Day 38

8.46am – This is Big Brother. Dino to the diary room. Dino comes out, still half asleep, and squints at the sunlight. In the diary room Big Brother explains that Dino intentionally breached the rules of the house last night. For deliberately talking without his microphone, Dino must not talk to any other housemates. Dino must also go to the punishment room and match 5000 nuts to 5000 bolts in silence. As part of the punishment he must wear blue overalls. Dino gets started very unenthusiasticly. The nuts and bolts are in buckets of grease.

John comes over and asks whats going on, but Dino can’t speak. He puts up his hand to tell John how many there are – 5 thousand. When John sees the nuts and bolts he laughs.

Meanwhile in the bedroom David explains he had a really good night sleep without the girls in the room because there were no “shenanigans”. Jamie knows what David means.

10.49am – Camilla tells Krystal she doesn’t think she’s falling “under the radar”. Krystal tends to agree with herself. Camilla does think that Gealan is UTR though – its not that he’s shying his personality its because he will hold back to avoid conflict at times.

Big Brother calls Dino to the diary room. He wipes his hands and goes in. Camilla and Krystal continue to talk: they wonder if UTR has anything to do with providing entertainment. Camilla ponders if Danielle took points of Krystal. In the diary room Dino is told his punishment is over. Dino says he’s sorry – he won’t take a silly dare like that on again.

BREAK

11.31am – Dino dares John to call Danielle “pumpkin” all day. They have a system going to – if Dino catches John not calling her pumpkin, he will signal by clicking his fingers. The bet is to stay secret between them. Big Brother calls all ladies to the loungeroom and gentlemen to the gentlemen’s quarters.

The girls must learn proper behaviour while the boys must always wear a bow tie. Boys must open doors for the girls and not fart or swear infront of them. Hair must parted on the left and they must shave every morning. The girls must walk with their heads up and chest out – They have a competition to walk across the room with books on their heads, and Jade wins. The boys meanwhile are scrubbing up in the bathroom. Ashley seems to be styling his hair very metrosexually. They are all wearing their bow ties with no shirts on.

Both groups then practice – the girls open pretend “doors” for each other and Dino walks around with a pillow on his head to be a makeshift girl.

Big Brother calls for the boys to return to the lounge room. All the straight males walk out with no shirts on and the girls laugh, saying “our own chipendales dancers”. The men all say hello to the ladies how they have been instructed to by Big Brother.

1.18pm – Danielle asks John about the bread, but he forgets to call her pumpkin – Dino catches him out and clicks his fingers, so John has to slap himself. Danielle says she knows whats going on – John must add something to the end of his sentences to Danielle. John plays dumb and jokingly tells Dino what Danielle thinks. Dino also plays dumb and replies “I wouldn’t be surprised, you’re pretty dirty”. Danielle continues to question whats going on – and John replies with no “pumpkin”. He has to slap himself twice more.

BREAK

1.50pm – The girls have something to discuss in private – in the girls room of course. They are getting back at the boys for their bet against Danielle. Katie suggests they steal all of the boy’s bedding and take it into the girls quarters where the boys can’t get to it.

2.11pm – Jade explains to Ashley in the outside world many people get annoyed at her but no one has said anything in the house. Ashley gives some comments: she is opinionated but sometimes she says it the wrong way. Jade tends to think that you just need to get your opinion out however you can. Ashley tends to think being in the Big Brother house is like a holiday for him because he’s so far away from home and he hasn’t been on a holiday in a long time.

Katie walks outside and asks the boys “alright, who stole all the doona covers?”. John immediately says that you girls stole them and are trying to pin it back on the boys. Katie has a response prepared though: why would we steal our own doona covers?

Gaelan walks straight into the girl’s quarters and immediately finds the doona covers – he says “oh, well I found mind”. They all laugh. Big Brother immediately calls John, Gaelan and Jamie to the diary room. Their punishment for breaking the task rules is to stand on the deck by the hot tub and not speak at all. Jamie starts laughing. BB asks what is funny. Jamie says he was thinking of a joke not related to the punishment. BB asks what the joke is.

Jamie: Why are pirates pirates?

Jamie: Because they aaaaaarrr.

The boys all laugh.

