Day 14

Footage from the Monday nominations show.

7.17pm – Charne has just been evicted. The housemates cheer “we love you Charne” and sing “Charne, Charne, everythings gonna be ok”. Estelle and Layla do a celebratory jump into the pool with their clothes on after surviving the first eviction. The housemates all clap and cheer on. Angie reminds the girls they are safe from eviction for another two weeks after the boys failed the secrets challenge. Benjamin is happy he has a whole bedroom to himself now.

Later in the bathroom Layla talks to the fishes and tells them to shake their tail if they’re happy she stayed. They do (but they also need to do that to swim). In the kitchen Ryan is explaining that he would be devastated if Estelle (his current romance) was evicted. “I would have teared”. Josh laughs and says the equivalent of “whatever”. Ryan jokingly responds “oh sorry mister I’ve dated a hundred chicks”. Angie and Josh (a current romance) taunt each other over Josh’s 100 chicks.

In the lounge room Stacey jokes that she won’t be cooking or doing anything with her hands since her secret was that she’s a hand model. She tells the housemates they will now be feeding her to the mouth. Layla will not be doing anything because she’s royalty.

It’s time for Charne’s video farewell. “My time in the house has been extremely inspiring, uplifting and such a different experience to what I ever thought it might have been.

Sarah – extended an arm and an olive branch to me
Benjamin – you’re an absolute delight to be around and a funny, funny, funny person I love it
Angie – thanks for helping me out on certain levels
Layla – my very first sleeping companion you gorgeous gorgeous english lady you
Estelle – also lovely wonderful, wonderful person
Michael – you are definitely one insanelyely smart person and I wish I could have learnt more from you
Josh – quick wit, nice humour, love it
Ryan – yep… what can I say. Always good for a laugh.
Bradley – Ah Bradley, you have so much to learn. You’re so young. Just be very wary, a word of advice be very wary of what you say and how you say it to people, because that can be detrimental.

Stacey says to Bradley “listen to older peeps” and he replies “hey she got voted off, she doesn’t know what she’s talking about”.

Ray – you focus and determination is far beyond anything I’ve seen before and far beyond my years (and nice arms!)
Zoe – wow, you say what you think and it’s been absolutely phenomenal
Stacey – you are a comedian and I hope you get your own show one day
George – my boxing buddy! Thank you so much for letting me punch you.

The housemates all clap a farewell.

Layla has come to the diary room, and she’s very teary. She says she doesn’t know if she’s alright. “I feel really weird, I can’t believe people voted for me to stay in the house”.

Estelle in the diary room says “I guess I got lucky Big Brother, I’m here”.

Zoe tells BB in the diary room “I’m pretty excited … I’m a little bit excited about doing boys nominations. There’s been moments in the last week or two where I’ve sat there and looked at certain people and thought ‘I hope the girls win the next one’ because… they’re a bit silly.

8.39pm – George and Layla are making out in the bedroom. Angie is reporting back to the housemates in the living room what she just saw. “He just grabbed her and backed her”.

Ben has been summoned to the diary room to discuss the incident where he through a glass of water in Bradley’s face. BB says it was borderline aggressive behaviour, and he wants Ben to reconsider how he deals with his anger in the house. BB thanks Ben and “that is all”. Ben is very sullen and takes a moment to compose himself before he leaves the diary room. He reports back to the lounge room that he has been put on notice for the water incident “because it was taken as an act of violence”.

“The instinct behind me throwing that glass of water wasn’t I’ll get a laugh out of people, but I certainly did it because I was angry at him”.

Michael puts things in perspective: “throwing drinks in some one’s face isn’t a normal reaction, it’s an action that you would give to Whitney Houston (or Brenda, Ben’s alter-ego), I just don’t think it’s very you”.

Later in the kitchen Ben is still quite agitated about the warning. He tells Bradley he has something to discuss “I’ve been given an official warning for throwing the glass of water, but I just want to talk to talk about it because what I did was wrong. There’s a small part of me that did it because I thought it was funny, but there’s a large part of me that did it because I was frustrated with you, and there’s must better ways of expressing ourselves as housemates than doing something that’s physical. And I’m aware of that, I just reacted really badly to something”.

