"the book was better" included.
From the above link:
... You can hate this film without watching it, for the same reason that you can assume Citizen Kane is slightly superior to Need For Speed, without having seen either of them.
Just use context clues. Use your judgment. Use your money on something else.
Noah is a major Hollywood blockbuster, made by an atheist director best known for his previous flick where a mentally disturbed lesbian ballerina goes insane and bleeds to death on stage. Already, a critical person might be slightly concerned about his handling of the Bible, considering what he just did to the ballet.
These concerns grew from suspicion to reality before it was even released, when the man himself came out publicly and professed Noah to be both an environmentalist propaganda piece, and the “least Biblical” Bible film ever made.
He wasn’t lying.
But he forgot to mention that it’s also a terrible film.

oh well, looks like it is another film one should simply D/L and buy the DVD version of when it makes it to the jbhifi bargain bin.
On that topic, jbhifi is currently selling what I reckon is an EXCELLENT DVD series.
"The Legend of the Seeker". (Based on "The Sword of Truth" books, or something like that)
LSCP and I got both seasons of it the other week and are loving it. Considering that it was made prior to 2010, it is easy to see where Bethesda got many of its "Skyrim" ideas from ... and perhaps even the author of "Game of Thrones".
Sam Reime is involved and well shot beautiful locations in NZ are bountiful. External locations and sets inside homes etc are just soooooooo Skyrim.
I hated the Mord-Sith type characters to start off with but the main one in Season 2 has been quite likeable, especially for all the humour she is bringing. Like, I lurved how she dealt with some Vegos/vegan types when she brought in some freshly killed rabbits.
Cara: I brought you dinner.
She has a couple of dead rabbits slung over her shoulder.
Cara: Quick little bastards, but not quick enough.
Vego: Thank you, but we never eat anything that’s been killed.
Cara: Actually, I found them by the side of the road where they died a natural, peaceful death.
me & lscp: bwahahahahahaha
meet her here ... spoilers alert mind you.