Big Brother: That is very funny Jamie. You can repeat that joke 100 times, while you are standing on the deck.

2.24pm – The boys are on the deck with Jamie continually saying the joke over and over. John does a little dance. The girls say they are hot standing there, but Camilla thinks of the boys more as brothers now. Big Brother then calls the boys to attention, meaning they must keep their arms to their sides without moving or speaking. The girls take it as an opportunity to throw clothes and towells at the boys, since they cannot move. They group all laugh.

Jade is washing up inside, talking to herself

Jade: I don’t get it. I’m not that boring am I? I could be fun, just not that type of fun.

The girls continue to throw clothes at the punished boys.

BREAK

7.59pm – The housemates are gathered in the lounge room for the UTR vote annoucement. The nominees are Dino, Camilla, Jade, Krystal and John. This week is a double eviction. John says he’s not going to change himself – he won’t be some one fake to make them happen. He jokes about sticking the radar back up the public’s ass. Dino makes theories about some one who was saved by Danielle being re-nominated. John is angry now – “its like being put on death row”.

In the bedroom Gaelan jokes to Krystal that she has to stop flying under the radar. They grab each other and almost hug.

Meanwhile Dino and Danielle in the kitchen discuss Krystal being nominated – they both feel she is being UTR but don’t mention it out loud. Danielle goes to the girl’s quarters and says it sucks because a lot of her friends are nominated this week and its a double eviction.

Dino really wants to know who Danielle took 3 points off. He wants to know if Danielle picks friend (Krystal) or fling (him). Personally he would have picked fling but has come to realise that she almost certainly picked friend, but the UTR vote re-nominated Krystal.

Dino: It was a realisation my egos not always right

Jade tells the girls this is the week they have to get to know her, because she will be going on Sunday.

Day 34 Uplate

10:48pm: Rewards room, Dani and John in there. John says that he hasn’t found a girl totally his cup of tea. He says Claire is a bit old. Dani says that Krystal is heaps keen on Gaelan, and slept in his bed last night, but nothing is happening. Dani says that hugging in this house is so huge, where in the outside world it’s nothing. Dani says that Katie is awesome. John agrees, saying Jamie is also. He says he clicked with them from the world go. He goes onto say that he thought Dino was a wanker at the start, but now says that he’s one of his mates and it would be a hell of a lot harder if Dino was ever evicted. John says he never thought he would get so close to everyone, but he has. John says that he hated Anna at the start, but by the end he had really started to find her good side. Mike drags us away after 3 minutes. Let’s time it tonight for fun! Comm break.

10:58pm: Still in the rewards room. Talking about chocolate. They say how different the place looks compared to the party night. John says that going back to the house so felt like going out and returning home from a night out. Dani says she hopes that she is here for her birthday, June 8th. John admits his party wasn’t as good as Katie’s. Dani wonders why John hasn’t gone for Krystal. Dani thinks that Krystal is great and John is well. John says that she is not the type of chick she is after. She says she is a little bit immature for him. He says that Krystal would want something full on, wheras he says Dani wouldn’t want something as full on. John says that Katie would be the one he would go for, but he’s not into taking things like that. Dani likes people like that. John says that he sees Katie as a mate now and he just could never go there now. John says that some mates of his date girls that their mates have already dated, and John thinks thats just wrong. John says he didn’t come in here to find a girl, he came here for fun. He says it’s going to be less stressful without having a girl. Mike cuts in. (4 minutes, 7 minutes total.) Comm break.

11:13pm: John and Dani head out of the rewards room and into the house. They tell the others they’ve been eating ribs. They wonder when they will get the boxes. John says very soon. Mike cuts in (1 min, 8 mins total.) Comm break.

11:19pm: John and Dani return to the rewards room to be instructed to open a box. Big Brother tells Dani to read the letter aloud. She tells John that the prizes are a motor scooter, a sandwich, or a trip to South Africa. She waits for BB’s instruction. She chooses Box 3. BB tells her to open the box. She got the sandwich! Useless luck these housemates have. She can’t believe she went through all that for a sandwich. BB tells Dani she can keep the sandwich. John says that no one has won the main prize yet. John says there were two good prizes tonight, and then he says that he shouldn’t be saying that seeing they didn’t win. He can’t believe that no one has won the main prize. They decide to go back to the main house. They didn’t hear, so Dani tells them all the prizes and what she won. Lots of groans all around. She says she picked 3, and she was going to pick 1, but she picked 3. Dino says she is going to be doing her head in all night about that. Mike cuts in (7 mins, 15mins total). Comm break.

