For some reason, I preferred the first. Probably because the second time, they initially had trouble with the 3d, so from then on I seemed to be seeing every little fault in the 3d instead of enjoying the vision.
But I also think the 3d is more amazing the first time.
One thing though, you do pick up on some amusing quirks the second time, like the General and his cup of coffee, for example.