Big Brother announces there has been four warnings today about microphones, and George is “lucky number five”. He must report to the naughty corner. Inside he must iron a washing load of shirts. He cannot leave until Big Brother is satisfied with the ironing. Having obviously never ironed a shirt before, George does a terrible job. Angie walks up to the glass to direct him how to iron a shirt. Big Brother tells the housemates if they have any washing that they would like ironed, feel free to bring it to George now. The girls all cheer and grab clothes.

Later on in the bedroom Ryan and Estelle (a current romance) are alone. Ryan tells Estelle that he went to the diary room when she was first nominated. He told BB he was upset. She gives him a hug. “I went in there and was like oh, ah, this sucks man. It sucks that she’s up for nomination because she’s an awesome girl and I think most of the guys didn’t nominate her, it would had been the girls”. BB asked him if he would be upset if she was evicted “yeah of course, I have formed a strong relationship with her”. Estelle says Ryan is like her mate and she can go to him if I want a hug or be stupid or if she wants to laugh at him.

Estelle: “When I get evicted it will either be because people hate me because I’m so (straight line) and I won’t join the pack. Like I will, I’m nice, but if I don’t believe it I’ll stand on my own”.

Ryan: Good

Estelle: It’s good, good.

Later in the diary room Estelle tells BB she feels her relationship with Ryan has grown stronger. She got to see a relaxed Ryan for Ryan and everyone else is starting to see it whether it’s blonde and silly but he’s a multi faceted person.

Meanwhile in the lounge room Stacey and Josh are “reenacting” Estelle and Ryan. Josh is Estelle lying down on the couch:

Josh: I’m Estelle… hip and hop and doin’ things that rap

Stacey: Babes

Josh: Oh hai Ry

Stacey: Sorry I haven’t told you think because oi’ve been you know, like full G’ed up with the bois and that. But I wanna say this, and I’m gonna say it once, and I want you to know, that I want you to be moi Gee-Eff, cos oi haven’t had one since I was eleven. And I didn’t eat the chilli, but I feel I’m a man now.

All the housemates in the lounge room (including Ryan) laugh. Fake Estelle and fake Ryan have a comical make out on the couch, next to the real Ryan.

In the kitchen Layla is telling the others that George is so lovely and sweet. He has the same family morals as me, how we’ve been brought up it’s very similar.

12.18am – George is placing the doona over Layla. Meanwhile though Zoe (who previously had eyes for George) is chatting with Ben in their bed:

Zoe: I specifically called Layla over and I told her that I wasn’t into him anymore. It was all fine, that she should go for him. But then sometimes I sit there and I watch them and I’m like… he’s so lovely. He’s so gorgeous. Then I think maybe it’s just me wishing I had something I don’t have.

Layla and George are snuggling into each other more, and then jokingly bicker about who will sleep on which side of the bed. They roll around and hug. Zoe looks pained. All the housemates say they love each other, and goodnight.

Day 13

Footage from the Sunday eviction show.

Layla is worried her kiss with George last night will backfire while she’s nominated. She tells Angie she’s not sure if the kiss will be a one off.

In the kitchen Benjamin asks if it’s wrong he finds that Layla and Angie drive him insane. Sarah says no she can’t stand the two of them either. She explains when Zoe first entered the house she had the biggest crush on George, and now she doesn’t (because Layla walked in, Benjamin finishes the sentence). Layla knew this is how it was but didn’t care about Zoe’s intentions.

Ben: “I kinda feel like they’re the witches of Eastwick trying to latch onto these boys anyway they can”.

Later it’s family dinner time and Bradley brings up the topic of alliances in the house. He’s talking about the “original crew” who came in on the first night (him and Josh) and how they have a slight rift with the others who came later. He rubs Ben on the shoulder and says “we just don’t like them as much as the others”.

