated for tactical reasons by the other housemates. Ray has heard a few people in the house say they think he’s a thread and he thinks his occupation, a vet, gives him an upper hand with the public. Angie and Estelle are comforting each other about their nomination. It’s the first time Angie has been nominated and she’s feeling it. Estelle seems to be coming on quite strong though and Angie gets a bit agitated.

Intruder Ava is in the Captains Quarters enjoying a spa and a glass of sparkling wine.

Later in the bedroom, Josh tells Angie she has nothing to worry about, but Angie isn’t so sure. Estelle is in the diary room telling Big Brother that she’s starting to realise her personality is quite different to the pack in the house “I’m a bit of an outlier, and so are the other nominees”. She comments that it seems to be a trend that the slightly different people get nominated and voted out of the house.

Angie tells Big Brother the thought of going home sends a shiver up her spine.

While the housemates are having dinner Josh is called to the diary room where he is told BB has a job offer for him. “As a man who’s been on 100 dates, you’re the perfect man for the job”. Josh is then shown footage of Ava in the Captains Quarters spa. BB says “you are looking at the newest Big Brother housemate”. Josh laughs at screen and BB tries to illicit some responses, but Josh can only say “this is so you, you would do that”.

Big Brother tells Josh that Ava is to be his 101st date for lunch tomorrow, where he has to fill her in on the other housemates and the goings on of the house. At the end of the date Josh must formally invite her to join the rest of the house. He’s not allowed to tell the other housemates about this. BB asks Josh if he predicts this will be a “great date”. Josh isn’t sure, he looks like Ava will be a “tough nut to crack, it looks like she might have a bit of attitude”.

Josh returns to dinner and tells the others it was a routine mic check.

Day 28

7.11pm – Sarah has just been evicted and the house is feeling solemn. Everyone hugs each other for comfort, Ben and Zoe are tearing up. Josh hugs Estelle and she tells him “you smell good. A little later, Ben collects Sarah’s family photos from above her bed. Stacey and Zoe are shocked, as Stacey thought Sarah was going to win the series.

Ray comes to the diary room, obviously ecstatic at not being evicted, he can’t stop smiling. He says he thought he would be evicted tonight and be met with a booing crowd but instead the opposite has happened: “I’ve never been so happy”. Ray then says the house has been torn in two and now that Sarah has gone one particular half will be exposed for who they really are.

Bradley is contemplating about how he was saved from eviction but didn’t receive the most save votes. He predicts he’s making his way down and will be evicted eventually. Zoe tries to comfort him but doesn’t do a very good job.

Josh and Michael think it’s likely an intruder is coming soon. Josh says “I think it would be a classic move if they put in a super hot chick because the girls in here would lose their minds about it”. Michael adds “nothing makes me happier than ignoring a smoker” (he means a smoking hot girl).

Bradley tells Big Brother in the diary room that he’s happy he was saved but sad that Sarah is gone because she was such a positive influence on the house.

8.13pm – Time for Sarah’s farewell message.

Ben – you are just a fantastic gentleman and everyone in the house will never be the same from meeting you. You will go further in your life than even your dreams can imagine

Zoe – The amazing selfless person that you are just rubs off onto other people. But I do hope you learn to put yourself first because you’re an amazing spiritual person.

Ray – (she stalls) Your positive… spirit… your positive attitude, you know… Tom Cruise! I don’t think there’s anything wrong with Tom Cruise, maybe Katie Holmes thinks so but yeah.

Stacey – We’ve been bed buddies and I’ve loved every second of it.

Estelle – Well, we’ve been on a journey and I think we can all agree it’s a journey we’ll never take back and we learn something new every day.

Angie – 21 and the experience of a 30 year old. Never lose sight of your innocence. When you’re 30 I want you to be exactly the same as you are now.

Michael – I thought I was a smart girl but I aint got nothing on you. You are hysterical in so many ways.

Bradley – This journey has just begun for you. I heard you say in some recent moments that you didn’t mind which way tonight goes. I mind because I would love to see you finish this and you’re a 19 year old with not many life lessons you’ve learnt previous to this but you have just taken on board each and every lesson.

“Be yourselves, don’t second guess yourselves. I miss you already.”

Later Zoe is in the diary room telling BB she was just so upset to hear Sarah’s name being called out during the eviction. She imagines Sarah would be like her older sister if she had one.

