Day 37

Special hour long episode to fit in all the intruder action. Day 37 begins with Jo complaining that her washing is still wet. Saxon tells her she has it hanging in the worst possible place. Later in the afternoon the housemates must nominate for a fifth time. Claire is in the diary room for 6 minutes and because she can’t figure out a proper reason to nominate, she is given a strike. Daniel, Claire and Saxon are nominated.

8:31pm – Belinda comes back into the house. She is welcomed by Regina in the diary room while the others watch through the diary door window. Jo spots Regina and everyone gets excited… except Saxon who just lies on the couch and pouts about being nominated. Belinda later explains her reasons for leaving, and how she wanted to help the housemates through her departure. She then tells the housemates she has a surprise for them. Claire guesses straight away that it’s intruders. Belinda goes into the diary room and preps the intruders.

9:12pm – Belinda tells the intruders to be themselves and have fun. Belinda then brings the intruders into the lounge room and tells the others she must now leave. Chrissie immediately hugs Jaime, recognising him from auditions, leaving Kim standing on her own. Patrick eventually comes over and shakes hands with Kim, along with the other housemates. Saxon looks extremely pissed off and continues eating some of the junk food Belinda brought in.

Gretel then shows us Jaime’s video profile. Jaime is a law/arts student at Monash University but works at a fashion store. According to his video, he has a lot of fun putting guys into good looking clothes. His boss describes him as ‘forever smiling’. Jaime says he’s in the fourth year of his degree and admits that he’s gay.

Kim’s video profile tells us that she’s 21 and from Armadale. Most of the video is her goodbye dinner with family and friends. Kim is a hairdresser and her family and friends tell she’s loud and has stars in her eyes.

Back in the house Belinda is now leaving, and although she’s not supposed to, she passes on a message from outside for Vincent and Saxon. She tells Vincent to cut down on the purrs and growls he’s been giving the other housemates. She tells Saxon that only two of his friends came to the last eviction show just in case he was evicted (HAH!). Regina sees Belinda off and as she’s walking out the door, Belinda tells the housemates “please don’t fight”.

Later Jaime is talking to the other housemates outside. He explains that officially he’s not an intruder but rather a “replacement”. Kim is being shown around by Regina and Claire, and not saying much. Regina says the two intruders can sleep either side of her.

Jo is explaining to Jaime how there were two houses. We learn that the replacements already know about what has happened in the house so far (or at least they have been briefed).

In the spa Saxon is speculating whether Jaime is gay or not.. he seems to be quite fixed on the subject. Patrick thinks he’s is but it doesn’t bother him. Saxon jumps at the response to clearly tell everyone that it doesn’t bother him either. He isn’t doing a very good job at covering up his homophobia. Saxon then calls out asking whether Jaime is the sporty type. Jaime says he plays tennis and golf.

Inside Kim tells the others she’s a hairdresser. Regina screams out “just like Belinda!”. One of the girls (maybe Jo) says she needs a haircut. Claire asks if Kim can tell what her hair is like under her beanie. They then talk about their first experience in the house. Kim still doesn’t say much.

In the spa Saxon is telling the other housemates he doesn’t want anyone new in his bedroom (especially not any gay guys). Claire comes over and Saxon says he’s not feeling too social tonight. Claire says she doesn’t want to leave the house, but then re-thinks it and says now that there are intruders she does actually want to go.

Regina asks Jaime what he does, and he tells them Law Student. He then apologises for not being too original.

In the spa Saxon is still asking whether Jaime is gay.

In the bedroom Jo asks Jaime if he’s taken or single. Jaime says he’s single. Jo then explains who in the house is single, and in-directly tells Jaime that Claire is bisexual.

10:38pm – Regina is talking to Daniel and some of the other housemates about how big the day has been, and tomorrow will be another one. She says she doesn’t know where she is after all this excitement.

Kim is unpacking as Jo talks to her about her emotional outbursts in the house. Kim doesn’t say much and looks a little scared as Jo motor-mouthes on. Eventually Kim can get a word in and says she just wants to relax and get into her trackies.

