I like the fact that she's being 'less intelligent' then. She doesn't need to disclose her personal business, not even to Tim. That money was meant to be no strings attached and she's taken Tim at his word.

And that's fair enough. I'm just saying that there may have been a more intelligent way to approach it which wouldn't make it look like she's pocketed $400 for herself. If Tahan doesn't care about copping that criticism then good for her, but I don't think she needed to cop it.

Of course he's going to make a game of it. In the end though, does it really hurt the others to participate in it? I can see what people are saying in terms of manipulation, but in the end I'm sure they can see the bigger picture. They don't have to give money themselves, they get a tax deduction, they get exposure for the charity they support (which a lot of their fans will actually consider contributing to as well).

l think those caught up in the manipulation part of it need to realise that Tim ultimately is giving away $10,000 and I'm pleased for all those charities who struggle on a daily basis to get donations. Merry Christmas to them and all who will benefit from those donations at this time of year.

Typical narcissistic self aggrandizing behaviour from a proven flog of the highest order, seriously what else did anybody expect? This type of rubbish is right up Tim's alley.

Instead of giving a pitiful 5% of money (won not through hard work but sitting on his arse acting like a school clown for 4 months) quietly and in a dignified classy manner, he takes this as an opportunity to make it all about himself and callously pretends to be generous to his fellow housemates when in reality he's just using them to let as many people as possible know what a generous charitable soul he is.

The truth is he's nothing of the sort, he's just another fame seeking whore who's not ashamed to use charity as a vehicle to get the little bit of spotlight that's still left on the BB10 housemates shone on him for one last time. Paaaaaaaaathetic, just pathetic the guy has no shame whatsoever any bit of respect I had for Tim has completely evaporated into the ether.

That's why Tim's motives don't really matter as long as that is the real world result.

Well it does to me because:

1. He could have done without resorting to playing mindgames with his fellow housemates who have being victims of Ch 9's tight arsery. Tahan, Boogsy and Drew deserved way more than the pittance they were rewarded with.

2. Regardless of the good that can come from the money making it to people in need, it does not negate the fact Tim's douchiness is beyond the pale.

not ok for people to be harassing any of the housemates, i'll never quite understand why strangers on twitter think they can directly contact someone and have a go. That being said i still don't blame Tim. It's her choice what she does with it, the offer was still very generous and if she chooses to keep the money then that is her choice alone. Give the money to charity or keep it, you gotta own your choice. If she has a problem with the way tim went about it i'm sure she wouldn't have accepted his offer. It's the nuts demanding explanations and making contact with the housemates that are the problem.
