...I've never ever even heard of a 'High Tea' until tonight so obviously I'm in the lower ranks of social circles lol!... being quite 'common' as I probably am most likely doesn't help lol!... cheers.

I do agree with this. Not really a judgement of intelligence. More so a judgement of news awareness. However, there are segments which are total who cares.
