Bring back the live feeds Alex you asshat!!
^^^^THIS!!! Hahahahahaha!!!
But seriously what the hell. At least in the past years it is apparent that a large percentage of the BB viewing audience are school age kids. Starting the shows at 8:45 is a death nell to a large percentage of viewers.
That and like TraLa said, I get up at 0dark30 in the morning to get to work and being up until 10:30 at night watching BB is going to stop whether I like it or not. Work is actually suffering and that's not a good thing.
I don't have the patience to watch the show. I record it and fast forward 70 % of it.
I have to say BB this year is really boring. I don't know if it is the fact that I am watching the French version online (from 5 pm to 1 am) but nothing is happening in our BB.
Our BB is not late for me. I get up at 6:00 but don't go to bed before midnight or later.

'there was something I didn't do when you left the house'
They pash
Then tim whispers 'by the way, I'm single'

It's clear channel 9, don't have a schedule of what they are doing. They don't have a plan written out of what they want to get out to the audience and what they want the hms to give to us as viewers. They don't have a routine in place but rather execute ideas as the show goes on. It's not a smart move in the least, because it will mean they are going to confuse what they want with what the audience wants and also confuse the whole show's concept which is more than evident to all of us. the lack of organization in all this has been disappointing.
I hope Tim can give it direction, and I'm excited to see if he can influence change in the house, but ultimately its behind the hms that are ruining this for me and their lack of providing an engagement between hms and the audience and their lack of scheduling which should have been in check from the start.

There won't be pairs anymore after the first eviction? Then why the hell did they pair them in the first place? It's ridiculous!
I agree. It also didn't make sense this time last season when they put 3 latecomers in and then have a double eviction the following week so they could close the latecomers' bedroom and the halfway house. Why send in the latecomers in the first place?

I just re-read Alex's interview on here about this season. Sounds like he has already gone back on what he said:
In the most recent season of Big Brother UK, there was a constant stream of outside information fed to the housemates as well as much contact with the outside world. This really flies in the face of the number one premise of Big Brother. Can you give us an undertaking that you won’t make the same mistakes as they did? (timmydownawell)
Chris and myself are Big Brother purists – the show is in our DNA and we are dead against too much contact from the outside world.
Yes, there are always exceptions for big hit stunts towards the end of the series – I’m talking about things like friends and family nominations and the Freeze task – but even then, there is limited contact.
This year, the audience will have a bigger say in the house – this could mean we will allow housemates to read a tweet as a reward or something (obviously heavily moderated by Big Brother) and that is just a natural evolution of the format.
But yes, you have an undertaking that our house will never become a revolving door of guests and that our housemates will receive very limited information from the outside world. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Tim I'm only just catching up here - so excited to see you here (I voted for you TONS! You made BB!!) and even more excited you're going back into the house!!! Yah, stir them up! Stick up for David a bit, he might have foot in mouth syndrome but they're all being a bit hard on him.

It was kinda obvious Tim was going in the house or going to be part of this years BB in some way before the launch even aired.
I mean why have the bloke close up "noahs ark" door days before the launch show. Wouldn't make sense having him appear in that , then no more at all

im happy Tims going in. bit of entertainment surely. i feel its a bit early to call on they got the housemates wrong. as we all know we not getting to see very much of them. and i for one took a while to like them last year and changed who i liked. and i rather this BB than no BB. But agreed where the hell are the live feeds, the late shows, the updates, the challenge game shows, uncensored stuff. I miss sitting at work reading the BB feeds all day