It seems to be a joke but Ben reacts instantly by throwing a whole glass of water in Bradley’s face. They both smile at each other and Ben says “I don’t know how much I can take”. Bradley responds with “that’s commitment to a joke”. The other housemates don’t really know what to say. Angie says Ben’s actions weren’t being a joke. Bradley laughs it off.

It’s later in the night, Benjamin asks Bradley “are you not speaking to me?”.

“Oh, no I wasn’t sure if you were speaking to me”.

“I think, to be honest, like I’ve watched in lots of situations of the moment where you’re being rude to people and it’s really bothering me. I sincerely apologise for throwing a glass of water in your face because I didn’t do it to be funny Bradley I did it because I was upset. And it’s like I honestly believe in lots of way the other housemates are provoking you to be a way that you aren’t truly are. I do. You now think it’s funny to be rude to people and it’s not. When I first met you you weren’t like this. I just hope that you stop being so… I don’t know. Unaware of other people’s feelings. Like I just watch you doing it to people all the time and I’m like why are you being so unaware. Like did you think I would not be upset when you said that at the table?”

“It was a joke”

“Yeah I know it’s a joke but how … it’s not my job to teach you this but how are you supposed to work out what the difference between a joke is and what’s actually hurting some one’s feelings. Like how are you supposed to work that out, if you can’t work out what’s a joke and what’s not that seems really weird to me.”

Bradley is shocked. He responds with “okay… I’ll take that onboard”.

Benjamin walks away, leaving Bradley in silence.

Day 12

Footage from the Sunday eviction show.

6.14pm – Ryan has been called to the diary room as a distraction while the other housemates all scrambled to get dressed up for his surprise birthday party. Big Brother tells Ryan to put a suit and get ready – there’s a lit dressing table in the diary room. The theme for the party is “glamor”, the girls must dress as Hollywood starlets and the boys are paparazzi. Ryan dresses as himself.

In the kitchen the housemates find Ryan’s cake – it has a shirtless photo of Ryan on the top. “That’s exactly what he would love”. Ryan starts to leave the diary room with his shirt and suit jacket open, and Big Brother reminds him “don’t forget to strut”.

He enters the backyard and is met with cheers and party poppers. Bradley the paparazzo asks “Ryan are the rumours about you and Estelle true?”, the two of them pose for a photograph. There’s a group photo.

The housemates have noticed Layla has been paying a lot of attention to George. Zoe also likes him, and said to Angie:

Zoe: “and I said if you’re keen as she is then it’s on like Donkey-Kong and he gave me a big smile and is like yesss”

Layla asks what are they talking about, “nothing”. Layla replies “oh, so it’s about me?”

9.07pm – The housemates are gathered in the living room and are shown Ryan’s “portfolio” on the plasma. It’s all shots of him shirtless. Stacey says “were you eating carbs then Ryan? I see a bit of a crease up the… you know, just saying you could be a bit skinner babes”. The housemate all holler at the shirtless photos. Benjamin looks very impressed. Michael asks Ryan to reenact one of the poses from the photo. He flops down on the ground and gives a sleazy look. Michael then asks Ryan to do a surprised Zoolander look in the mirror. The housemates “oooo”.

George: “he looked right in my soul”

9.42pm – In the bathroom the girls are gossiping and Layla tells Angie she can’t believe her and Zoe were talking about her earlier. Angie explains what the situation is and Layla doesn’t look all that impressed. Benjamin, who is now wearing a dress asks what is going on but the girls tell him not to worry.

Ben: “why don’t I get to know? I’m a woman now!”

12.37am – In the bedroom Michael tells George to go spoon Layla, all the housemates laugh. Layla goes and joins George under their doona. The lights go down. In the dark the two start kissing. They then spoon and George kisses Layla’s neck.

