Priya Appreciation Society

Yes just like every other member of the house, ESPECIALLY the people LISTED in YOUR SIGNATURE.

NOBODY goes around planting shady seeds like David and Ryan do.

NOBODY ELSE marches around the house proclaiming they're practically INVINCIBLE and can DO THAT THEY LIKE because AUSTRALIA LOVES THEM.

Prisus has always dropped subtle one liners; she even did so before a foot stepped in the door.

She isn't a PANTOMIME or a SHOW PONY like the rest of them in there, her humour is much more subtle and witty.

Should we be expected to enjoy talking to idiots?

Could you sense MY gears grinding as I typed this post?

I love it when you get rough with me.

I feel like (and this is the common theme for the entire show this year) half of the production love and value Priya, and then the other half have this vendetta against her for currently undisclosed reasons. Because some days, and certainly before the last week or two, they seem to be very Pro Prisus, but other days it's the complete opposite. There was that one episode where Sonia opened the show basically saying, "FUCK PRIYA! SHE SUCKS! DON'T YOU AGREE, KIDS?!" and that night there were articles posted on jump-in that were like, "IS PRIYA LOSING CONTROL?!" and it was just very strange and forced, and I really didn't see it coming!

Yes exactly. Sonia only did it to one HM, and she did it to Priya. Just the way you said it

To be honest, I'm excited about seeing a bit of confrontation in the sanctuary.
No matter what the BB intent is (whether they want a bad edit for her or not), the fact is she's very smart and articulate and I'd be willing to bet that she'd more than hold her own in a war of words.
I'm hoping that it's between her and Travis and she gets to school him.

I love a woman that can stand up for herself and take the issue to their faces. It doesn't matter what was wrong or right at the time and what the arguments people are making for both, at the end of the day, Priya felt uncomfortable and therefore has a right to express it. I hate when people say things like, oh it was just a joke etc. and therefore you should feel like you cant feel a certain way. She explained herself and gave them all an opportunity to talk about it too. She handled it like a freaking boss! For me, this is a good moment for her

It made me uncomfortable to watch... but you're right. She handled it like the BOSS BITCH that she is.