Meanwhile Regina says she feels sorry for the intruders. Claire explains that the intruders know the original housemates, but they don’t know the intruders. Daniel repeats some words Jaime said earlier about Regina being Regina (if you know what I mean). Regina can’t really accept that she’s a ‘superstar’.

Jo is still talking to Kim as she unpacks. Kim can’t get a word in, but in the end says the whole experience is quite scary. Jo asks her if she’s alright. Claire is trying not to take her nomination too personally. She tells the other that she’ll be cool.

11:02pm – Saxon wants to know where he stands with Jo. He admits to Jo that he feels jealous even when Jo’s hanging out with the new intruder. Jo tells him to remember that there are a lot of cameras watching him all the time and he shouldn’t linger on the thought. Saxon says he feels like a puppet and a fake. The two hug for a long time.

11:43pm – Dan talks to Chrissie about Saxon taking this lastest incident to heart. They fear he’ll take things to personally and ruin the experience for himself. They both agree they don’t want Saxon to get drunk otherwise he might blurt out something embarrasing. Neither do they want Jo to get drunk because they’re scared she might hurt herself. Daniel says that if she was Jo’s boyfriend he’d be following her around everywhere if she was drunk because every guy with a pulse will want to get with her.

Footage is shown of Jo swimming in her very small bikini. Saxon is grabbing her and throwing her in the pool. There is no actual evidence that this was happening at the same time… or even during the same night… it was probably just added to emphasise Daniel and Chrissie’s point.

Later in the bedroom Daniel says he’s in the double bed and jokingly says Kim can sleep with him. Regina gasps explaining her theory that the bed Daniel is lying on is cursed and results in a nomination for whoever sleeps in it. Now that Daniel is nominated again the theory is proven true. Kim says “oh I’ll sleep in it” and that she doesn’t care if she’s nominated because she doesn’t mind if she’s evicted.

Jaime, Saxon, Patrick and Vincent are in the spa. Saxon (he sounds drunk) is talking about how it is easier to get over a relationship in the house. Jaime nods along. Vincent says he is missing his girlfriend.

Kim is telling the other housemates that she hopes people will tell it to her face if she’s annoying them, instead of gossiping behind her back. She also hopes that the agreement will be mutual.

1:11am – Saxon is speculating in the spa who nominated him this week. Claire says she should tell him something, even though it is against the rules. Saxon says ‘just whisper it in my ear’. Claire whispers in his ear but because of the spa noise the microphones don’t pick it up. Saxon looks shocked and says “oh f#@k”. Obviously Claire told him that she nominated him. Saxon put his head in the water for a good 30 seconds while Claire looks upset and sick at the same time.

Kim is opening up to Chrissie and Regina in the bedroom. Chrissie and Regina are telling her about the cheesy pick up actions Vincent does, such as his growls and ‘hand in the shirt’. Kim lets out her disgust and says she’d never fall for that. Chrissie says it doesn’t work for her because she’s taller than Vincent and twice his weight. Kim jokes that Chrissie would crush him.

In the spa Claire is crying and hugging Saxon as he tells her not to get upset over nominating him.

3:03am – The housemates are going to bed. Kim is in the square bedroom while Jaime is in the round. Jo and Saxon are in the kitchen getting some ice cream. Saxon says that Jo’s pygamas should be illegal. Saxon says that he doesn’t think they would be so close if they first met outside the house. It’s hard he says, because he sees Jo as 50% mate 50% something more but it could never be. Jo knows exactly where the conversation is going and tells Saxon to be quiet and not to think about it. She suggest they go back inside. On their way out Jo pops a pimple in the one-way glass.

??:16am (10 logo covered up the time) – Vincent is telling Chrissie he is feeling like f#@king s#@t since Belinda told him not to growl. Chrissie tells him she’s seen him do nothing embarrasing.