Day 9

The weekly task continues. Ray and Ryan are on the bike. Ryan is rapping (really badly) – he can’t even rhyme. Ray is making jokes and it’s clear Ryan doesn’t understand. Benjamin and Angie are cooking bread while Josh and Estelle talk about how cold it is. They’re wondering whether Big Brother will give them hot water this morning. Ryan, Stacey and Ray go to the Diary Room and tell Big Brother they are running out of food. He’s not interested.

Layla is talking to Surly the fish in the bathroom when she’s called to the Diary Room with Estelle and Charne (they’re all nominated this week). To lift spirits, Big Brother has decided that the three girls should host the family dinner tonight. They need to cook and provide the entertaining conversation topics to discuss over dinner.

Angie and Benjamin are chatting by themselves in the kitchen. Angie is telling him she thinks that Estelle purposely puts her down when they’re in conversation and she doesn’t like. Benjamin is giving his opinion when Estelle walks in – he badly tries to cover up and leaves the kitchen in embarassment. Estelle say she hopes there is controversy at the family dinner tonight because she wants to see everyone’s “true colours”. Angie says she hopes it doesn’t get too heated and people become uncomfortable, but Estelle says she does want it to get heated.

In the bathroom, Angie is telling Benjamin, Layla and Stacey about what Estelle just said. Layla perks up when she hears that Estelle wants confrontation (“to me that means minimal life experience – and that’s not nice!”) and storms out of the bathroom to go to the Diary Room. In the Diary Room, she starts crying and says she’s worried about the family dinner tonight. “This might be my last week in the house and I don’t want to sit at a dinner table and argue with someone because they want confrontation.”

Ad break.

Josh and Michael are on the bike. Michael says that the “big mystery” for him is Estelle. “We’ve either met the real her and she’s now playing the game, or she was playing the game and now we’ve met the real her.” By the pool, Estelle asks Angie “are you scared of opinionated conversation?” Angie says that if she doesn’t know enough about a topic she’s not going to try and be involved.

In the bedroom, Benjamin and Estelle are talking about Angie. Benjamin is telling her that they are both a little bit insecure and they are fighting for two different things – Angie sees a hierarchy and Estelle sees independence. “Sometimes it’s really good to become friends with the enemy,” he says. Back on the bike, Big Brother fires the water cannon on Josh and Michael… twice.

George is trying to figure out which female housemate’s secret is that they were a champion weightlifter. He has an arm wrestle with Zoe and loses. Ryan has convinced himself that Estelle’s secret is that she’s part of a royal family and he’s trying to get more information out of her by asking her about her diamonds and jewellery. Back in the kitchen, Zoe is arm wrestling Layla and Bradley is versing Angie. Bradley wins.

Sarah is in the Diary Room telling Big Brother that she needs to go and talk to Angie about her aggressiveness, but doesn’t think the time is right.

Later in the evening, Benjamin comes to the Diary Room and tells Big Brother that he broke one of the microphones in the backyard when he was spinning around the pole it is attached to. “You will be dealt with accordingly,” says Big Brother.

Angie and Sarah are talking on the couch. Angie says she feels like the Big Brother house is like school and that the housemates are getting clique. Sarah says that as a 30 year old she doesn’t see this as school at all but more like a holiday, and doesn’t want Angie to look back on her time and think that she wasn’t a nice to everyone as she should have been.

Big Brother has given Charne, Layla and Estelle additional food for the dinner party tonight. Layla has burnt her finger. In the Diary Room, Angie is crying. She says that she felt negative towards Estelle at the start of the day because they go about things different ways. She then says that she wants the housemates – particularly Sarah – to give her a break and stop giving her advice.

Ad break.

All the housemates are eating the feast the girls have cooked. Layla’s topic is Australian culture vs. English culture. Benjamin asks her if she would be rather have a child in England or Australia and she says Australia. Michael’s topic is “the event that has defined your lives”. George says that his was when he received his apprenticeship. Angie’s is that she moved out of home when she was 15 and realised that life wasn’t all bad. Charne’s is when her father passed away when she was very young. She says that she has never really dealt with it and that’s why she is so closed off from other people.

