Big Brother finishes with a 2 hour finale on November 6, but what’s in store from now until then?
There are two eviction shows remaining – the first is this Wednesday (Oct 30) as normal, plus a second on Monday (Nov 4) to bring the finale numbers down to four. That is unless Monday’s eviction is a double – which would leave the finale 3. We expect voting lines will change to a Vote to Win after Wednesday’s eviction, remaining open until the finale except momentarily during the Monday special when lines will be frozen and the housemate with the least votes removed from the running.
With no nominations this week, a live special will take place on Thursday (Oct 31), dubbed “Trick or Treat“. The synopsis reveals the show will be similar to last year’s “Big Secrets” special where housemates were shown footage of each other’s time in house, particularly private moments they didn’t want other housemates to find out about. The housemates will also be shown news events from the outside world that took place while they were in the house.
Daily shows will air tonight (Oct 29), Friday (Nov 1) and next Tuesday (Nov 5). Nine Sydney will continue to delay Big Brother by 30 minutes for at least the next 3 days – pushing start times back to 7:30 pm for the next eviction and “Trick or treat” special. Tickets are still available for the special on a first come first served basis (no VIP/Gold priority seating) – 412 seats left at time of posting.
As previously reported, Justynn will not be part of the finale. Despite efforts to request an invite from Southern Star, he has been given the cold shoulder. Certain former housemates including Nathan have allegedly been asking Justynn why he isn’t attending the finale.
What would you like to see in the “Trick or treat” special? Have your say on the forum.
