It’s more accurate to say 35 states do not have specific laws against it, than to say they have laws allowing it, but the law, in not mentioning it, in a sense allows it. And yes, police have gotten off rape charges, when the person in custody can not prove lack of consent.Wow, Scary, I wonder how much truth is in that!
