So it's a trend -Estelle drops in -

Do you miss being in the Big Brother house and would you go back in if given the opportunity?

I am so overwhelmed with questions, please bear with me here, I keep double posting too.....

I'd do it again, perhaps with less naivety - Although I've seen quite alot for a young person... I feel like I could have benefited from seeing previous years of Big Brother, having a bit of a strategy and realising that people are not as nice as you wish they were.

But yes, I would - Things would be very different.

Oh hi Estelle!

I do wonder if you ever had a chance to look over the 'Estelle apprecian thread' (think that's what it was called). You had some big supporters there whilst you were in the house. Also someone who knew you, used to post quite often in there and a few other topics. Forgot her name though! Maybe someone else hopefully knows?

I think I read it quite a bit when I first came out and had some time. It's still rather hard for me at times to read through the final days of the show. I haven't watched much.. But the last week in the house, despite being on TV.. Were some of the hardest for me and yes, I will admit it... Still have quite a bitter taste in my mouth, not because I didn't win. But because of how I was handled in some instances.

Hey Stell, have you dealt with more of Ben's vile bullying on the outside of the BB House?

Please set the record straight. Dont hold back.

You haven't been to Mrs Parmas before - about 10 different types of parmas, each could be on either chicken, veal or eggplant, and they even match a different beer to each one :D
i have been there before. ive even stood in the kitchen there! but at the end of the day its still a parma...

This place sounds amazing, why is there not one in Sydney?[DOUBLEPOST=1410943290][/DOUBLEPOST]

@Estelle.Landy

It's no secret there was a lot of discussion on here around how you were treated in the house. When you found out, heard or saw stuff later on was it shocking? Or was there an element of dismissing it as just being a game and not real life and so it didn't matter?

I already was mildly aware of how horrible some of my co-HM's were being, not just to me but eachother. So not all of it came as a complete surprise.

However, TV or not. We are real humans and regardless of the prize money, fame or whatever else peoples motives were for going on the show. I don't think anyone should ever be treated in a hostile manner.
We may have lived in the house and the scenarios may not have been real life but that is no concession
to excuse people's inhumane behaviours.... What I mean is, it still hurt.. It still hurts.. And that is evident in my clear reactions at times.

Being a proud member of the Stella hood, welcome to the forums and what took you so long to come here?

It seems to be a trend for ex-housemates at the moment to announce their joining.
Well yes, here I am.
I've lurked this forum since I left the house in 2012. But never quite felt compelled enough to post and join.
That of course is until now I come without pretence. Tim advised me of some of the wonderful support and passion people were still showing for me on here and I felt it was my duty to acknowledge ..

So I am here to thank-you, for being part of my journey, for supporting me, for still backing me and making me feel love even some 24 months later when most would feel irrelevant .

Once my eyes recover from reading every post in Benjamin's thread, I will be in here to speak some more.
Because I am humbled to think that anyone still quite frankly, gives a shit about what I think, thought or still feel.

Reporting back soon. xx

I'm so glad this is a forum because I couldn't stand to see u in person and always crying that's all u did on big brother was cry and people even u will make excuses why you cried it was u vs the world hahah pathetic really

And we've all known from the start these shows are edited to what the company wants us to see, since there's been no live feed.
So my question would be, when did you stop thinking about the cameras, if at all?

Nevermind, question answered elsewhere.

parmas are the bane of the industry. you know the reasoning for not having one on your menu? put one on your menu and the next thing you know youre a parma venue. thats why.

And why wouldn't you want to be? If you're getting customers, who want something that's as quick and easy to make as a parma, wouldn't that be heaven for a business owner?