Saxon and Jo walk back into the living room, Saxon is still rambling out love-struck thoughts. Jo tells him to remember where they are and to be quiet. Saxon still wants to talk but Jo just quiets him. Jo and Saxon poke their heads into the bedroom door. As soon as Vincent sees them he gets up and walks back to his bed to go to sleep. Jo follows him and asks if everything’s ok. Vincent says he’s fine for now.

Later Chrissie tells Jo she wants some of the stuff Jo has to make guys go ga-ga over her. Jo just laughs. Vincent goes into the kitchen where Claire is alone. Vincent tells Claire he just wants company. Claire says she doesn’t. Vincent offers to go but Claire calls him over for orange juice. Vincent says anything sweet will make him go crazy.

Back in the bedroom Chrissie is explaining to Jo that Vincent is annoyed at Saxon and he thinks Jo doesn’t see what’s happening. Jo bursts out laughing but tries to cover it with her blanket.

In the kitchen Claire and Vincent can’t understand what’s going on in the house. Vincent says his heart is breaking. Claire begins to cry saying she “fucking hates it” Vincent is silent. Claire says it shouldn’t be that good people need to make excuses for not being good and that the nomination process is stopping her from being Claire. She says if she’s given a strike she’ll be pushing the button and leaving the house. Vincent says she can’t leave. Claire says she could just walk out and be home within an hour, and that she doesn’t really care about the Big Brother house. Claire cries on Vincent’s shoulder.

Day 36

It’s 7:20am and both Saxon and Jo have stayed up the whole nigh talking. Saxon says he misses the touch of a person. Jo explains that her boyfriend Tim is not into that kissy stuff. Saxon says this makes him angry because skin on skin is the best feeling ever. He says naked hugs are the best. Saxon then asks Jo if she considers herself high maintenance. Jo doesn’t think so, to which Saxon says “ahh.. that’s just boring”.

Regina walks in surprised that the two stayed up so late. Jo says they are staying up until the hot water is turned on. Later Jo is massaging Saxon.

Regina goes into the diary room and complains of a sore bloated stomach. The Big Brother doctor talks to her.

9:51am – Jo wakes up after falling asleep, realising that the hot water has been on for a while now.

Regina requests another pregnancy test, and looks anxious as her and the doctor wait for the result.

10:05am – Mike Goldman tells us the pregnancy test is negative. Regina apologises for being a bother but the doctor assures her that Big Brother is always looking out for the welfare of the housemates. Regina says she will eat some bread and see how her stomach goes.

Later Jo and Vincent are talking in the bedroom about nothing in particular. Jo decides to put on some makeup to cover up that she’s so tired. Going back to the loungeroom, she says she doesn’t look good at all. Saxon tells her that she doesn’t have to do anything to look good.

Later in the afternoon Ben and Vincent are talking about Saxon. Vincent says that Saxon’s feelings are intense because he’s only 19. Ben agrees.

Saxon goes and watches Jo put on makeup. He looks lovestruck. After Saxon has left again Vincent comes in and gives Jo a big hug, telling her “when you come out, you got to find me” just in case he is evicted tonight. He then purrs into Jo’s ear again… she giggles and says “I love it I love it”.

7:00pm – The housemates are speculating a possible double eviction. Ben yells out to hurry it up. A few hours later, Ben is evicted. As he is walking out of the house the housemates are given a language warning from Big Brother via Daniel. After Ben leaves, Saxon looks annoyed and sad, and cries a little. Regina jokes about Ben leaving but then starts to get upset. In the kitchen Jo is crying on Patrick’s shoulder.

Saxon says to Vincent “I am so stoked you are still here” as they hug. Vincent says he’ll be staying quiet in the last six weeks of the show.

8:23pm – Jo tells Saxon in the bedroom she feels like a tool. She is worried Ben left while they were on bad terms.

Jo is talking about how Ben and Regina were like a married couple.

11:08pm – Bedtime. Regina is lying in bed, upset. Regina explains to Saxon that not many people understood Ben because of his past and how he was brought up. Saxon said it was great how Ben would stir up trouble in the house. Saxon comments on how quiet it is now that Ben is gone.

