Hey Daltrim. My reunion was fantastic. I had a good night and it has given me the kick up the arse to start living a bit more of life! I currently have at least 10 things organised - more than I ever have! I'm trying to cram as much in as I can before I'm laid up again! I'm also trying to do more for & with Moonbaby!

Anyhoo, cheers for reminding me of other recent news where somebody appears to have utterly lost the plot and seems to me to be well on the way to a total melt-down if not mental breakdown which I suspect is largely due to getting caught in her own web of hypocrisy and contradictions.

If I were you, eliza, I'd ignore or block derspatz. He's more dinasour than sparrow, I think. He seems to only be here to pursue a reactionary political agenda and to comment on threads in a way that treats women like commodities. His comments about men not needing to be with older women, that women are thrilled to by mauled by famous men, that male sexual misconduct is relative... these statements are all completely objectionable. He reminds me of those western men from only a few generations back who thought of 'their' women as property, to beat and to fuck at will. He feigns horror at the way his middle eastern brothers behave, but his behavior is little better, just coated with a veneer of supercilious worldliness.
I intend to block him. He has no ears; bigotry knows no reason.

I do agree with you, Eliza and DS have both been around here for years so, I think she knows exactly what he's like by now. He seems to have some kind of frustrated obsession with her - probably because she won't hang off his every word like he expects that women should. There are a few here who won't and he doesn't like them very much. How dare they not stay in their place! He randomly but regularly goes off, probably when he either stops taking his meds or maybe the girlfriend is holding out on him so he takes his frustrations out on Eliza. Maybe he is just having trouble getting it up and is trying to do a bit of gorilla style chest thumping. He's a sad little man but whatever his reason, he's been doing it for years and years and he knows he gets away with it so we may as well just ignore him when he starts spewing garbage..which is pretty much all the time. But anyway, she's a psychiatric nurse so she's used to dealing with people like him. Maybe that's why he picks her.
