I think you'll enjoy Wall E ds, it's a really good movie. Pixar have done it again.
Hey what is "set seating"
Indeed they have, molloch. Just got back from seeing it out at Whitfords city (after a late steak lunch and pint of blonde at Hillarys Marina) with numba1son. Nice to go to a theatre which ISN'T enforcing set seating for a change (all the rage with Greater Union at the moment, who are also giving away Gold Class upgrades with ice-creams ... apparently the concept ain't doing so well over here in the West.)
Top movie and wouldn't mind seeing it again. Laughed much, and more than one tear was brought to the eye on more than one occasion.
Who woulda thunk I could be such a softy human type capable of Real Feelings, eh ?
It helps when machines are made to be so much more innocent and likeable than actual people.
Which reminds me. It's now been over eight years since I last was able to keep a cat as a pet. <sigh>
regarDS
Yup, all the seats are lettered/numbered ... and woe on anyone who sits in the wrong seats and the "rightful owners" come along.
god, allocated seating is a nightmare, i went to see the dark knight, we sat in the wrong seat, the people who were supposed to sit there came so all 6 of us had to move to the other side of the cinema, then we had to make other people move, and then they had to make other people move, it was a serious nightmare
but on the positive side Wall-e was extremely good, i usually hate pixar movies, but this one was actually good, i would recommend it to anyone, i loved the start were they introduced him and his quirky behaviour, it was really good, i loved all the social comments they were making, like the environment, obesity, technology, it really was an amazing film, i might just see it again.
Cars.....
Saw it for the very first time tonight and loved it..... It was better then I had given it credit for.
As for Knight Rider.. Why did they have to chose a HIDEOUS car like that Ford
Same. I'd say it's one of Pixars finest.
I agree. The actors were excellent. It was the script that was lacking something, at least I think so.^I saw that a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Good acting.

Cindy: Hello?
Tabitha's Voice: [indistinct] Seven days.
Cindy: What? Willie Mays?
Tabitha's Voice: [indistinct] Seven days.
Cindy: Who's gay? Hello?
Tabitha's Voice: [indistinct] Seven days.
Cindy: What?
Tabitha's Voice: Can you hear me now?
Cindy: Kind of.
Tabitha's Voice: Can you hear me now?
Cindy: Yes. Perfect.
Tabitha's Voice: Seven days.
Cindy: Seven days. Oh, my God. I'm gonna die next Monday?
Tabitha's Voice: Yes. No. Wait. Monday. That would be seven business days. This is seven days starting now.
Cindy: So seven days to this very hour? My watch broke. How am I gonna know the exact hour?
Tabitha's Voice: Forget hours. This day seven days from now.
Cindy: But there's a holiday coming up. Do you count the holiday?
Tabitha's Voice: Well, that depends. What holiday?
Cindy: Martin Luther King Day.
Tabitha's Voice: Then no.
Cindy: Why not? Everybody at work is taking it off.
Tabitha's Voice: Jesus Christ, lady. I'm giving you seven friggin' days. I can come over now and kill the shit out of you if you'd rather have that.
Cindy: I'm looking for something more than just good sex.
Brenda Meeks: I know. You want commitment.
Cindy: No, I want great sex.
I want to see that, but only for Anna Faris. She's the only reason I like the Scary Movies...well, he and the girl who plays Brenda.