11:33pm: David, Rob and Camilla are in the bedroom. Rob says he likes the Moira joke but is irritated by something else, but I can’t figure out what. He says to them to just leave it. Camilla says she kind of was a bad sport in the hockey game today. Dave says that Rob almost had it tonight. Dave says he’ll never live down the factthat the farmboy went out in the first round. Rob wonders what he’ll do if Camilla goes. Dave says he can talk to him. Rob doesn’t know if he can talk to Dave about everything. Cut to the living room. John says that Michael got the second best prize once. Michael says it was more like a punishment getting the washing prize. Mike cuts in. (4 mins, 19 mins total). Comm break.

11:45pm: Dino is talking to Danielle. Dino says he would’ve probably eaten anything to get in there. He says he would’ve taken John in there as well. Dani says she really wanted the trophy. They say it’s so ugly! Dino says she can add it to all her netball trophies! Dani says she is quite the competitor, but she hasn’t noticed it in Dino at all (sarcasm!) Dino wonders if they thought he was joking around during FNL or actually thought he was cut. Dino says he was upset, but he was playing it up. He wasn’t going to be mad at anybody! Dino says that if he could choose one week to sit out, this was the one he wanted to miss out on. Dino says that Krystal spewed up as well. Dani doesn’t think so. Dani says she really spewed up. So ugly she says. Mike cuts in (3mins, 22 mins total). Comm break.

11:55pm: In the bedroom with Rob and Camilla. Camilla is saying she should have shoveled more in or something? Katie comes over for a brush. Camilla wants more colour in her hair. Rob tells Katie that her boyfriend makes really good bread. Katie thinks he’s talented at whatever he sets his mind to. Katie is talking about losing her virginity. She says she always wanted her fave song and the candles. Over the other side of the bedroom they wonder when the next double will be. They talk about what they ate at Katie’s party. Dani tells Dave whats over in the rewards room. She explains that she feels full and not 100% after eating all the things in the challenges. Dani says she kept gagging because she was trying to swallow and not chew it. Dave says she must be damn glad though. She agrees. Dave says her mum would be proud. Dani says they all would have had a laugh. Dani wonders how John is going getting the dvd right. She says she’ll leave and find out. Mike cuts in. (6mins, 28mins total for the night) At 12:02pm, Dreamworld says goodnight.

7.25pm – Camilla asks Dino if he’s strategically placed himself on Monday to reward nomination – ie. make friends. Dino says no.

Earlier this week Dino had to hang out with Camilla as part of a bet – he lost it. Camilla thought Dino hanging around her was a strategic move. Dino explains the deal to Camilla, much to the annoyance of John. Camilla thinks its wrong that everyone was laughing at her behind her back. “Thats a horrible thing to do to something”. John keeps laughing.

8.44pm – John holds the door to the rewards room open so Camilla can see inside. She says “wow!”. Big Brother fines Camilla $5000. The fine total is now half a million dollars – half of the original. Dino jokes that Big Brother was like Dr. Evil from Austin Powers.

Camilla is asking David why he didn’t tell her about the deal Dino made behind her back. David said she wasn’t going to mess about with other people’s business – plus Camilla was starting to get along with him, and she was attracted to him anyway. David speculates how it would be a funny story if they hooked up. Camilla says she thought they would have told her if they knew what was going on. She’s hurt she wasn’t told at all. David thought the outcome would have been positive.

David: Its always easier to drive on a highway, than a muddy road.

Camilla goes to the bedroom upset, and lies underneath her bed covers. Rob comes over to comfort her, but Camilla says she can’t trust anyone in the house anymore. Everyone is playing games – even David after she trusted him so much. People have been telling Camilla David was playing the game a lot recently and she didn’t believe it until now.

Camilla: I feel like the fat ugly stupid girl from high school no one wants to talk to.

