I missed this in my alerts! I make myself a minute cake in the microwave which always is handy. I tablespoon melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, flour, cocoa and two tablespoon of milk, and a egg yolk and some vanilla extract, mix and put in a greased souffle type of bowl and microwave for a minute. sometimes I add choc chips too.

i will try this, sounds so easy and delicious