Just before 2:00am Vincent goes to the diary room and asks Big Brother if he can tell Vincent if his girlfriend was brought up during the night. Big Brother tells Vincent he will get back to him in the morning.

Day 35

Morning of Day 35, there is no sign of the handshake in the morning, in actual fact, there is no talk at all between Sax and Jo. Sax starts bitching to Daniel, saying “I feel like I made a fool of myself last night.” Daniel says he did too, but we the viewers are left confused by that statement, because we never see the outburst he gave Ben the night before. Sax says “I think I said things that shouldn’t have been said” Conversation is interrupted when Dan asks Jo if she is getting in the pool, to which she replies yes. She jumps in with just her bikini on, and Dan gives us quote of the week, perhaps quote of BB3: “Ah, it’s like living at the playboy mansion.”

We go through the afternoon quickly, with Mike Goldman saying that the handshake never came. Moving to the night, Vincent gives Jo a growl to say goodnight, before leaving the room. Chrissie says that Vincent has a massive crush on her. “You little fox you!”

In the kitchen later, Sax and Jo talk. “I thought you weren’t going to talk to me this morning.” He tells her he “feels like he overstepped the line.” They talk all throughout the night, and make it to see the sun come up. Jo says that Sax is sleeping the days away, in a way wishing the days away like Ben. Sax says Ben wants to go. Jo agrees with him.

With that, Gretel rejoins us to tell us to vote for the 4 nominees so they can have bigger pay checks. After that, she tells us that on Tuesday night 2 new housemates will enter the house, a male and a female. The show will run for an hour.

Finally they cross to the house, with the guys outside contemplating whether they will get a 60 minute warning. We would think this is why they they crossed to the house, but we get no warning. Chrissie wants a growl from Vincent just in case she goes. Vincent does the deed, and then thats it.

Day 33

10:09am – Regina is making bread, even though it is upsetting her stomach. The musical task concludes today but many of the housemates are sleeping in.

11:05am – Jo enteres the kitchen, but can’t see Regina who is crouched by the dishwasher. Regina pops up and scares Jo, who lets out a huge gasp. Regina can’t help but laugh. They comment it’s freezing outside.

11:41am – It’s pouring with rain, isolating housemates in the kitchen. Regina wants to eat some of the freshly baked bread, but it will make her stomach upset. Jo suggests it’s the yeast in the bread that’s doing it – she will make gluten free bread and see if it makes a difference. “I’m going to be strong I’m not going to eat that bread”. Chrissie eats some of the bread in front of Regina who says “stop tempting me!”. Regina comments the rice crackers she has to eat are nothing – its like eating air (amusing Jo).

3:48pm – The wigs for the musical task are becoming quite popular. Jo is trying on the black hair wig with some help from Saxon. She really doesn’t like it but Saxon insists she would be sexy with dark hair.

Daniel is in the kitchen wearing a wig when he spontaneously takes on the persona of “Chrissy”, an American show host. Chrissy gives a lesson on washing up in the kitchen as Regina laughs on. He has some pre-washed products and some un-washed products and will us an apparatus called a sink to wash them.

5:00pm – Saxon will dress up as Saxon for the musical task. He already has some of her clothes on and Ben rolls up some socks for boobs. Joanne says they don’t look very real but it doesn’t matter. Finally a blonde wig is added to complete the look. Saxon walks out into the living room to cheers from the other housemates.

5:11pm – Housemates are dressed up for their task, and Big Brother announces the music will begin. The housemates are lined up on the verandah and sing about each other in the house. Patrick provides music with his guitar. It finishes with a big finale where the housemates throw their hats into the air.

