Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

So Carraiger was right about the AFL draft, no doubt Ed is going to somehow be involved in the cricket broadcast in Brisbane too. No speculation about any catch ups with Jade. Will be interesting to see what goes down.

I actually have a similar dress (with the flowers like that, but shorter) that I wore to a friend's wedding just recently. They are in style at the moment, same goes with the doilies style dresses, which she had her bridesmaid to wear. I made fun of it too.

Haha nah its probably fine. I'm seriously the last person who should comment on fashion.

I just realised that James Bradshaw is commentating. For those who don't know, James is the president of North Melbourne Football Club, Ed's old team, so his old boss. And he is also a Channel 9 employee, he does a lot of AFL shows/stuff and on does occasions those cricket commentary for them.

Grrrr ... so it is possible that he could be doing something cricket related.

It's looking more like a certainty than ever and less likely that this trip has anything to do with Jade at all which I think may have been the point of the speculation.

Well Jade won't be going to the AFL draft, that's all business stuff.
Maybe they will catch up for coffee or dinner, with perhaps another 3rd wheel... Tim maybe? That would be an interesting get together.

I never, ever, EVER want Jade near Ed ever again.

However, I can see the difficulty, even if they were madly in love, with the two of them actually having a relationship. Their lives are quite busy and full without each other, Ed probably moreso than Jade, but she's not exactly sitting at home waiting for him to show up. They don't live in the same place or share the same interests and their career focuses are dramatically different, so unless one of them were going to sacrifice for the other, they would never have a chance.

So basically, the fact that Ed has no real interest in Jade will probably be best in the long run, because it will probably keep Jade from making bad choices for a "love" that would ultimately fail.

On a side note...if he doesn't get his own invite to the ARIAs, do you think he keeps her hanging in the hopes that she'll take him as her date?

I hope she is going solo. She will definitely meet a lot of eligible bachelors there.
I think a lot of us will be very disappointed if she gives up her career for him.
He is nothing special Jade!
