Oh come on........she gets waited on hand and foot, she gets driven in luxury vehicles, to lush events. Everything is made to look pretty before she arrives. No expense is spared for her comfort and entertainment.Never had to worry about a bill in her life
Her life is friggin EASY............and that is exactly why they all live so bloody long.
Keep things in perspective a bit, she's a cossetted spoilt aristocrat. Nice enough apparently.

For all of her wealth and servants I wouldn't want to change places with her for a second. 60 years of shaking hands and waiting patiently for boring speeches and meeting strangers would be enough to drive anyone bonkers. She's never been free to do what she liked. She might be the queen but she still spends most of her life doing what she's told in a job she never asked for. A gilded cage is still a cage. There aren't too many 80+ year olds who are still pushing the schedule the queen does.

So sorry, I disagree. I don't think her life would be easy. I wouldn't want it, not for a second.

I love the Queen but think Charles is pretty cool too.

The Queen's handbag is £1,057.00 lol. This is all I could afford @ £59.00 an iphone case.

I would have to agree with you there Wynter. A life of luxury wouldn't make up for still having to work in your 80s and never having had any control over your life. It's an extra reason for a republic - it's for their sake as well as our own.

Heavens...another ceremony :D

Not too sure about Camilla's suit though :(

Bea looks great until you get to the shoes - odd. Camilla needs to stop with the pirate hats.
And i would be tempted to swap with Queenie at thethought of never having to lift a finger to clean/cook/or wait in a line, plus being able to banish annoying relatives would be fun:)

Oooo rather a dashing rainthingy, and look at all the gorgeous Scotts lined up in their glory - shame it was wet and not windy, a little gust might.....do they put weights in the kilt hems?