In the lounge, the conversation has moved to what everyone would change about themselves. Estelle says that she would like to be able to open up to people more and become a little bit less independent. Bradley says that he wishes he could fix his stutter. He says that the small things like ordering pizza or going through the drivethru are the most terrible.

Ad break.

Benjamin has been sent to the Naughty Corner. He has to lick potato chips and put them in bowls based on what flavour they are: chicken, sour cream and chives and salt and vinegar. After a while he started crunching the chips and throwing them in the air while the housemates laugh on. “Big Brother, my lips are really salty. And the air conditioner makes my eyes hurt. And not being able to talk to everyone else is bad for the soul.” Eventually, Big Brother lets him out of Naughty Corner.

The male housemates have been called to the Man Cave to discuss the girl’s secrets. They’ve decided that Charne is the one with OCD. They think that Sarah is definitely not the nude protester.

Back in the lounge room, the girls are talking about the problems they have with others in the house. Zoe says that her pet hate is when Angie speaks over other people and that she does it all the time. Estelle agrees and that she feels that she has to compete to speak and that the courtesy isn’t there when she does get a chance – particularly from Angie. “This really, really hurts me,” says Angie. She says that everyone has been attacking her today and it’s upset her. Sarah is saying that the clique with the other girls in the house is making her feel really uncomfortable.

The male housemates have been watching the girls arguing on the TV in the Man Cave. When they’re asked to leave, they hover by the door to try and catch the conversation. Sarah asks the girls who knew about Charne being upset last night; only Estelle raises her hand. “If that was me, and only two people in this room knew that I was upset, I would be devastated.” Angie says “Honestly, I don’t think that I am that much of a cunt to be sitting here and copping it.” She gets up and leaves.

The boys reenter the lounge to find the girls in tears. Layla is at the backyard bathroom talking to Angie, who has locked herself in. Layla says that Angie hasn’t done anything wrong and that some people cause conflict because of their own insecurities. Later, in the Diary Room, Layla tells Big Brother that the house is stressful at the moment.

Angie is getting ready for bed, telling Benjamin that she thinks Sarah is a bitch. Meanwhile, Sarah is in the Diary Room and says she feels really terrible – not about what she said or how she said it, but that maybe she shouldn’t have said it at all. Stacey has joined Angie and Benjamin in the bedroom for the bitch session. Sarah says that Angie needs to listen and learn from other people and she’s not doing it at the moment. “Not every problem is yours to fix,” says Big Brother.

Stacey has taken on the role of party planner for Ryan’s birthday this weekend. She wants Ryan Gossling or Craig David to come.

Michael sums up the day’s dramas in the bedroom. “I feel guilty now and I don’t know how to deal with the whole nomination process. It’s where wars start and I just don’t want that. Hopefully I can figure out how to solve it amicably. Or maybe with tears and sweat so it looks good.”

Day 2

7:55pm: Ryan enters the house to the delight of the guys, and girls (watching from the Parlour room). The girls shout out that he is the millionaire (he is wearing a suit jacket). He meets the three existing housemates and also meets George, who has been in the house for no more than 15 minutes. The girls come out from the Parlour room and take him on a tour of the house. They find Ryan a bed.

Michael is in the diary room saying that Stacey is not being subtle about her affection for Ryan in these early stages. Stacey shows Ryan that they do a morning Yoga course out on the grass. Ryan tells Stacey that Michael is a smartass about his job (Ryan is a model). Michael back in the diary room says that Ryan sounds right up Layla’s alley – 7/1 but if alcohol is in the mix but the odds down to 5/1.

Estelle takes her hair out of the rollers and Angie comments that her hair looks gorgeous. Back in the bedroom Josh is giving Bradley tips on how to check out chicks on the sly – they practice on Angie. While that happens Sarah says she just took her underwear off and they didn’t even notice. Michael laughs saying they are rookies and he was all over it!

Ryan and George come into the diary room to talk to Big Brother. They say that they are enjoying the house – they say they are the new kids at school so a bit of a novelty. Ryan says the girls are arguing about where he is sleeping.