7:37pm – Housemates have kept their wigs from the task as a novelty. Regina talks about how her hair used to be.. it was very long (down to her waste). Chrissie and Regina swap wigs and Chrissie is shocked that the wig looks so real on her… it’s big and curly and looks like Cher. Chrissie stands up and starts singing “If I could turn back time” in Cher’s voice. Regina and Jo burst out laughing and Jo falls onto the ground in a fit of laughs. The housemates comment that Regina looks amazing in her long brown hair wig – like a totally different person.

7:51pm – Task results are in. Housemates have passed. Everyone cheers and claps. It’s the first time they have won a 75% bet on a task.

8:03pm – Housemates are telling stories in the lounge room. Chrissie tells a story where she went down to the market to get some tomatoes. She was nude and just whacked on a tshirt and long skirt because she thought she’s be quick. She walked in and it’s a slippery floor, she falls over on her hands and knees, wondering why no one is helping her. Eventually she feels the hem of her skirt flapping around her neck, exposing everything. She left and couldn’t go back for a year and a half.

8:25pm – Regina is still wearing her brunette wig. She doesn’t want Saxon to go this week because he has a good bod to look at. Saxon says she’s a wanker if thats the only reaon she wants him to stay. Regina adds to her reasons: nice body, he’s nice…. (she can’t think of anything else). “You know what I mean!”. Ben and Regina exchange jabs at each other about getting rid of Ben instead of Saxon. Talk turns back to Regina’s new hair do.

Somehow talk to turns to the suck and blow card game. Regina and Jo practice.

Once most of the housemates have left the kitchen, Saxon says to Jo that Regina would probably have let herself go a little more if there weren’t cameras everywhere. Regina has realised she has missed a lot of stuff in her life that she is only just catching up with. Regina said to Saxon and Ben she has had enough of her “routine” and realises her husband won’t change.

11:16pm – Ben and Regina have gone to bed. Everyone else is in the living room singing. Saxon and Jo can’t stop laughing at Daniel’s singing.

12:10am – Talk has turned to the upcoming eviction. Chrissie says it will be weird to go, weird to stay. Saxon and Vincent both start talking about the great things about Jo that the Australian public will want to see. Saxon will be stoked if he doesn’t leave this week: “all the bullshit is gone now”. Jo agrees everything is really nice now. Saxon is happy he’s gotten to know some people very closely.

2:50am – Regina has been woken by Saxon’s snoring. She wakes him, but he rolls straight over and falls alseep again. The snoring continues. She goes to wake him but this time Ben jumps up, scaring Regina.

Day 32 Uplate

We join the house as they are rehearsing their musical that they must have to perform tomorrow. Jo is giving directions, saying something about having a car rock up with 4 people or something. She seems to be very much in control of the production, with everyone else giving their opinion as well.

They’ve moved all the furniture to one side of the round living room, and have heaps of white paper with stage directions I presume on it.

Everyone except Chrissie and Regina are working on the musical, but the two girls are talking in the square bedroom, with Regina in bed, and Chrissie just sitting there on the edge of the bed. Regina seems a bit upset, but says she is glad she did go over to the other house when she got the chance. Chrissie says that Reg got an experience that not many others have got. Chrissie says that Belinda was very thankyou for Reg going over. Reg says that Belinda had no one to talk to over there before Reg went across, saying that Irena and Claire just weren’t talkative people, and were very different from Belinda. Regina says that she just hopes that Belinda is happy, with her partner and her dogs. They say she looked really good during her video ‘will’ to the house.

Reg steers the topic to nominations, and asks Chrissie how she is feeling. Chrissie is actually going ok, she is ready for whatever happens. She says that “It’s like staying at a party for too long.” With that, BB Trivia dude says hello, goes through his speel, and returns us to Chrissie and Reggie. They start talking about how good the past 6 months have been, especially Chrissie saying this. She says she always seems to faulter at the last hurdle, so was knocked off her feet when Peter phoned her and told her she was in the house. She tells Regina that ‘some people say they haven’t done all the stuff they want to in the house, and therefore not leave, but I achieved everything I wanted when I walked through the door.” Before tonight I wasn’t a Belinda fan, but I’m slowly turning round my opinion. Anyway, apparently they are not meant to mention the ‘a’ word, audition. Whenever they are almost about to say it, they just mumble, and the other says “yeh”, meaning they understand. Regina was excited about getting an audition, and Chrissie wondered whhy when there were so many gorgeous, funny people at the ‘a’, they picked her.

