Been looking at the plans for the Coomera town centre and noticed that the small area where the house is is still marked as Dreamworld, and the town centre kind of surrounds it?

Actually I believe the house sits in the Coomera Activity Centre area which is numbered 1 and is the area marked in red... I've marked the small area within the yellow box that Dreamworld still own on Google Maps as well as the house... Just based on that you can see that placing the house within the green belt is a bit far fetched...

As you can see, it sits right on the edge of a "Minor Pedestrian Path"
