Chuck out Deb and Jules and I would be happy, but dumping a favourite might give them a kick up the arse they need so chuck Audra.
 
Why would Deb put a mirror with the ornate at the top.. on its side? Control issues much? Who does a group wahh wahh thing in the middle of service? I think she needs to UP her hormones if she's going to use that as an excuse :p

Red deserved the win. I felt sorry for Andy & Wad on the blue team. You could really feel their frustration. Deb needs to go.
 
I noticed later on the mirror had made it's way to the ground and was standing upright, so Amina won.
 
I loved the cheeky way Amina said that she took one of the ornaments Deb said no to. I mean Deb should have had NO authority at all, but she would be a very difficult person to handle. Remember way back at the start when one of the magazines said that no one liked her? I think we're just beginning to see why (the other time being when she blamed Mindy for a team loss).
 
One of the eliminated contestants (can't remember who now) several weeks ago said in an interview that she was cold, inconsiderate and hard to get along with and that she freely told the other contestants that she wasn't there to make friends. She would also help herself to whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted it without thought to anyone else in the house. She always seems to get picked last in team challenges so there must be something in the impression that she isn't popular with the other contestants. And yeah, what she did to Mindy was a bit off. She really tried to stitch her up. It didn't work though, it just make Deb look bad.
 
Deb's making MC nasty, she also called someone (believed to be Tegan) ít' or that 'thing', she's horrible and seems to be getting some fave protection.
She hasn't made anything very interesting - and tonight she got through with a snack on toast.

Gee the Amina immunity thing hasn't been addressed at all - Aussie's won't like this, unfair play, bet she gets a 2nd chance later.
 
Very sad to see Amina go. I loved some of her dishes. She is probably the first MC contestant whose cook book I would buy if she brought one out.
 
Did you see the very lacklustre reaction from the other contestants when they announced that Deb was safe? They could barely raise a clap and no sign of a smile. I think Deb has always been a favourite of the judges though, it didn't surprise me she got through. It was sad to see Amina go and Jules did seem to be getting much more creative with her dishes. I guess we're getting to the stage where the good ones are going to go.
 
Yes I noticed the reaction or lack of and yes the judges seem to really like Deb, maybe because she is close to their age she hangs out with them a bit during down times :eek:

I quite liked Jules, she reminded me of a cabbage patch doll. I think Amina will be fine job wise, there must be some rich Middle Eastern investor out there ready to throw a few hundred thousand at her for a restaurant. I know I'd go to one she was cooking in.
 
Great recap, very funny.

It really does seem wrong that Amina went over some of the mediocre cooks left behind but that's the game I guess.
 
Amina is the 1st contestant I would like to buy a cookbook from, she's got some very interesting dishes from 2 food cultures that totally fascinate me. Is she from Melbourne? Hope so.

And - don't you think they will have to address the immunity thing with Amina eventually?

Yeah I noticed that last night, Deb went to hug her and Kylie actually pushed her away, I stopped and rewound it a couple of times to double check.