Danielle and John are in the rewards room, and picks a box as part of her friday night games prize. Inside the box is a sandwich. They check the other boxes just incase its rigged – its not.

11.34pm – Rob is worried Camilla will leave this Sunday. There are things he wants to talk to her about. David thought it was Camilla trying to steal the toothbrushes. Camilla thought it was David though! Camilla doesn’t like it how people bitch to David about her, but David says that anyone can say things to him about Camilla, but they will get back 100% support for Camilla back. Camilla however would tell them to shutup if put in that situation.

Later that night Krystal and Gaelan are in bed together – its very dark and we can’t see whats going on, but you can hear them kissing over the microphones. Krystal asks how tonight is different from Tuesday night.

Gaelan: You’ve got way worse onion breath.

Krystal: No seriously

Gaelan: Because I’ve done everything possible to resist and I’m finding it difficult to resist.

Gaelan: Very difficult. So weak, I’m so weak.

Krystal laughs, and wishes they had “the room”.

Day 32 Uplate

11:15pm: Jamie and Katie are in the spa. Dani is at the edge of the spa. Jamie is saying that one of the guys was talking a lot about Dani the other day. I don’t know who they were referring to. Dani says that this is all so funny. Inside we go. Krystal and Gaelan lying on a bed together, Camilla and Rob also sitting up on the next bed. They are all talking about hairstyles. Camilla says here hair was too red in the first week. Camilla realises that Gaelan’s hair was cut a bit today. She apologises for not noticing. Gaelan and Krystal start talking about ice cream. Krystal tries to remember the name of a store near her. She says they have heaps and heaps of lollies and they make it on a cold slate. So you can add bars to your ice cream and they mash it all together on the cold slate…And back outside. Lots of laughter out here at the spa. Jamie is talking about a stupid game the boys played the other day about throwing ducks at other guys in the bathroom. This leads to a discussion about how Ashley is very good at hitting targets, and how he can get ducks or similar items through very small spaces. Dani says she is getting a jacket because she is too cold. Jamie and Katie joke that they might be gone when she returns. She checks on the boys (Dino and John) in the gym before heading inside, and she tells the boys that everyone is tired inside and nothing exciting is happening. She says she’ll be back and John asks her to grab one for him as well. She goes inside. John goes back to their previous conversation saying that he thinks that the nice guys might go when first put up. It seems he’s a bit scared about this weekend. Comm break.

11:30pm: Back in the gym. John says that he hasn’t been doubting himself at all, but the convo he’s just had with Dani has made him feel so much better. Dani tells him not to be worried about it at all (eviction). John says that in this house you have to think about it though. Dani agrees, saying that Tuesday-Thursday is just like hanging with friends and then the business end of the week comes about. Dani says that she would feel bad if John left. John thanks her. John mentions Gastro, and Dani is unsure who’s nickname it is, wondering if it was Dino. Dino says “ME!? I don’t fart that much”. They say they mean Rob. John says that if someone like Jade had just said that to him he wouldn’t have cared at all, but because it was Dani, who is someone he highly respects and wants to go far in the game, he really takes it to heart. Dino and Dani both agree that Jade isn’t entertainment value and she shouldn’t be kept in the house just for entertainment values. Dani thinks that Jade thinks she is loud and intimidating, but Dani doesn’t see that at all, and that she can’t change her opinion of herself because she is too set in her ways. She says she thinks Jade is interesting. Dino says he is freezing. Gaelan has joined them. John says that he thinks Jade is harmless. Dani and John both say that in the real life they wouldn’t hang out with her. Dani says that she probably hasn’t given Jade enough time because she has got bored too easily. John says he thought that about some people, but he gave them another half hour and he realises that he really likes them. Gaelan says he’s given Jade heaps of little 5 minutes sessions. Cut inside where Michael is in bed and Claire is sitting on his bed talking to him. Michael is still bitching about Karen, saying she deliberately tried to put barriers between her. Claire says that she can’t anymore. Michael says it’ll be interesting to see how goes this weekend because it’s back to only 3 nominees. Claire agrees. Into the kitchen. Dani and Dino are in there talking to Camilla and Rob. Rob is giving an annoying cooking lession to them all. Comm break.