Ben comes in for a towel, and Regina tells him that they stink and that perhaps he should wash them sometime. He tells them it’s time for a quick spa and a stubbie, then off to bed. Meanwhile, Jo comes in after Ben’s exit, and starts talking about the musical, but they steer the topic towards pressure in the house, and they all hope that it doesn’t pop up again from anyone still in the house. Trivia dude come on and says that Ben earlier told BB that he was starting afresh, then he was like a pressure cooker, but it was time the pressure cooker was retired.

Back in the bedroom, Jo, Chrissie and Regina where Jo is telling the girls about her last few nights before she came into the house saying she cried her eyes out, but her boyfriend, Tim, was like a rock. Well, until the last hour or two apparently. Claire has joined the conversation, and she said that she said goodbye to her girl thinking she would see her again before she went in, and when the supervisor came back in, she asked where the girl was, and the supervisor said, “No, you won’t see her again.” Claire says she was rapt that she didn’t cry, cause she just casually said goodbye to her friend. Geez, how long without a commercial break!

We go into the living room where Saxon, Pat, Ben and Vincent are playing with the hula hoops, trying to make then stand up while rolling the longest. Vincent is not involved, just sitting on the couch. The usual boys talk is all about winning, and when they get a good one, they all go “OOOhhhh…” Saxon is asking Coach Vincent for a few pointers, who seems to be an expert, but convienently is on the couch! Finally, an ad break.

The girls are still going around the topic of the process before coming in on the Sunday, and Chrissie suggests they leave it until they come out of the house to talk about that. Claire says she would love to just have a conversation about the stuff they can’t talk about to her friends when she gets out. In the background, the boys are yelling a fair bit. Back to the girls, and Claire says she has only just recently noticed that there are no windows in the house to actually open up. They say that Leah’s bed is jinx, so no one will go in it. Dan, who we haven’t seen all night, comes storming in playing the digeridgidoo…The girls say he is trying to play a plane or fly landing on the ground or something. Regina says, “Dan, the s**t that you come up with!” He leaves, and the girls discuss how talented Dan is, thinking of all the stuff he comes up with. They start discussing the possibility of a double eviction this weekend. They suggest they would not know until after the first eviction, when they would call over “There are 60 minutes till eviction” for the second time. They are saying that they will have to get a new housemate, otherwise the schedule will be stuffed up. Jo says that there should be plans in place for things like that.

Back out in the living room, the boys still playing with the hoops, and Dan just won’t stop playing the bloody musical instrument! Pat returns to the game saying he has had his steroids, and is ready to win. Vincent predicts that they won’t be able to get it tonight – they are trying to get the hoop to do something while travelling on it’s own accord. I can’t be bothered watching too closely! Vincent is suggesting that they put some tape around the hoop in certain spots to help them acheive the goal. Comm break.

When we return, the girls are talking about how much contact BB have with their loved ones. Someone says that it is protocol for BB to talk to them at least 5 times a week. That’s quite good to know actually. Claire says she was having a bit of a cry yesterday, and was contemplating going into tell BB that she was fine, and to notify her family that she was fine, and not to worry.

They move onto say that half of the house have no idea who Carlo is, and they half expect to walk out and see them, and they will all walk up to them and say “Hi Jo!” She says that will be weird, having ex housemates who they haven’t even met. They go back to the intruder week, and the $10,000, Claire asking Reggie if she wanted out and the money, to which she replied “No, I wanted the whole experience.”

Claire tells the house that she had a dream last night about how the walls were put back up, and they were pink! Also, she says she was evicted and they didn’t like a sponser or a word logo on her shirt, so she had to take it off as she met the audience on the eviction stage.

