I totally bought the Rhonda tweet as confirmation, I'm so gullible.

I still 99.9% believe/hope Anthony Callea is in though.

No, same here. What a strange coincidence to post that just all these hints point to her anyway. We'll see I guess.

I'm saying 100% for Anthony Callea! Oh but I'm gullible too so who knows.

We can assume that five females and five males will be going in opening night:

1. Pop star who sang for the queen (Anthony Callea) or World famous comedian who has called Australia home (Akmal)
2. AFL Player
3. Cricketer
4. Rugby League Player
5. Hollywood Heartthrob

Hmm... Wait so one of these occupations has to belong to a female...the pop star or comedian? Akmal looks like a pretty safe bet but so does Anthony Callea... One of them ain't going in! 😬

So 6 is ????

8. Theatrical lady
9. Was a 90's pop singer
10. Female athlete

Hmm... Ruby Rose is a DJ could she be the international DJ???

Ah yes Chris Gayle might be the cricketer though I believe Network Ten were very unhappy with him after those comments so it probably won't be him.

So my guesses (for now)

1. Comedian - Akmal
2. AFL Player - Warwick Capper
3. Cricketer - Mark Waugh
4. Rugby League Player - ???
5. Hollywood heartthrob - Ridge
6. Pop star who sang for the queen - ??? (Female)
7. International DJ - Ruby Rose
8. Theatrical lady - Rhonda Burchmore
9. Was a 90's pop singer - Melissa Tkautz
10. Female athlete - ???
 
I'll eat my hat if 6 isn't Anthony.

Comedian might not be male? Probably no one major, but like that Muriel one they had on Celebrity Big Brother.

Also, a couple of them might not go in straight away, but as intruders later.

The comedian has been referred to as male I think - "made Australia his home" while no gender has been given for the pop star but visually it's always been a male. I'm still certain it's Callea.

Ruby Rose would be cool but she's too busy and famous right now in Hollywood. The Stafford Brothers have been hinted at in the media but I think Havana Brown is a better option, especially if it's to be female.

I think the female athlete may be Layne Beachley.

This is of course assuming we've heard of every celebrity before, we might be thinking too big.

I hope any Bach people are more interesting than Tim and Anna were. I reckon they'll send intruders in, which is why I'm not too worried about figuring out the male/female ratio from the clues.
