It was great fun, Igloo. Noisy and chaotic too. Just how I like it. And not a single poop or widdle where it shouldn't have been!
This is Sooty and Soxy.
We went to the pound looking for a kitten Christmas Eve 2011. They had both Sooty and Soxy there, aged just 3 weeks. They had been dumped in a donations bin. The pound staff would only be visiting the pound once a day over the Christmas to New Year holiday period. How could we possibly leave one of them behind???

More pics of black cats please. I desperately want a kitten but alas it is not feasible at the moment, and black is my preference. I love black cats so much.
They are so pretty!! I would love to live in the country somewhere covered with cats.

I have to share a sad story. I am not really a cat person, I've always had dogs.
The lady who lives opposite is cat lady, she has many cats, many many cats. Usually I groan as they are a hindrance. Sometimes I have to stop my car and shoo them away. Silly things.
Anyway last year she got the most friendly little kitten I have ever met. First cat I have ever warmed too.
Anyway, tonight that cat was hit by a car and died :-( very sad! Can't believe I'm sad about a cat!!

SO many beautiful furbabies!! Love the stories and names!! For those who posted sad news, I am so so sorry.... and know your pain. Here are pics of my two. Righty is the dark one (we also had his brother: Lefty, who passed from a car). Sunny is the little girl we got for Righty to have a companion. She's a little groomer! Loves to sit on my lap and lick my arm. Then looks up at me as if to say, 'ok, your turn' and I have to pet her or scratch her head, then she goes back to grooming me! lol. The things we love about them!
Sunny also considers herself a "healer" ... Righty needed healing, lol
