OMG what the fuck is wrong with humanity?

It is what happens when the luciferic left manage to keep too many of the population in darkness and ignorant of The Way, The Truth, and the Light and life for too long.

Standard cause and effect.

We reap what we sow.

How are the folks in Tassie to blame for a bushfire ?

For allowing misathropic malathusian luciferic lefturdian greenazis to impliment idiotic policies and laws that are demonstrably far from environmentally friendly and plainly Do Not Work.

Delhi rape case suspects appear in court

By Amy Kazmin in New Delhi

A special fast-track Indian court established to try five men accused of a gang rape and murder in New Delhi will be closed to the public.

Hundreds of people jostled to get inside the courtroom during the suspects’ first appearance on Monday.

The decision to close the court came just before the five men accused of the attack on a 23-year-old physiotherapy student appeared before a judge for the first time and were formally presented with charges of rape, murder, abduction and other crimes in connection with the assault.

Police had expressed concern over the security of the five, given the national furore, and mass protests that were unleashed by the December 16 attack on the young woman, who died from her injuries two weeks later.

“Keeping in view the sensitivity of this case that has risen, the proceedings, including the inquiry and trial, are to be held in camera,” the magistrate, Namrita Aggarwal, said as she ordered the packed courtroom to be cleared.

Inside the courtroom before the proceedings began there was a disruptive scrum, with hundreds of journalists from India and around the world, civilian spectators and police all pushing for space.

Lawyers from the local bar association, whose members have refused to represent the suspects loudly heckled two attorneys who volunteered to provide defence counsel.

“Every accused, including those in brutal offences like this, has the legal right to representation in his or her case to defend themselves,” Mohand Lal Sharma, one of the volunteer lawyers, said.

Two of the accused applied at the weekend to turn state witnesses and testify against the other three, presumably in exchange for a lighter sentence.

However, Rajiv Mohan, the government prosecutor, indicated that he was unlikely to accept the offer, confirming that he was seeking the death penalty given the “heinous” crime. Mr Mohan said last week that DNA testing confirmed that the victim’s blood matched stains on the clothes of all five of the accused.

“The five accused persons deserve not less than the death penalty,”he said.

India does have capital punishment but only uses it in the “rarest of rare” cases.

Authorities are still investigating the age of a sixth suspect – a young man who claims to be 17, which allow him to stand trial in juvenile court and face a maximum sentence of three years in custody.

After huge protests triggered by the gang-rape, India set up a special fast-track court to try the suspects to ensure the proceedings did not drag unduly. Many rape cases in India continue for years. The chief justice of India wrote to the chief justices of the country’s states on Monday and urged them to set up fast-track courts for all rape cases.

...that fucking prick needs to die with them!... what a disgusting turd he is for even thinking that way let alne actually saying it!... if I was him I wouldn't go out at night... somebody will do him in for those comments... here's hoping... cheers.

That kind of thinking, though is endemic in India in their so called justice system.

What about the yanks and "gun appreciation day" gee the world is messed up.

...perhaps all of the yanks could take all of their guns over to India to kill all of those mongrel rapists and lawyers and any other Indian male that has that mentality and then that will solve both of their problems?... let's face it... those cowboys in the USA have killed a lot of Indians throughout their past history haven't they?... it should be an easy enough task because the Americans have probably got more guns in the USA than there is probably Indians in India... what do you think peoples?... just my opinion of course... cheers.

...it makes me think Mud that if any of ('Gun Appreciation Day' chairman) Larry Ward's or Alan Gottlieb's (chairman of the 'Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms') children were gunned down instead of the poor kids and teachers at the Sandy Hook Elementary School then what would they be saying now?... if one of the parents of one of those kids at the school snapped and then shot some of their kids dead to show them how it feels (God forbid if that happened) then what would they do or say then?...

...such things are are horrific but unfortunately do happen because of some twisted individuals... I suppose that is the way of things sometimes... unfortunate but true... just my opinion yet again... cheers.

Oh that's why they cancelled the tour- mum and her partner were going. That's sad. Brain turnouts are fucked.

No Way, get fucked, fuck off.................sorry couldn't resist, Angel chant, such fun.
I worked for mag in WA in a past life.

I was a junior trainee, and part of the job was shadowing the editor, going to interviews with her & such. She never let me come to see hot guys, kept those all to herself.
Then, she did the Angels - disappeared for the entire weekend, serepax and a lot of liquor

And India - suspect lawyer would be the bottom of the barrel piece of crap, since everyone else refuses to rep them.
Unless one dies in custody nobody cares if the cops bash them, wimps.

And men never really get how it is for women in the world, how vulnerable we are, yet we refuse to live like prisoners locked away - the threat is still there, everywhere, as that beautiful Irish lady found in melbourne pigs are everywhere.
My sister was gang raped in melbourne, it's not just India

Cowboys shoot American Indians. They're not the same as Indians from India. They're the people that lived in the USA before white people arrived like aboriginies....

One of the lawyers in the rape case in India called the victim a prostitute because she was out on her own without a relative with her. Then had to backpedal very fast.

...seriously... that ML Sharma should be debarred for statements like that... that's wrong what he said on so many different levels... I found this bit interesting in that report...

The government, which has been on the defensive over the levels of crimes against women, on Thursday promised a series of safety measures including night-time patrols by police in Delhi.

"Every police station will have at least two women police officers and 10 constables. A women's help desk will also be set up at each station," Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde said at a press conference.

...when in this report when it first happened...

http://abcnews.go.com/International...kers-accused-sex-crimes-18118096#.UOZRwXfp58E

... they actually said...

To try to rectify that, Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde announced a special recruitment drive for women police officers Thursday and ordered every police station in the capital to be staffed by at least nine female officers to make them more attentive to women's needs.

...now that report was only done on the 3rd of January and it is now only the 11th today... just 8 days later and already it has gone from 9 women Police officers down to 2 in each station... **sigh**... they are down-sizing the importance of the situation already... perhaps the system will not change over there once this all blows after all?... damn!... that's sad... cheers.
