Celebrity Splash. Channel 7

Could you possibly be a Twilight fan? Team Edward or team Jacob? Am I driving you nutty yet?

How dare you?!

HOW DARE YOU?!

Team Egbert/Team Jacob indeed. I would rather eat my own eyeballs than ever become a Twimong!

As far as driving me nutty, did you not see my personality profiled in the Brain Teaser thread? I am a narcissistic social retard with a borderline personality disorder, my only endearing qualities are the fact I am a credulous cretin whose only real friend is a sock puppet called Derek.

I don't want to sound desperate or overly needy, but if this friendship doesn't work out, I am going to hold my breath until I die.

TILL I DIE I TELLS YA!

...lol!... I never thought that I would EVER say these two words in the same sentence but... TraLa are you still a virgin when it comes to never having seen a Dr Who/Lord of the Rings/Star Wars/Harry Potter show or movie?... amazing... obviously Fantasy or Sci-Fi is not your thing... what are your type of shows or movies that you're into out of curiosity?... (porn excluded lol!)...

...not this bendy surely?...

Ha! Not quite that bendy no. Crane pose is probably the best I can do when it comes to pretzel like yoga poses.

My TV favourites at the moment are Call the Midwives, Criminal Minds, Downton, that Halifax show which is on tonight on the ABC, Law and Order, Documentries, Modern Family, The Big Bang Theory and the Simpsons.

Movies, I like anything that is plausible and well written. My favourites so far this year are Django Unchained, Silver Lining Playbook (or what ever it is called), Les Miserbles and The Impossible. I am not a Sci Fi sort of gal

...hi Starlight... welcome to the forums and welcome to our insanity... I love that Avatar of yours... I can't remember the name of the artist that painted it but I think that he was either Spanish or Italian from memory... I did a detailed pencil drawing of that as a drawing exercise a while back because I liked it so much... it was fun to do... again my friend... welcome to the madness... cheers.

Thank you for the welcome! I cannot even tell you where I found this Avatar, I have had it saved on my computer for years! You will have to show me your drawing sometime, it sounds excellent :)

Have you turned blue yet???

I am desperately awaiting your response!!!!!!!!! (Did I get that right? There wasn't a "you're" correction involved?? Their, there, they're...oh dear....madness indeed!!!

Is this a bad time to inform you that my favourite show on TV as I was growing up was Buffy the Vampire Slayer???

Crap. Does that information assist with determining my age?

...and here is my version... (I believe that I did the head a tad bit too small in camparison to the body at the time... it would be better now if I did it again all these years later)... I just worked it out... I did this drawing probably 24 years ago from what I can remember... OMG... so long ago lol!... cheers

That is amazing!!! You are very talented ;) I wish I could draw like that it's very nice :)

Matthew Mitcham is so serious on the judging criteria. It actually frustrates me. You'd think they are actually competing in the Olympics with the spiels he gives the celebs after their dive!

...when is the next episode?... I didn't really think much of last nights episode to be totally honest... it seemed to be a tad bit 'flat' in parts... none of the va-va-voom of the first two shows... go Denise in next episode... cheers.

Yes...when IS the next Episode? There is one at 6.30pm on Sunday I think. But is it the NEXT one????

It's been "axed" and the grand finale will be on next Thursday 8:45pm

...good find Zac... thanks for that... well I guess that we were all correct on this one eh?... as I said right at the beginning... it was a no brainer show... I also said this...

...I think that the show is a low cost programme to take the shine off Celebrity Apprentice and The Biggest Loser and of course The Voice...after spending heaps on the production of MKR I think that Channel 7 pumped this cheapo show out to steal viewers away from those more high-cost shows...

...I still believe that it was always just that... an attempt at stealing viewers on a low cost budget... and it worked for the first episode... and as Mud Cake said from the outset...

OMG 1 second dive 20 minutes of fluff and padding.

TV can't possibly get any dumber than this can it?

...if they took the padding out of the show the whole scheduled six shows could've fitted into one 90 minute show methinks... cheers.
