The Fitbit Cult

This makes me want to fire up my Fitbit again, it was playing up before and needed resetting so I gave up.

I'm in the bad habit lately where I don't eat dinner. I guess it's better than stuffing my face, but for reasons I really can't explain I keep neglecting to eat at night.

Also, my lunch today was a bowl of custard, so I'm not exactly packing the nutrients in when I do eat!
 
Jessy, have you tried the sleep-cycle app? I have stopped using it now, but it used to show some accurate looking charts of my sleep cycle. And occasionally I would take a sleeping pill and it would show 6 - 7 hours of quite different looking sleep. 'Deep' sleep but you could see it was 'chemical' sleep because in contrast to my normal sleep I apparently didn't move (hardly) at all... Available in iOS and android. I used iOS. And it claims to wake you from your lightest sleep phase, and it probably does, but I really just used it to track what my sleep looked like, not as an alarm.

I haven't, but I have meant to for a while now. Maybe I'll download it tonight, I'd like to see a more detailed analysis of my sleep, as depressing as it no doubt will be.

Ok then! But ... multiplication and division also useful. Good when dealing with BMI and sleep analysis and making money and All Sorts of things.... Definitely worth considering adding to your repertoire ...

Not necessarily depressing.... It showed the cycles nicely. It might actually show you that you have more deep sleep phases than you think you do. I found it interesting when I used it anyway. Report back if you do use it. I'm interested in it again now!!

You're not wrong. Honestly even very simple addition and subtraction can throw me, numbers are not exactly my strength but there's always time to change that!

Yes true, where I lack quantity there could still be quality and comparing it to the (at times dubious seeming) data of Fitbit could be interesting in itself. There might even be more quantity than I realise.
 
Er, that would be me too. Give me letters any day. As for height, I do better in imperial unless I'm referring to me as I know both of mine, weight is metric.
I am not much better with letters either!
 
Day 2, tick.

Today is Day 3. It is so nice not feeling bloated after eating so much.

I am making risotto tonight, my first go at it. Being the true over confident narcissist I am, you can be sure "nailed it" pic will flood this thread.

I swear having a Fitbit makes you walk! I really wanted to lay all day (I am a poet and I don't even know it, I rhyme all the time...) yesterday, but the thought of not making 10000 steps literally made me feel anxious, bible (Kardashian gag for those thinking wtf?!).