They move onto ages of the housemates, and Claire says that someone said earlier today that Claire looked much older and wiser than 26. Someone says they can’t believe that Ben isn’t the audience, as Regina says “Yeh, I tell Ben he’s 36 all the time.” Dan still going with that freakin instrument. (can you tell I can’t be bothered typing the word.)

Outside, in the spa, the guys want more physical tasks. Both Pat and Saxon want some excitement, sport related tasks. Comm Break. Jo and Chrissie came out to see the boys in the spa, with Saxon playing with the instrument and driving me mad and more mad, before saying goodnight and leaving the boys to themselves.

Back in the bedroom, the two get changed as Claire reads her book, before she decides to skip 12 pages because it’s boring, and Vincent told her she could without it effecting the book. Meanwhile, someone mentions a Cheeseburger which starts a conversation about Macca’s and Hungry Jacks, and how you can ask for fresh burgers, and add stuff to existing burgers to make sure you get a fresh one. Chrissie didn’t know you could do either of the above.

Back outside, Reggie has joined the boys around the spa. I’ve been watching my tape of the daily show so I might have missed a bit, but I kept looking in on the live action as well during me watching it.

Anyway, second round of trivia is slowly coming round, actually he is only giving a clue this time round, and not actually giving away the cash just yet. Back to the house, and all the girls are in bed I think, and Dan has joined them in the room. Before we know it, back to the boys outside. Ben, Sax and Pat are still in the spa, and Vincent is sitting nearby. They are discussing adult video’s and guys pleasuring themselves, but BB flicks the switch and we’re back to the bedroom pretty quickly. They are discussing cream that each of them rub onto themselves, which really is one of the most boring subjects you could hope for. Lucky for me, they switch to aftershave’s. This gets better and better! Oooh, Jo and Chrissie have found one that both there mum’s have used, and Jo yells her regular line of “Get Out!”, and Chrissie says “B-S**t”. Ah, it’s a small world if your parents use the same perfume. Comm break, thankfully!

Trivia dude finishes his duties for the night, and we’re back to the house. Saxon comes into the round bedroom with his stupid plastic thingy making the noise, to crys of Jo and Chrissie saying that Reggie is asleep. Jo and Vincent have a little Italian lesson. Someone is doing a stupid voice, I guess it’s Dan, as per usual. Vincent has a look at Jo’s book, which Chrissie is reading at the moment. She says at the start it was her kind of book, but now shes near the end, she realises it’s total rubbish. Comm break.

Back in the bathroom, where Saxon is saying to Claire that when he flexes his boobs get so much bigger. Claire is rubbing in some cream on his back, because he seems to have big bites on his back. They aren’t itchy though. Claire starts getting ready for bed, as Pat comes into the bathroom too, in the hope of doing his teeth. Saxon dries his hair and spikes it up as high as possible, before asking Pat if he likes it. Saxon goes back into the square bedroom to his bed to find some clothes, and discusses with Ben about how this bedroom is getting less people in it day by day. Ben says the less the better. He (Sax) calls out to Claire to see where she is up to with her book page wise, as well as asking what is happening at that page. Meanwhile, Jo and Pat are lying on the same bed having a talk, mainly about Pat’s sister, I think from what I can tell, someone that Pat is close too anyway. As they discuss the person’s wedding, BB says goodnight.

Keep looking for Warren,
Dave

Day 32

10:49am – It’s raining as Chrissie goes into the kitchen. Now that Belinda is gone the housemates don’t have a director for their weekly task, a musical. The housemates comment they need Kylie or Dannii in the house. Saxon suggest Natalie Imbruglia, but scoffs at the idea of Holly Valance. They all ask Regina to wake Ben, who is still sleeping in the bedroom.

Regina goes into the bedroom to wake Ben, but this time she asks him nicely to get up. Ben tells her that he doesn’t want to get up. Vincent is in the bedroom and some one asks him if he knew Belinda was going to leave when she last talked to him. He says that now that he thinks about it, it seems like closure for him, and in the context it makes sense.

