Which thread is it btw? Haven't been on here much tonight.
I find it hard being confronted by a group too, and it ends up feeling like you're being attacked personally instead of having a discussion. Doesn't mean you shouldn't have your say, but when that happens I'm sometimes convinced that they're not really listening anyway so nothing you could say would make a difference and its hard not to bite back.

Jade is my favourite but I can see positives in Tahan too so it always gets to me when it feels like they're saying things about Jade just because they perceive her to be Tahan's rival or something.

Anyway, we all get invested, even those who say they don't, and with that comes those who take it too far. Don't let it put you off, you have just as much right to your say xx

This forum is becoming like the official big brother Australia page , it's awful you can't say anything without getting your head bitten off by disgusting Tahan fans , omg it's awful , they are defending a bully and justifying everything she has done ,also I'm not watching at all next year , it just proves to me there are so many awful people in this country , it makes me sick , big brother channel 9 letting all the nastiness happen , also covering up cheating allegations being bias towards certain housemates , it's all just too much , I know they won't care losing 1 viewer, but I'm just really done with it all and if jade goes on Wednesday , I'll stop there . Sorry just had to vent !!! I'm getting smashed by Tahan lovers on another thread , I've really just lost all hope for humanity there is so much evil !!!

Yeah ,it's pretty hard going in other threads so I feel your pain.The problem is no matter what you say ,whether defensive or attack it just fuels the pack mentality of those negative posters.If one thinks one can make a new pathway of thinking ,it's just a no through road(their way of thinking or the highway).So if and when Jade is evicted I wouldn't really bother with bb anymore.

I have been commenting based on the clip of the lunch confrontation and on reports from the show. Having seen the whole thing, can I just reiterate how scummy I find Drew? Sitting in the kitchen, asking her how she's doing when he really doesn't give a darn? Ugh. And then tonight on the live feed he tells Ed once again how he admires his ability to let things go and now says he's learned from him. What a fake guy, after his DR rant about Ed and Jade made it clear his real feelings.

On another note, Jade's good heart shone through when she rushed over to comfort a crying Madeline even in the midst of her own turmoil. She really is a class act!

Yeah what about that ????? Why didn't anyone talk about that ???? She was so upset with what happened to her , yet she still had the heart to comfort maddi who was also a bit shocked at being up I think .

I hear you Shazbb. I don't even bother going to the other threads in here; they're just too nasty. I mainly visit this thread and enjoy the positive facebook fan page for Jade https://www.facebook.com/pages/Jade-Albany-Pietrantonio/207042106137282. It is a little sanctury over there that I visit after reading the Live 'Feeds; it regains my faith in human nature after reading all the mean comments on the Live Feed. I always try to stick up for Jade on the Live Feeds pages but always ther's a negative response to what I write without fail. Some people are just so downright nasty.

I'm not a big fan of Tahan but her army is so much nastier than she is. They are vile, mean & nasty. It scares me that these young people have such low values and morals and little respect for anothers opinion. Anyway if you visit that facebook page, it is a refreshing change. The haters' posts get deleted so it's a nice positive experience; the admin has done a great job in keeping the haters out.

Like you, I won't be watching BB next year. The bias BB shows against certain hms is so evident, it does my head in. There is no way any of us can get a proper portrayal of a hm when there are only snippets of a persons character shown. And that's what the editors do, show snippets of certain characteristics of a person in order to portray some of them in the worst possible light. As an example, just about every video shows Jade hanging off Ed, yet i'm sure she doesn't do this 24/7, but it's made to look like she does. Same with her and Tahans relationship. I'm sure they do talk to each other in a friendly way, but BB just shows the bits where they talk negatively about each other. (except surprisingly in the Live Feeds there was a video showing Tahan saying how her & Jade were getting on quite well. Don't know how BB let that one slip in.)

I'm only going to watch it until jade gets evicted (which hopefully won't be this week). I'd love her to be in the final 3, with the intruders, Ed & Drew evicted before her. Could you imagine the uproar that would cause That would wipe the smirks off the haters faces, and Drew's. He shows her such little respect these days, that that would be karma to him for being so nasty to her of late. It will also send me broke in the process

Anyway my rant is over. Don't let the haters get you down shazbb. Go visit that fan page of Jades. It's a breath of fresh air away from the negativity, and have a good night

If they do have a convo, don't expect to see it. They had one the other day but it didn't make the daily show. After the argument on Friday night's show, it would be beneficial to Jade and Ed if they showed tonight's convo between Tahan and Maddy which was essentially about Tim's fabricated friendship with Jade.

