Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

I think Jade is still a beautiful girl inside and out, I believe she is just insecure about herself and had some self-confidence issues (hence why she appears to many people as being desperate). This week in BB has been eye opening for many viewers because now that Tully has been trying to hog Drew to herself we saw a different side of Jade that was probably edited out in previous episodes. It was nice to see her interacting with other housemates and BB is partly to blame for painting Jade as the criminal because all the previous footage of Jade was her flirting...

Jade and Ed were the couple on everyone's lips after being on each other's lips during the wild festivities. Ed's hot-and-cold barometer must've been feeling decidedly hot at the stroke of midnight as he ended up sharing his single bed with Princess Jade. This morning, though, athletic Ed did his trademark backflip, boycotting the bed and a sleeping Jade hours before the rest of the HMs even stirred.

"Ed was all about his resolve and standing his ground. He failed at that, didn't he?" Tully said to Drew. When straight-shooting Jade addressed the spooning sesh straight up with Ed, he became flustered with a whole lotta 'I would've thought that you would've thought that we would've' garble, and quickly changed the subject."
ED NEEDS TO MAKE UP HIS FREAKING MIND. People gave Jade abuse because she was going hot & cold with Ed and Drew when Ed is doing something similar. He's said he is not interested in Jade - that's fine - but why would you go to bed with that person when you obviously know AND THAT THEY HAVE STATED that they have a thing for you? Where is the logic in that? And don't say 'Ed was drunk or w/e because why didn't he just say that instead of mumble mumble mumble....
I've really tried to like Ed and I thought that him and jade would make a great couple but he is so boring and I do think that if he got into a relationship inside the house it would be beneficial to him because maybe viewers could see a more intimate and fun side of him. Currently he is doing nothing but sending the wrong signals to Jade and AVOIDING CONFRONTATION. STOP SITTING ON THE FCKING FENCE AND ME YOUR DECISION.
What Tully said was completely true but she probably used that to her advantage to try and edge closer to Drew by making him think that DRADE is over (it probably is judging by the past week) but as usual she'll just add fuel to the fire! Get out Tully!
If Ed hurts Jade again then I WANT HIM OUT ASAP.
And to quote Mikkayla on the situation (sorry for all the quotes) "As a young girl, if you have a crush on someone and they show even a little bit of reciprocated interest, that's it."

And nooooooooooooo to third bold ;( I know that Drade seems to be over lately cause of Drully but I hope there's still something there. They were just too happy and cute. I'd like to believe [MENTION=31931]Jo-bot[/MENTION] and think that it was Drew on her lap ;[

Actually if you haven't noticed but Jade has toned down a lot of her flirting this past week. She has been getting along with the other housemates quite well and after the conversation with Ed she has stopped a lot of what she was previously doing. And I don't believe that Jade thinks she is a victim but from an onlookers perspective she appears to be one especially when she received so much hate from it. So it's okay if a guy does it but not a girl?
You can also not deny that Ed has been sending signals to Jade, whether they were intentional or not it is giving Jade the wrong message and ideally it is up to Jade to figure it out for herself. Nobody has talked to Jade in the house about what she is doing, the housemates have just been talking about her behind her back. How is she expected to know?
AND I don't think you can ever be too desperate for love. Love can make people do some crazy things. END OF STORY.
 
To put it bluntly, Ed was an arsehole for suggesting they share a bed, going in for kisses, etc then immediately pulling away and making her feel weird about it all. If a girl did that to a guy, she'd be called a tease, an attention seeker, and many worse things.

Ed's an idiot and honestly he's more of an idiot than Jade is in this situation.

You are talking about the housemates like they are your friends and you know them and have personal insight, but you don't, so you sort of come off looking a tad deranged.

And in closing, I would just like to say you can be too desperate, and just for your own information - it is NEVER an attractive quality.

Call me what you like but I don't plan to continue having a conversation with somebody so rude and arrogant. I'm merely basing what I've written by what I've seen and read on the BB website.
Sorry that your opinion is always right and what you see in people is what everyone else sees/believes.

In other news,... Jade has moved up from next to last on the popularity tracker. She's now 3rd from the bottom. (I'm sure that will change shortly)!

Up up up up up we go, Jade. If she just spent one 24 hour period in the next week with no flirting and more serious talking she may climb another few spots too!

EDIT - Not that I reaallly want her to stop flirting. Just chose the right direction for it, Jade darling x hah

Yeah, she needs to deal with some of those demons she came in the house with ON TOP of the one living in the house and then she should do better. Guess we shall see!~ ;)

I can't believe her sick obsession with Ed! It's really disturbing in my opinion. It comes across as desperate! Even Drew is talking about it! I can tell you that she'll be the next female to go!