Stacey and Ben are wondering who will get the nomination superpower this week. Ben hopes he gets it, and that if he was to get it he has plans of what he’d do with it. Stacey nods along “yes you will”.

10.43pm – Big Brother suddenly announces that Angie uttered many swear words within a few minutes time. She is sent to the naughty corner. Inside is a pile of hay, and Angie says “oh my god are you fucking serious? Oops! Big Brother this is a joke!”. Big Brother says he has lost his favourite needle and Angie must find it in the haystack. Angie jumps into the hay and some of the housemates watch, but Michael and Josh are the first to wander off bored.

Angie: Big Brother I can’t find this fucking needle!

Ray is the last remaining housemate to wait by the naughty corner. He tells Bradley “I’d feel bad if I left” and Bradley replies “I’d feel bad if I watched this any further”. Meanwhile Josh is speaking to Stacey about his non-relationship with Angie. He says that she’s not some one he’d ever go for outside of the house.

After some time Angie calls out “Big Brother! I have to go to the toilet”. Big Brother says she may leave the naughty corner, but Big Brother is far from satisfied. The punishment will be dealt with… later.

Angie: “Oh Big Brother… I’m sorry”

Day 27

Footage from the Sunday eviction show.

In the morning Josh is questioning how much chocolate was secretly eaten by some of the housemates last night. He’s really not happy. Outside, Michael asks what should be an appropriate punishment for those who snuck chocolate. Bradley says “a punishment should be for Sarah and Stacey who snuck our behind our backs and ate chocolate”.

Stacey (angrily): Bradley, you came out, had some chocolate and then thanked me.

Bradley looks blank.

Later there are comments that Estelle and Angie could be sisters from another mister. They’re both sitting on either sides of Josh. There is footage of Sarah in the diary room explaining that Angie and Josh are great together but Estelle is the love triangle that no one saw coming.

Michael is using the infra red thermometer from the pizza oven to measure “who is hot for whom”. He measures that Josh’s hand on Estelle is very hot, 32 degrees “you creep”.

Ben comments inside that what was happening earlier was an episode of ‘Chances’. Estelle was all over Josh. Ben says “if I had razors for eyes….” suddenly Estelle walks in and everyone shuts up.

Layla and Angie (talking like they’ve had a fair few wines) have come into the diary room to tell Big Brother that Estelle is loving the male attention. They do a reenactment of Estelle wanting affection from Josh and George. The two of them say “we’re not bothered, but if we were bothered, we’d be bothered”.

Ben is warning Josh that if he has any aspiration to be with his love interest from outside the house, he needs to stop letting Angie doing what she’s doing (their pseudo non-relationship).

There’s an awkward moment outside when the girls don’t want to talk to Estelle.

Josh and Michael have come to the diary room. They say that all the housemates are flipping out and losing their minds. Both of them seem a bit tipsy as well. Michael comments that Josh is oblivious there is a “love hexagon” forming around him. “Ben probably wants a slice”. Michael even jokes that he’s interested.

Later at bedtime some of the housemates are cuddling and Ben walks over to Josh and Angie’s bed and pulls Angie out from the bottom of the bed. Then he pulls Estelle (who is cuddling with Michael) out of the bed and dumps them both in their own bed, away from the boys.

(There is more footage but it’s hard to tell when it is from, or if it’s even from the same day. The conversations are disjointed.)

Later in the night, Angie is telling Ben that she feels Estelle is trying to take over her roll in the group. For example, Estelle is always wedging herself in with the boys. “It sucks”. Ben reminds her that Estelle doesn’t have other people in the house.

Meanwhile in the bedroom Zoe is telling Layla she thinks everyone is sick of Angie and Josh’s relationship.

Ben is in the diary room explaining he thinks George is not doing anything in the house and is only there for a holiday “he’s taking the scenic tour”.

Ben: What do you reckon Big Brother? Josh gets treated like he’s the prettiest man in the house. Michael’s always there whispering in his ear about how crazy all the girls are for him, and it must come from a little bit of jealousy, because you’d think he’d just sit back and be happy for his mate.

Ray is having his chest waxed by some of the housemates in the bedroom. He screams and writhes around with each strip. He starts bleeding and a layer of skin has been taken off. The girls do both of his pecs at the same time. He’s bleeding a lot. Zoe gets George on the leg with a wax strip.
