Big Brother didn't win at the logies. Im shocked, this country loves BB? ;)

They/we may love BB, but it is the dirty little secret of TV. Most people do not freely admit to watching BB, and even those who do regularly refer to it as 'trashy' TV. I am an unapologetic reality TV junkie, but I am in the minority.

The difference between BB and some of its competitors is that there is a perception of no 'real' skills being needed, because all they have to do is sit in a house for a few months and be themselves.

Personally, I think it takes a lot more than that (strategic relationships, inherent personality, and good editing), I am just commenting on what I think is the wider perception.

*Nice handbag, Tim!

Big Brother 2013 winner Tim Dormer has taken a swipe at former housemate Tully Smyth, calling her a "trainwreck" and criticising her for using her celebrity status to blag freebies on Instagram.

TheFIX spoke to Tim at Nine's post-Logies brunch about what he calls his "love-hate relationship with Tully".
"We come from the same suburb in Sydney and she represents everything that I don't like about Sydney and that socialite scene," Tim told us. "She's seen at every red carpet there is, except for the Logies... did you get that Tully?"
Tim, 30, isn't a fan of the way Tully has turned her Instagram account into "a commodity", spruiking fashion and being paid for posts to her 192,000 followers....

Oh dear. So going to the Logies is a sign of 'train decorum' rather than 'train wreck'?

Team Tully, me.

I guess bloggers are now considered "Media" right... Anyway this blogger or gossip writer is actually really nice unlike "she who must not be named"
Ah I just posted about this in the housemate antics thread. Was wondering if the blogger was a member here, certainly a nicer read than "she who must not be named".
I saw your twitter convo with her, so she isn't a member.

I didn't see the follow up tweet from Alex, I googled plonker and apparently it means imbecile. *shakes head* channel nine need to ban Alex Mavljbsjousbishv from social media. Hah

Trust me.

Thae story done by Taylor is garbage.

The house is only 1 level.

There are not 500 on the fast track list.

That is All. Get back to you soon.

Been a massive day in Perth.
of course there are more than 30 being fast tracked and even the fast tracked people had to go to auditions, it has nothing to do with people who can't make it to auditions, and no I don't trust you, your information is wrong, as for the house, I will wait and see if it goes up, I hope so it would be pretty cool

'It's f****** tough': Tully Smyth reveals how she struggled to adjust back to normal life after her Big Brother fame bubble burst
By Daniel Van Boom

She was evicted from the Big Brother house back in September of 2013.
And while Tully Smyth enjoyed the wild ride, she has choice words for those who've never experienced the lows of post-reality show life.
In an honest and heartfelt blog post, the 26-year-old opened up about her life after Big Brother, including career struggles, public scrutiny and social isolation.

Racy Smyth! Somewhat surprisingly, Tully absolved Channel Nine of how she came off on the show

Tully surprisingly opened the post by absolving Channel Ten of any of the responsibility, saying that the show's producers never forced her to say or do anything.
The problem, though, begins once the cameras are turned off. In her blog she reveals'just how f****** tough it is after the bubble bursts'.
'You get cars sent to carry you from A-B, flights all over the country, publicists air-kissing you...you have the glowing prospect of a career...shimmering just off in the future like an oasis in the dessert.
'And then it all stops.'

Controversial contestant: Tully cheated on her girlfriend with fellow Big Brother housemat Drew Anthony. The two are seen here in Melbourne earlier this month, though she claims they are just friends now

The controversial contestant, who cheated on her girlfriend Tahlia Farrant with fellow Big Brother housemate Anthony Drew, said that slipping back into her old life is a 'struggle.'
Her friends empathize, but don't truly understand, and going back to her old job with tail between her legs is possible, but that would mean 'the small window of opportunity has now indeed closed.'
'You’re broke...you have to move back into your parents, live off your mother’s superannuation or borrow rent off younger siblings.'

Still pals: Tully with ex-girlfriend Tahlia Farrant, who she cheated on in the Big Brother House. The two are still friends, seen together here in an Instagram snap

And while the adoration of fans is nice, according to Tully, 'the negative comments are the ones that stick with you...now, back at home, by yourself, at 10pm at night, after a day of doing nothing...they make you feel really f****** s*****.'
She then revealed that she's sought psychological help from a therapist, as the advises all reality television contestants of all shows to do 'once a week, 6-12 months after completion of the program.'
Tully ended the post by imparting a message to show viewers in Australia, saying 'next time you think about commenting on a photo of that new Voice contestant, telling her she looked chubby in her dress last night…maybe think again.'
Since splitting from Drew earlier this year after giving their romance a shot in the real world, Tully has been photographed with her ex-girlfriend Tahlia.

I'm sorry but Tully kind of deserves it. Chased two rabbits at once, ended up with nothing. Gave up her girlfriend for a relationship with a pretty boy that didn't even last. Hopefully she'll learn from this experience.

On a side-note, Jade's looking stunning in that pic! :)
