From the tweets and instagram photos that Jake has posted over the past months, he has only posted a few about Meatloaf and Tim, otherwise he seems to be his doing own thing, and not using Tim for publicity/connections.
I think he will be fun to watch, but wondering if BB will announce the connection to Tim, or try ignore that fact?

Jake and Tim have only become HM's in the last 6 or so months and Tim was advertising on Twitter for a HM so it might be more that Jake was looking for an in to BB, then Tim doing him a favour. Tim doesn't seem to be a big fan of Jake's - I think they are just two strangers living together. Just because you are a great, doesn't mean your HM is great - I've had friends as HMs who would eat all my food, leave dirty dishes in the sink and not pay rent

He seemed quite fake. He seemed completely fine but doing a bit too much of the puppy excited by everything thing.

Trying a bit too hard, it'll be interesting to see how he is when he relaxes and is himself. I bet he's quite insecure and there will be tears.

i was listening to replay of this tonight on my drive home from work ... Tim is in a difficult spot here - he's working for both Channel 9 AND KIISFM - of course KIISFM are wanting him to spill the beans but Tim would be under instruction from 9 to keep quiet on certain things ... perhaps at the risk of losing any hope of future trips into the house or to evictions etc etc

personally think its up to Jake to prove himself as a housemate .., he worried me at the very start because his entry, his voice - they seemed to be classic Tim and if that was all he had brought to the table well he wouldn't cut it. But already he showed a bit of promise - just the quick dropping to his knee when Sonya told Gemma that he'd chosen her for his partner ... showed a quick wit and sense of fun.

rating him a "we'll see" with a bit of "might be promising" ...
