I saw the last ep (ep 22) on Monday and I reckon it was pretty good, a lot better than 99% the derivative crap served up on TV these days. This is coming from a straight up hetero mind you. lol There's no question that the success of Game of Thrones is behind the yankee commercial networks decision to make this show, there's even a nod to GOT during one of the eps. lol

The curse thing will be explained in good time but to put it simply the curse was 'bought' from Gold/Rumple by Regina/EvilQueen and unleashed so she could have her 'happy' ending and ruin all the other fairy tales character's ones.

Gold and Regina are 2 of the characters (it makes sense since their both responsible for it) who are aware of their true identity but there is at least 2 more characters introduced (and hints at other character currently living in Storybrook) midway through the season who also know the truth.

Stupid Ch7 teased me in early January so I started downloading the eps instead of waiting 5 months. Serves them right. :cool:

Thanks for that........ I've been googling and reading so I think I get the whole curse thing, and the show. I will still watch it, but its definitely not a "must see" thing where I'll drop everything to watch.
 
Anybody catch Tricky Business? I was at a hockey game monday night and forgot until a friend posted on FB it was repeating at 4 today so I taped it and just got done and must say I quite enjoyed it. I don't like the actress who plays the main character but she didn't do too bad, just a smirk here and there. Can't wait for tomorrow night now.
 
I would just like to say how annoying the ads for the Lara Bingle show are getting. I will not be watching this show, and from the ads they are showing I hope she will get paid a lot and has invested it wisely, as I just can't see this doing her any favours.

Thoughts?

How many episodes did Shane Warne's show last for

Maybe get Lara and Yasmin together if she's still looking for a man and you might have fun lol

Seriously though why are these no talents being given shows? Why not do a show about the bum in the street? I'm sure they'd be much more entertaining and informative.

I remember it was on for like 5 minutes. I never watched it though.

I have no problem making fun of people on these shows, but this Lara Bingle one is just a bad idea.
 
Yeah that one is pretty funny, but you have to wonder about her IQ, is she possibly slightly mentally handicapped???
I'm almost serious........this girl is going to be rubbished so badly.....and she seems to be the only one not in on the joke, ie that she is a joke.

There is a TV ad for the show with her driving a car and she says "have I got a license?"

I wanted to stab my ears and eyes....
 
Anyone watch Bollywood Star? If you didn't go watch it on SBS catch up it's awesome, only 4 parts I think. It's kind of cheap and tacky, and wonderful.

I caught it last night about half way through quite enjoyed it, will definitely set IQ to record it next week.