It was on Live Feed so tehy obviously won't put it on repeat but that's really sad that they would emit a whole convo to suit their ends so depressing at this point

you are taking this waaaaaaaaaaaay too personally. You need to understand people have different opinions.. you might see them, others dont. Doesnt mean you are right, doesnt mean they are right.

I went on reading what you were talking about in the eviction betting odds thread. I PROMISE you.. you are not being attacked by anyone. This is how discussion works.. you asked a question, people answered them, you didnt like it, you dont need to accept other peoples opinion thats the beauty of big brother though..

I for once, didn't understand why people liked Tully. And I asked, they answered here and I accepted it. I am still not a fan, but I respected their opinions.
My advice to you to not take things to heart. And If multiple users replied to you.. just think of it as if they are excited to answer.. not attacking. HAHA

According to leesalittle, it seems that someone with a Star profile is what they want unfortunately. They may garner more viewers that way but I think they may also lose a lot more somehow.

i have read that a lot of viewers want normal everyday people in the house, they are always going on about the hosuemates being actors or whatever, i agree, thats how the show started, everyday people, remember reggie?? thats what the show is meant to be about

I have now officially switched from Tim to Jade in terms of favourites! She is incredibly nice and loyal. Although I think in BB it's ok to nominate your friends, it's great she's gotten so far without having to play dirty.

To be honest I think a lot of the Tahan hate in here has been in response to the overwhelming amount of hate that's been thrown at Jade by some of the Tahan fans on this forum. If you see a really nasty comment about Jade here (or on social media) 9 times of 10 if you look at who the poster is it's a Tahan fan. It's not really anything to do with Tahan personally, but more people feeling safe venting in this thread about some of her fans saying nasty stuff. It doesn't really surprise me because a lot of people see them as the two main female rivals, and now that Mikkayla is gone, the hate that was being directed at her by Tahan's fans seems to have been put onto Jade. Just watch, if Jade goes on Wednesday they'll level it at someone else.

I don't like the constant Tahan talk in here either, because honestly i no longer care about Tahan one way or another. I used to vote to save her every week, then I started to dislike her, and now I'm just meh on her. However if people feel the need to vent about Tahan I'd prefer them to do so in here rather than have the whole forum turn into a Tahan vs Jade Shit fight like it was with Mikkayla and Tahan.

Yes, me too. I love the way she's been able to get this far by not having to stab her friends in the back or put on an act in order to sell herself. I know she copped a lot of crap for being upset about Tim and Drew's nominations and not playing the game the same way as them, but I think she should be applauded for having the guts to be herself and stay true to people who she saw as her friends. I think Jade's a great HM. It's great to have big game players like Tim, Tahan and Ed, but you also need people like Jade who are playing with their heart to balance it out. If not you have a series of Survivor, and BB loses a bit of it's charm that it used to have.

Was she ever close with Caleb? Cos she nominated him but said all these nice things about him, same with Ben. I don't think she's playing with her heart. A lot of people think the whole "he's way too good for me" things is an act and she just wants the teenage girls out there to relate to her. She has nominated for strategy and is playing the game in that way, for sure. But there are some housemates like Ed, Drew, Tim, Mikk & K&L that she loves and didn't nominate (I think).

Thanks for clearing it up. I know she genuinely likes Ed but sometimes I can't help but think she's playing up the whole "I'm so insecure" thing as she has been on Italy's NTP and has been extremely bold with pursuing Ed. And needless to say it takes serious guts to go on BB. Maybe her personality is complex and she really is insecure in some aspects, but in some ways she is definitely confident.

Me not liking Jade has nothing to do with Tahan, even if Jade's been NASTY towards Tahan in such ridiculous and sly ways. What bothers me is that Jade's personality is lackluster, that she has no backbone, that she talks a lot of shit about everyone, that she plays the innocent card when she isn't innocent, how she doesn't seem to care about anyone besides herself and now Ed... she's the epitome of the girl I try to stay away from. She started off so interesting and seemed very intelligent, but it's clear now that her personality just sucks. There's really nothing redeeming to it.

I think most people are like this to be honest. I know I have high self-esteem in a lot of areas but extremely low self-esteem in others.