11:45pm: Katie and Dani talking on a bed. Dani thought that whoever they are talking about didn’t even like her and give her the time of day. She says she doesn’t want to make the move, she did enough by sleeping in the same bed as him. Katie says she should wake him up some nights ‘accidently’ so they can talk some more. Ashley and Michael are looking in someone drawers. Dino enters the room and they all laugh ridiculously. Dino says thats the dumbest thing he’s ever seen, saying ‘why would you risk being put in the punishment room?’ I can’t quite follow the joke, apologies. Big Brother tells Dino to bring the lollies to the diary room, and to also bring Ashley’s stash with him. Katie then immediately gets a $5000 fine for not wearing her microphone. Someone says she’ll reach $100,000 by the end of this. Gaelan says “You sold Dino out there” to Ashley. They wonder whether Katie will have to do a punishment. John says that the dishes are the worst to do in the punishment room. Ash comes out and apologises to Dino, Dino says it’s all cool. Michael offers to help Dino get out of trouble, and suggests that Dino ask BB if he can have a lawyer present. Michael seems excited by this, and watches as Dino goes in. Cut to Krystal in the bedroom who is tidying up her little area of the bedroom. Most of the housemates are gathered in the living room waiting to see Dino’s fate. They don’t like his chances of getting out of a fine and a stint in the punishment room. Claire explains that she thought that the lolly bags could be eaten after the party as per usual practices in the real world when going to a party. Comm break.

12:01am: Dino is in the punishment room. He is trying to get others in trouble now seeing he;s in there. Claire says that anyone with a stash should come forward. Someone else says why would they come forward when they are only going to get into trouble. They change the subject to gay guys. Michael is convinced that Thorpie must be gay. He says that ‘why else would he have a pearl collection.’ Lots of little conversations going on on top of each other. Dino sticks a page on the wall which says dick. Jamie, Michael and John all laugh. They all say he’ll probably get in trouble for that. His punishment is to make confetti, but he’s punched ‘dick’ into the paper and made a word. Jamie and Michael talk about challanging Big Brother on his verdicts. Michael says he loves doing it. Jamie says he doesn’t do it often because the last time he did after coming out of the punishment room, BB sent him back in there. Comm break.

12:19am: Still quite a few people on the couch. John and Jamie are talking about how Michael seems to have been punished for tivial things the most. They say the first time he was punished, and in effect, the first punishment of the series, was for Michael interrupting Big Brother. They say he was in the punishment room for 4-5hours seperating needles. Claire says that he was having fun though. Michael exits the diary room, saying he tried to get Dino early bail to no avail. Dino and the boys all have a laugh, and Dino ends up farting on the glass. Michael goes to the bathroom. Dani says goodnight to the boys, and John calls out to Dino as he is having a hug with Dani! Rob comes out and says goodnight to them all. Jamie and John talk about how Dino looks like the young Chopper in the movie, when he first was in prison. Michael comes out of the bathroom and is looking very suss as he is going through his suitcase (at least i think it’s his). He looks under the bed from every available angle. Comm break.

12:32am: Michael has grabbed some toothbrushes from the bathroom and popped them in a sock and put then under his bed during the commercial break. Now it seems he’s going back for more. He grabs some more and goes back to the bedroom again. Cut away for an Uplate update, but we go back and Michael is still trying to hide stuff. Michael has now finished playing around. They boys all keep Dino company, and he moons them. BB tells Dino the longer he micks around, the longer he’ll be in the punishment room. Michael says that he sounded as if he was kind of laughing when he said it. John says that the goodbye messages have been so fake so far. Michael agrees. John says you don’t need to go overbored, but you can be honest at least. Michael says that some people just want to end on a good note. Michael says wait for his. He says he wants to make an impact with his. Cut to the bedroom. Camilla is saying she can’t wait to eat real food again. She says that everything here just makes them fart.

12:51am: Bathroom it is, Camilla and Rob are in there. Camilla says she wants her damn toothbrush now. She can’t find it. They joke about mango’s and bowels. Lovely. Camilla can’t find it and informs Krystal, who tells her she can use hers. She explains the colours, and Camilla says that hers might be gone too. Krystal says she better be joking. Rob says that Krystal should have a cuddle with Gaelan. Gaelan says that ‘distance makes the heart grow fonder.’ Back to the bathroom, Camilla looks everywhere. She reports back to Krystal that hers is gone too. John goes to the toilet. Camilla comes out to ask Dino if he stole them. Michael watches on. He is concerned for his toothbrush, saying he was just about to brush them. He goes and investigates. He says he still has his because he never leaves it in the bathroom. Ash says that his is still there. Comm break.

