Well this will be cut short tonight being a masterclass night!
I have to admit that I watch the masterclasses too...some of them I enjoy and others not so much though.

I would eat that...although I do have an aversion to anything black on my plate.Another weird dish, but they replicated it well.
I can take or leave masterclass, but I have it on in the background.

Masterclass...I couldn't be bothered with either curry...too much work! AND all their ingredients are measured out for them and they don't have to do the dishes!
The Vietnamese dish did look and sound delicious but again too much work for me!
Mindy's dish...ummm nah...Nick's otoh...looked interesting...I love eggplant!

Masterclass...I couldn't be bothered with either curry...too much work! AND all their ingredients are measured out for them and they don't have to do the dishes!

Mindy has been on a run of being in the middle of the pack literally every cook for yonks, it's wack that she hasn't had one dish that's been either really good or bad enough for a pressure test/second round of elimination for ages!
