...I'm watching Dr Who as I post... are the shape of the doors and corridors the same or similar to the inside of what we see on the Daleks ship?... I'll have to check it out later... if so... it makes the link between Dr Who and the Daleks even more intriguing... cheers.

...further on what I was saying... here are some shots of the shape of the doorways in corridors of Dalek ships etc throughout the early series and movies through to the latest Dr Who shows... they may vary in sizes but I notice a familiar shape all round...

...and now some interior shots of the doorways and corridors of the Tardis... not exactly the same shapes at times but very simmilar in my eyes...

...so seeing as how the writers of Dr Who place subliminal messages throughout the various shows... (Vote Saxon / Bad Wolf etc)... it makes me wonder if this is one of those occasions?... perhaps I'm reading too much into it?...
...just think though... what if The Doctor had at one time 'borrowed' parts of Dalek technology or even the other way around... the Daleks stole some of the Tardis technology at one stage?... a long stretch perhaps but what if?...
...am I onto something here or am I going into some sort of weird tangent?... by the way tonight's episode was kind of mixed feelings for me... perhaps because of the Escher stairs thing that I saw in that publicity poster didn't really materialise made me a tad bit disappointed... overall... a pretty good story but it would've been good to see other rooms within the Tardis... (perhaps from previous Doctors rooms of yesteryear for example)... but hey you can't get everything that you want in life can you?... lol!... cheers.

Interesting theory. Not sure how I feel about this episode myself. I was watching the thing on SBS about the fabric of the universe. Tonight they were talking about the multiverse and dark energy.
Anyway I like your ideas.

I'm a bit behind so no episode comments from me.
But - Moffat says his 50th celebration, The Doctor's Name, will change Dr Who forever.
I'm a bit worried, I don't want to know his secret name - I like it being secret; I like him being a mystery;
and i don't really want it changed forever by moffat who is a bit dodgey with his production and who tortured poor Amy way too many times.

I think he tortured Rory more times then Amy. She just became very unlikeable
...I never really liked Amy all that much... I much preferred Rose and Donna over the rest... cheers.
...another observation from the 'Journey to the centre of the Tardis' the other night... (I watched it again tonight)... did anyone notice that when Clara was running around that she saw the famous Tardis swimming pool through one of the doorways?...

...then when she looked through another doorway she saw this?...

...I'm not sure if it was supposed to be the Torchwood telescope from the episode about the Werewolf and Queen Victoria... but it looks a hell of a lot like it... here is the Torchwood telescope...

...so what do you think?... is it supposed to be it?...if so... has he got it their as a memento of when he was in his previous incarnation of David Tennant?... curious indeed methinks... cheers.

I didn't realise that it was the torchwood telescope, nice catch.
I really liked this episode, it was awesome to finally see more parts of the Tardis. We saw the swimming pool, the library, that store room with River's cot inside it, what's under the console, and the Eye of Harmony! And seeing that there's a book called 'The History of the Time War' that has the Doctor's name in it kind of excited me too

...yeah Will...it was quite a revealing episode in dropping clues wasn't it?... speaking of subtle clues... what do you think of my post about the shapes of the doors and corridors being similar within Dalek structures throughout the past seasons and within the Tardis?... a long stretch to link them together?... as I said before... it was just an observation on my part... being that the writers love leaving little links within various episodes and all... cheers.

I'd be more intersted in how the hell he got that telescope and the room inside the tardis

...lol! that's a bloody good point Mud... perhaps the Tardis materialised around it to enclose it inside?... we can only guess... cheers.
...more on the 50th anniversary show in November on this link...
http://www.digitalspy.com.au/britis...versary-special-wont-feature-old-doctors.html
...there is an exclusive video of Matt Smith and Steve Moffatt and Jenna Louise Coleman speaking of the special... if you click on some of the highlighted sub-links you will be able to read comments from John Barrowman / Sylvester McCoy and other ex-stars of Dr Who about being disappointed about not being asked to participate... a shame really but that's Steve Moffatt for you... (he is so systematically destroying Dr Who in my opinion)...
...apparently John Barrowman got into a bit of strife for mentioning that he had talks about negotiations to be in the anniversary show at one stage... cheers.
