That looks excellent, apart from the coriander. I do not like it at all. I'd replace it with parsley which wouldn't be as pungent but suits me better. How many does that serve?Prawn & Tomato Curry

Now the weather is cooler, what about a Lobster Bisque? Allrecipes website have some delish recipes for lobster.Anyone know a good lobster recipe? I bought some frozen lobster meat at the markets yesterday (I wasn't paying $99 for one full lobster) but as yet I haven't decided what to do with it.
Yum now you got me wanting lobster, lol.

That actually sounds delish. I want some!Cottage pie with sweet potato topping.
The only thing I can think of that will use up all my vegetables that I want to use before they become unusable.
Hmmm, tempting... Haha.
I LOVE sweet potato!
Me too! I love it baked with balsamic vinegar, seasoned with rosemary... Mmm.
I'm tempted to change dinner

I'm making lasanga for my parents and for myself I was going to make a lentil and vegetable cottage pie. Kind of wished that I had some sweet potato instead of the regular kind.Cottage pie with sweet potato topping.

I loved it!... in England when I was a kid we called it 'dippy eggs with soldiers'... what a trip down memory lane lol!... (I always put lots of salt and pepper into the egg before dipping by the way)... yum!... cheers.