1:07am: Camilla comes out of the diary room. Michael says “For some reason I like woman shoes.” John says that this side of the bedroom is quite cool. Krystal says it’s way better. Gaelan says he hated his bed because of the position at the start, but he loves it now. John and Michael exit that side of the bedroom for a ‘brushoff.’ Camilla says she would like to play a brushoff, but she hasn’t got her brush! Comm break.

1:21am: Ashley exits the diary room. He says he said the mood in the house was tired. Michael says that he likes doing the dishes if he has someone else good helping him out because he can have a good convo. John says he should get Camilla to do it tomorrow. John says he likes doing dishes. Michael says Camilla told him off the other day for using too must dishwashing liquid. He says that he told her that it would only affect him as dishpig, and in actual fact, he didn’t think he had enough in there, so he added more. John says that he finds Camilla funny in the morning. He says she walks around as if she is asleep while doing exercises, then goes back to sleep, then gets up late and complains that there are no raisins left, then goes back to sleep and gets up late for lunch and there are no beans left. It sounded very funny! Comm break.

1:34am: John, Michael and Katie on the couch. Katie tells the boys who she will see in the outside world. She says Jamie. Michael says that Katie was in Sydney, he would spend time with her all the time. Katie says that John and Anna would be the Melbourne ones. She says she would like to catch up to Karen, and also Claire. John says that Dani is a great chick. They all agree. They talk about how Rob was so pumped at the party, even with shit music. They say it was a great party. John says he was robbed with his! At 1:39am, Dreamworld says goodnight.

8.44am – Dino and Danielle are up feeding the animals. Dino says last night was action packed, it was heaps fun for Danielle. Dino thinks Katie is really open about her feelings for Gaelan. Daniell wants to go back to bed after they feed the animals – Dino says “I like the way you put it”, reffering to going to bed.

9.56pm – Jamie asks Dino if the morning brings any regret. Dino says he wants to know what the others think. Ashley apparently also had a crush on Danielle and Dino might be a little worried after kissing her last night. Dino adds that Ashley is a little puppy and sometimes only follows what other people think and do. Jamie agrees, he feels Ashley has been hiding his feelings towards Danielle.

Later in the morning Big Brother announces all left over food and lollies from last night are to be returned to the diary room. The boys say thats really harsh. They collect all the lollies that are left and scoff as much as they can, but Big Brother interupts, saying the part is over and the lollies must be returned.

David joins Danielle outside and asks what happened with her last night. She says nothing happened afterwards. They both agree Dino is very attractive, but usually Danielle goes for very Aussie guys with blonde, possibly long hair, and Dino is the exact opposite. She is very much attracted to Dino.

Rob, Claire, Danielle, Camilla, David and Katie are called to the diary room for the task. They are given eggs to break on their heads. David’s is half boiled. Katie’s is raw. Danielle’s hard boiled. Camilla’s is hard boiled. Claire’s is raw. The housemates watching in the living room laugh. Rob’s egg is raw. The housemates who had boiled eggs can leave the diary room now. The remaining housemates are to stay to test if their luck can change. They choose eggs randomly out of a bucket. Claire is the only one with a raw egg – she is the unluckiest housemate, and given a golden horseshoe. She must hold it upright at all times to test whether it will make her more lucky.

BREAK

3.32pm – Some of the girls are in the sauna. Krystal still has a secret stash of lollies from last night, and she shares them with Claire and Danielle. Big Brother immediately tells her to return the lollies and go to the punishment room. She must blow up balloons. Jamie says there isn’t enough oxygen in that room. Claire tells her to blow them up small, but BB already instructed Krystal to blow them up to soccer ball sizes. Danielle is called to the diary room, and BB tells her to collect all items left over from the party and then join Krystal in the punishment room. Danielle goes on the defence, saying there are other housemates who have stuff left over.
BB wants to know who, but Danielle has wised up and shuts her mouth. BB annouces to the entire house if there are any other housemates with supplies from the party to bring them to the diary room. Claire and John go, and are told to go to the punishment room as well.

