I think Sonia was a little messy tonight. I think she did the fake house thing well, but the rest of the night seemed a little off. I don't particularly blame her, though; I blame the style of the show, and how it's being produced. I think she would be ten times better if the show was being done as it had been in the past.

I think Sonia is rushed. As in they don't give her enough time to do what she has to do. She doesn't have the opportunity to build up a rapport with the hm's like Gretel had. That being said, I like her better than Gretel. Gretel always seemed to me to have an underlying aggression when she was talking to the hm's, it seemed like she was talking to a bunch of idiots. Admittedly sometimes she was but there was always something a bit condescending about her. If I had to choose, I'd choose Sonia but I'd like to see her have more chat time.

I don't know whether or not this is a comment on Sonia as a host, or on the format of the evictions shows themselves, but this year it just feels like there's something...missing there? I do think Sonia is doing a good job. She's likeable, she has a good energy, and she appears to be having fun in the role. Evictions just feel like a nonevent now. Maybe I'm recalling past seasons wrong, but the Sunday night thing always felt like a much bigger deal - like there was a lot more build-up?
The show is definitely suffering by only have the 1 hour run time. That and stuffing the daily show in there as well. It all just feels way rushed. It's a shame because I think, if given the opportunity, Sonia could really shine.

Yeah that's just it, it's too rushed. Evictions should be around 1.5hrs long.
I do like Sonia. She has her moments, usually when she adlibs and says something off the cuff, which proves that she is capable of handling the live show. But then other times it seems like she just isn't completely at ease being up there on the stage in front of the crowd and you can tell she is fixating on just reading the autocue and throwing straight to the next ad break or video or whatever. Noticed that once or twice tonight.

Sonia is getting better and better with each show.
Agreed. When I look back at Gretel's first few shows of BB she was the same, the longer she did it and the longer the network/production company did it the smother it all ran.
I think some kind of high table would be best - let her stand but have something for her to stand by, especially for the interviews.I think Sonia needs a stylish stool to sit on or something, the Standing is really bothering me.

Regardless of how she's doing, Sonia at her very worst is still better than Kyle and Jackie at their very best. I'm just glad they didn't get those two back again.

I think Sonia is doing a good job considering the limited resources she is provided with.
The actual show sucks, they have stripped it to the bone, no real interaction with the housemates and the eviction, well blink and you miss it. I wish they would bring back a full post eviction interview.

THEY NEED AN EVICTION COUCH....IT'S NOT THE SAME

and...
-it looks like a launch interview
-they need more than a ten minute interview
-they need evictees on noms show to get more info out of them too
