My physio put me on squats today. Just as well I love them. I do have some weights at home but prefer the gym. Going up stairs is great, down not so great and as @hooleydooley said, walking is good. Far and fast like normal aren't good for the time being and yes, shift work is a bugger. I am however fitter and healthier than a lot of people I know who are trimmer than me. I do have a 6 pack, it's just floating in a keg![]()