10:11pm: In the kitchen, Bradley asks if others think Estelle looks like a rapper. She has a hat on backwards so Josh suggests that she does. On the way back outside to join the rest of the group Bradley and Estelle skip along together. Angie says she needs to go to the bathroom and talks Estelle along with her. The comment that Bradley is the cutest but Angie says to be careful as she feels that he might be thinking that there might be something more than friends. Estelle says there is nothing more than friends and she hopes that that’s the case on his side as well. Meanwhile, back outside Sarah introduces the two new housemates to their ‘pet birds’ (fake birds perched on an antenna) – Ryan admits that he hates birds and Sarah believes that she has just solved one of the housemate’s secrets.

Female housemates are called the Parlour – the girls discuss Ryan revealing that he hates birds. Meanwhile Bradley is waiting near the entrance to the backyard in the hope that another housemate might be about to enter. Back with the girls they debate whether George could be a millionaire as a sparky – they think he has dated a lot of women. Outside the boys say Angie and Sarah are hot, but say that Sarah does have a boyfriend. The girls debate Ryan and wonder if he has the phobia of birds or whether he has a high IQ. Layla comments that she thinks Ryan is a ‘proper English lad’, while Zoe says that she hopes George has dated 100 women because she would like to be the 101st.

10:43pm: Ray enters the house saying ‘Sorry I’m late’. The girls all yell at the TV saying “millionaire” – they also mention that’s he very cocky. He tells the boys that he’s a vet – they show him the fish in the house and tries to figure out what type they are. Ryan asks how many years Ray had to study for to become a vet, he says six and then asks how many years Ryan had to study to become a model. They both laugh. In the kitchen Ray discovers that there is no chocolate milk and slams the door shut – the girls see this and disapprove. The female housemates come out and meet Ray – Stacey wonders if he is like a sting-ray! Ray is still after some chocolate milk and decides to go and ask Big Brother for some. He says he just checked the fridge and there is no chocolate milk – however Big Brother tells him to stop referring to him as “mate”. Ray says ‘cya mate’ before correcting himself and calling him Big Brother. He swears about Big Brother as soon as he comes out of the diary room saying he isn’t very nice.

11:18pm: Ray is called back to the diary room for again being rude to Big Brother. He is sent to the naughty corner and told to write lines on the blackboard – the other housemates watch on and laugh. Michael is watching on without his microphone and Big Brother tells him off for that also. He instructs Michael to give Big Brother 50 push ups – the other housemates are all laughing and help him count to 50. In the naughty corner, Ryan gets sick of writing lines and tries to bluff Big Brother by writing exactly what he said including the words ’50 times’ instead of writing it out fifty different times – the housemates think he will get in even more trouble but the female housemates convince him to keep writing while the male housemates egg him on to keep up the fight. Over in the kitchen Stacey and Michael believe that Ray has walked in with something to prove. Big Brother sees that Ray has finished and lets him leave the naughty corner. Back in the kitchen Angie and Layla are also bitching about Ray saying that he is going to get into so much trouble.

12:32am: The final housemate enters the compound, Ben. Again, he meets the boys while the girls watch on, guessing that he is gay. Ben admits that he is the oldest at 33. Ben calls Michael a bogan because of his hair. He handles it quite well as Bradley laughs his head off. The girls are let out and meet Ben. Charne and Ben instantly click. Stacey is also surrounding herself with Ben – who mentions that his boyfriend will be terrified that the beds are all double beds.

Outside, Sarah laughs when Michael tells her that Ben called him a bogan. Ben tells Charne that he can be a bit bitchy when nervous, which he was when he first entered the house. Charne tells him that Michael didn’t like being called a bogan and is very upset. Charne tells Ben that it’s very hard to get your point across in this house with so many dominant people. Back outside some of the original gang are talking about how nice George is and how he has instantly fitted in. They say they have to be a bit different around Ryan and Ray. Michael makes his way inside but Ben decides to use this opportunity to kiss and make up. Michael accepts the apology.

