She is the only one who could win immunity with an undercooked cake.
It makes no sense.
You're being judged on the dish, not just the pieces you put on the plate.

Alvin ingredients looking good.
Hoisin sauce, fish sauce, soy and ginger forget the pork, add garlic, makes one of my favourite combinations... with chillies.

Agree! Yummy flavours. His logic was a bit flawed though? Wouldn't it have been better to lose five minutes and buy rice than spend the time making steamed buns (that apparently didn't turn out very well)?

Sarah's dish...errrr no from me...just looked far too oily. I hate fat and oil in large doses.

That was my reaction when I had one for the first time.
Yuck, but now i love them.

I love them cooked in some way or smoked...not so keen on natural though.

I've got doubts about Billie's dish too. She lost me with chicken fat and skin...and was it a coriander granita? If so, a definite no from me.