In the kitchen Rob asks David if he would date him outside the house. David jumps around the question, saying he doesn’t want to upset anyone. Camilla translates: “although I like you, I have my mind set on marriage”. Rob says thats ok. Camilla translates again: “thats ok, lets be friends”. Rob just wants a pash from David.

Meanwhile the punished housemates have finished blowing up their balloons – the punishment room is like a children’s ball pit, filled to the top with balloons. They all cheer and jump around the balloons. Dino watches in amusement.

Rob tells Camilla that its ok David isn’t interested in him – he can’t imagine himself on a farm anyways. But he will get a pash out of David before he goes.

BREAK

5.53pm – A group of boys are in the bedroom. Jamie is asked if he would get married soon. Jamie says his wife would have to cook – it shows she’s creative. Danielle comes in, and Dino asks her if her husband has to cook – she says yes, so she wouldn’t have to. Dino says “you’re losing points”. They exchange banter. Dino says he makes good sandwiches. Michael and David give animal show commentary on the relationship between Dino and Danielle. Michael jumps into Daniel’s arms and they “act out” Dino and Danielle’s relationship. They almost kiss, and Dino asks if David would have if he was straight – maybe. Danielle says she can’t wait to get married.

7.25pm – Family discussion time. The topic is “what do the housemates really think of the intruders?”. Rob says he and Danielle have fit in, and Jade is having more trouble. Jade says maybe she could learn to put on makeup for once in her life. Camilla says it’s Jade’s differences that make her so special. Camilla had a special connection with Danielle from the first day – she doesn’t have a problem with any of the intruders. Danielle loves them all, but says she won’t go through what she loves about them all because it would take forever.

Dino: Me first!

Danielle: Dino, I’ll tell you how much I like you later.

All the housemates at the table say “ooooh”. Dino is all smiles. The next topic is “housemates are to explain why they are in the house, and justify their reasons”. Ashley says his reason for coming is, and it hurts him, he never met his brother or sister. Ashley gets upset and Michael comforts him. Ashley hopes being on Big Brother will bring about meeting his siblings so he can share things about his life with them. Ash has never told the other housemates this much before, but he is now becuase “family is the most important thing”. All the housemates appreciate Ashley’s feelings. David suggests they now have a break from family discussion.

In the kitchen Claire hugs Ash and lets him know she is always there to talk. Claire asks if Ash has ever tried to find his brother or sister – he hasn’t. He only knows their first and second names and nothing else. One is 22 and one 27. Claire hopes he finds them, and agrees with what he said about family. Krystal also lets Ash know she is there to talk.

BREAK

11.48pm – There are still lollies hidden behind Dino’s bed. BB tells him to bring them to the diary room – Dino says goodbye to the other housemates and is moved directly to the punishment room. He must make confetti from paper using a hole punch. Meanwhile Michael is playing pranks again – he is stealing people’s toothbrushes and hiding them in a sock. He puts hte sock under a housemate’s bed.

Jamie tries to keep Dino amused in the diary room with a joke:

Jamie: Whats better than hole punching?

Jamie: Everything.

John: Dino, would you rather get a punch in the face, or punch a bit of paper?

Dino: Punch a bit of paper.

Dino continues with punching the paper, and Jamie says he looks a little blue.

12.47am – Camilla can’t find her toothbrush. She ventures out of the bathroom and questions the other housemates – she says there are heaps of other toothbrushes missing too. Michael plays dumb – he asks the others if they left their toothbrush in the bathroom. Camilla goes to the diary room and tells BB that a few of the HMs have misplaced their toothbrush. She wants Big Brother to tell her if it is through their own actions. BB tells Camilla he didn’t take their toothbrushes. She asks if a housemate has taken them – bug Big Brother never comments on what others do in the house.

Michael is brushing his teeth. Camilla says goodnight to Dino, who is still in the punishment room punching holes in paper. Shortly after BB relieves him of his punishment. He goes straight to bed – with Danielle.

Dino: Honey I’m home.