Regina is still trying to wake Ben. She asks him if he wants to be the director so he can boss people around. Ben says he might give it a go… and lets Regina pull him out of Bed.

2:40pm – In the kitchen Daniel is singing to get into the mood of their musical task. Regina playfully hits Daniel for him to stop. Ben tells Regina “good girl”, which annoys her because she turns around and hits Ben. She says that they made a promise she would stop hitting him if he stopped calling her “good girl”. Ben doesn’t know what she’s talking about. He says “we’re all falling apart”.

3:08pm – In the lounge room Ben is allocating the solo performers for the musical.

3:22pm – Daniel tells Patrick that they are like Tim Brice and Elton John, even though they are nothing like them in real life. Patrick has no idea who they are. Daniel starts singing very badly in a VERY high pitch.

3:54pm – Jo is organising the dancing for the musical. She shows Chrissie and Ben some moves she has come up with. Ben looks very pleased at her organisation.

5:10pm – Jo and Patrick are in the kitchen making dinner.

Vincent is sleeping on the couch in the lounge room while Ben and Regina are making a prop for their musical task. Regina says they should take care not to wake Vincent.

Patrick and Jo use the whiteboard to write up a song and sing it as a duet together. Is Big Brother trying to promote the housemates into future musical careers?

7:51pm – Big Brother calls all the housemates to the plasma screen in the living room. They all sit around while Belinda’s farewell video is played. Belinda is at home with her dogs by her side and tells the housemates she’s having a great time outside the house. Her dogs are Reggie and Max.

Belinda apologises if she hurt anyone in the house by her departure, but wants them to know a good has come out of it. She explains she made a great decision and has had a positive time in the house, and has enjoyed all of the housemates company. She wants them to realise that there are positive factors to come out of their stay in the house. Belinda ends the tape by saying Chrissie, Dan and Regina are strong people, hopes the housemates enjoy their time in the house, and tells them she will be seeing them very soon.

All of the housemates stay silent.

AD BREAK

The housemates are organising their task. Ben is called to the diary room to tell Big Brother his views on Belinda’s departure. He says that it’s calmed the house, but he suspects that things will heat up very soon.

In the kitchen Jo is telling the others that most people don’t like conflicting behaviour, but then again some do (ie Ben).

When asked if there was anything he’d like to say to Belinda if she was watching, Ben says there were occasions where he reacted without explaining his actions. He also says he hopes he can say some words to her and have them accept them. There is no apology.

The other housemates in the kitchen are saying Belinda’s departure didn’t need to happen. Jo says she didn’t think the experience would be a retreat but she assumed that all the housemates would get along. Chrissie says that’s a perfectly valid assumption.

Just so it doesn’t seem like Big Brother is rigging the vote, footage of Regina being called into the diary room is played. Regina says that in the last 24 hours she thinks the housemates have woken up to themselves. When asked if there was anything she’d say to Belinda, Regina starts to get upset and tells Belinda she hopes she had a good time in the house, and looks forward to seeing her again.

10:28pm – The housemates are still preparing for their task. They have created cardboard cutouts for the evicted housemates.

Chrissie and Jo are talking about trust in the Big Brother house since Belinda left. Chrissie says trust involves knowing that personal details will not be thrown back at you (hinting at Ben’s actions). Jo says she can’t trust anyone in the house anymore, because she’s seen what they’re (Ben) capable of. Chrissie says she’ll tell Dan or Regina anything, but that’s it.

11:55pm – Chrissie and Regina’s conversation leads onto Chrissie explaining the constant knockbacks she’s experienced while trying to find a job. She explains that she has always been part of the last 2 people for a job, but been rejected. For this reason she didn’t expect to be on Big Brother, even after all the video preperations had taken place.

2:40am – Bedtime. Ben is talking about his former job as a police officer. He says that people have no less respect for him now that they know he’s not a police officer anymore. Saxon doesn’t believe him. Jo and Patrick are in the same bed and wish each other goodnight.
