Masterchef Australia 2015

Well that was a sad surprise to see Reynold go before Jessica. Will have to look at Jessica's 'revolting red' lipstick for another episode. (sorry @Zcsund1234 & thanks for not spilling the beans!)

As for the other surprise...Yes, how predictable Mr. Sticky. It's become rather boring seeing the profs win, yet again!
 
Yes, this 'master class' was a waste of time. Just a pointless ego stroke for the judges; although I still adore Shannon, who doesn't seem as needy as the others.

I am sad to see Reynold go. He is such a good pastry cook. I predict that he will be a super successful chef in the future.

I like Jessica. She's an honest and intuitive cook who seems to have an effortless knack for creating great flavours. I also like her hair and makeup. She seems to be her own person, rather than a follower, which I like.
 
I don't want to give too much away but after discussing Jessica with my granny we no know who the finalists are thanks to a phone call. Not saying Jessica gets eliminated but I'm not day in she doesn't either. I'm just purely saying I know who the top two are ☺️ But unfortunately you will all have to wait until Sunday to find out. But wow I'm super pleased with the top 3 this year and I'm so sad it's all over in 4 days I can pretty much safely say it's coming back next year without a doubt. With time shifted viewers Masterchef this year is averaging at approx 1.13 million viewers a night. I rise compared to last years 1.001 million viewers. (0.972 with masterclasses). I'm expecting around 1.2-1.4 million will watch Monday's episode. It will be interesting to see how the voice will do ocmalred to the Masterchef semi final. I'm willing to bet the voice will flop this week. The battles are the most boring part of the show and I do think people will turn it off just to see the semis of Masterchef. I'm also willing to bet 1.8 million at least will watch the finale and an easy 2 million will watch the winners announcement. Masterchef was great this year I really enjoyed it. It wasn't as great as big brother but it deffitnly keeped me occupied for this ratings period. Great job channel ten. I'm look forward to late this year when biggest loser comes back. And I migh try the great Australian spelling bee. I also watched I'm a celeb et me out of here so my year has basically been devoted to TEN this year.
 
...Zscund I have become hooked on Channel 10's shows this year for some reason unbeknown to me... I now watch Masterchef/I'm a Celebrity get me out of here/Shark Tank/Goggle Box/The Project/Have You Been Paying Attention and even... (wait for it)... Family Feud!!!!... I don't really know why I have this affinity with Channel 10 at the moment... perhaps there's some sort of 'vibe' with them?...

...I would really love Channel 10 to pick up Big Brother from Channel 9 and produce it either next year or the year after... they would take it back to its roots as it was when they had it before... I'm totally convinced of it... **dream on Sticky... dream on!**... oh well... you never know do you?... hmmmmm... perhaps that's why I have this 'vibe' with them?... perhaps I sense that they may do just that?... as I said... you never know eh?... lol!... cheers.

I feel you! I two watch the project newely every night. I watch have you been paying attention quite regualry. And we have even started watching fsmily feud. And omg gogglebox is pure gold. I love the big fat Greek lady! But me and my friends all have a soft spot for those two young boys. But yes channel ten is doing great in my eyes recently. Channel nine have brought BB back in the picture again and it would be great if next year we could see a series of BB after Masterchef. TEN would have me watching every night for the year with I'm a celeb, Masterchef, BB, Biggest loser, gogglebox, the project, have you been paying attention. It's all coming together quite nicely and I do think BB is doing back home I can feel it! Maybe not next year but maybe soon hopefully soon

Thanks gang for all the updates on this thread while I've been traveling. The OS and Facebook are useless for updates, but thanks to you guys, I know the Glorious Georgia is still in it to win it. I'm with the others re: Reynold - he definitely deserved top 3. But I'm positive someone will offer him work and I wish him all the success in the world

Well Jessica is certainly resilient - I liked her earlier on and then was turned off when she kept ignoring what the judges were telling her, even up to the Press Club challenge where she didn't make more mousse. But she doesn't give up and has earned her place there.

I'm sorry I just can't agree about the hair though - it doesn't flatter her at all.

She has lego hair lol

...I'm worried about my girl Georgie... come on girl you can do it my sweet... I think she'll come good at the last second anyway... :nailbiting:... I hope the 'Where's Wally' girl Jessica goes because I want Billie and Georgia to battle out the final with my girl winning it... go Georgie!!!!!... cheers.