2:03am: Big Brother calls Ben and George to the diary room to collect their luggage. Ben says he has felt welcomed so far – he says that people will get on his nerves down the track so that will be the interesting part. George says it’s interesting coming in after everyone else has already bonded.

Later in the bedroom, Bradley asks Ben about him turning gay. Ben says that he was always gay, but he took a long while to realise it, only going through puberty at the age of 18. Michael comes to the diary room and tells Big Brother that he is watching Ray – he says that there is something wrong with him – perhaps he is lying about something. Michael thinks he isn’t a vet. Back in the bedroom Ray explains to Layla he bought in 2 dog photos and one of his mums. Ben comes over and asks the girls to kiss Bradley for the first time but they tell him they are waiting for his birthday at the weekend. Housemates settle down to sleep as Michael spins Ryan round 10 times to try to see if he can walk – he falls straight down!

Day 1

7:15am: Bradley is lying on a couch in the outside sitting area. Sarah comes out and joins him but as she does Bradley is sick. Sarah guides him inside and tells him to lie down on the inside couches. Sarah also informs Big Brother than Bradley is feeling unwell. She then makes him some dry toast for him to eat. Michael is the next housemate to come out from the bedroom and takes a few seconds to adjust to the light – meanwhile Sarah and Bradley play imaginary phone calls and Bradley gets to speak (very briefly) with his mother. As Sarah continues to make Bradley comfortable he mentions that she is like his mother. Meanwhile in the bathroom Michael says he had the worst sleep ever – Angie thought it was great though.

Bradley has made his diary room and explains that he is feeling a lot better than he was earlier this morning. He thinks stress and not eating much bought on his sickness. He says he was stressed the week leading into coming into the house. Now he is in the house he is feeling comfortable.

No time stamp: Michael is saying that he went to boarding school – his parents moved to Qatar because he works in oil. He says there is lots of money in oil – however he also says there is much more important things in life than money. A bit later Stacey and Estelle grill Bradley – he reveals that he has never had a girlfriend because he couldn’t get one. The girls think that once he gets out he’ll get plenty of attention.

A bit later a larger group is sunbaking on the lawn – Angie asks if anyone has broken the law. Josh admits to being drunk and disorderly once upon a time.

Josh is trying to light the pizza oven. Zoe and Stacey can’t believe that he is 28 years of age. They think he looks like Shaggy off Scooby Doo and looks more like 20 He comes to the kitchen to tell them that he has started the fire. Stacey and Zoe both can’t wait to get the final 4 male housemates. Back out at the pizza oven, Josh is trying to show off to Angie who is reluctant. She eventually comes over to see. Bradley says that’s a huge flame, Angie says it’s tiny.

Estelle and Stacey are in the bedroom and Estelle says that she totally ‘gets’ her and she feels they are ‘soul sisters’. They hug. Back outside Charne is trying not to get burnt – her dad has sun cancer so she tries to be very careful. Layla asks how he is and Charne says “oh he’s fine now…he’s just dead!” She says it’s been seven years so she has learnt to cope with the death but at the time she was devastated.

Zoe has come to the diary room – she says that everyone is getting on and laughing. She says there are many big personalities – she believes she is quieter than she usually would but she doesn’t like talking over the top of others. She says that Angie doesn’t mind talking over the top of others – she also says that Charne is quieter but can have a great conversation one on one.

Angie and Layla are talking near the pool – Layla is saying she is trying to lose some weight but still wants her boobs. She says if she loses too much in a couple of years she might get a boob job.

It’s now night-time and Angie, Michael and Zoe are trying to teach Layla to just say ‘Stralia’ in an Aussie accent – she doesn’t quite do it very well!

12:36am: Zoe is asleep and snoring loudly – the rest of the house are laughing at her while she sleeps. Bradley tries to wake her up but to no avail. Lights are turned off and everyone drifts off to sleep.
