That looks excellent, apart from the coriander. I do not like it at all. I'd replace it with parsley which wouldn't be as pungent but suits me better. How many does that serve?

Anyone know a good lobster recipe? I bought some frozen lobster meat at the markets yesterday (I wasn't paying $99 for one full lobster) but as yet I haven't decided what to do with it.

Coriander is a love it or leave it, herb. Parsley is a great alternative.

That recipe serves four people.

Now the weather is cooler, what about a Lobster Bisque? Allrecipes website have some delish recipes for lobster.

Yum now you got me wanting lobster, lol.:hungry:

Cottage pie with sweet potato topping.

The only thing I can think of that will use up all my vegetables that I want to use before they become unusable.

I'm making lasanga for my parents and for myself I was going to make a lentil and vegetable cottage pie. Kind of wished that I had some sweet potato instead of the regular kind.

...guess what I had for breakfast????... my sweet darling wife gave me 2 soft boiled eggs and 2 slices of toast cut into 'soldiers'!... my God!... how long has it been since I had that?... I loved it!... in England when I was a kid we called it 'dippy eggs with soldiers'... what a trip down memory lane lol!... (I always put lots of salt and pepper into the egg before dipping by the way)... yum!... cheers.
