Jade has proved today that she is not as clueless as some of the hm's think (was it Ed and Heidi that discussed it in relation to Tim's games?). She is fully aware of the people and relationships around her (as proven by her nominating tactically, when many still aren't).
It was really interesting to hear her reasons for backing off from Drew. I hope we can see the two of them rekindle their friendship. I found it sad when Jade said she'd like to see Drew outside of the house, but doubt's it will happen. Again emphasising that she realises Drew has not been as good a friend to her as she has been to him in the last week or so.
Jade has said many times that she'd love to get married, and emphasised this when she said she'd have loved to have grown up in her grandparents generation, where you married and settled down young. I think she sees Ed as her 'ideal' husband, and that's why she's pursued him so much. I'm glad she realises that he isn't interested in her, and how much the hm's have pushed it, rather than Ed himself. I haven't liked the way she's chased after him, but I can understand why she's done it, she just wants her ideal/dream life to come true, so why not start by trying to catch Prince Charming?!
Fingers crossed we see her in the house next week, as I think she has a lot more to offer that house, if they take the time to get to know her, and provide a bit of friendship and support to her.
