If this is what feminism is now squabbling over than I think it's fair to say their goal to reach 'equality' is well and truly over, at least in developed nations.

As a male I find it difficult to understand why many women give this word so much power. It is only an insult if you deem promiscuity something to be ashamed of. Try calling an average male this and more than likely he'll respond by smiling taking it as a compliment.
 
Getting offended over something so trivial and insignificant as being accused of being promiscuous (oh the horror) when there are women over the world (particularly in Muslim nations where females are commonly mutilated and treated as nothing more than property) going through real suffering signals to me that it is movement wanting to grasp at any ridiculous straw to remain relevant in the 'West/developed world'.
 
Agree with the 'first world' problem thing, however the old 'Men the studs, women are sluts' must be alive and well in some quarters to warrant such a significant response????? Airing it does give it power, but it's not only women who perpetuate those perceptions culturally. It takes generations to eradicate stigma/change perceptions...........which might be a point in case. Off for a tinder (jokes!)

...whether it's true or not a lot of people might think that it's just Yoko being Yoko... a lot of people think of her as being the mad cat lady in 'The Simpsons' and won't believe her or will just think that she is saying that to the media to stuff up Hilary's chance at the Presidency... either way... would it really matter whether there is a Lesbian as a President?... lol!... you never know... this may even boost her chances for it!... first they voted in a 'black' President so a white female 'lesbian' President would be the new 'in' thing for them... good on Hilary for having a great time in her youth I say!... lol!... cheers.

I so agree with your "Yoko being Yoko" summary of what she is like. I always thought Yoko was out there and anyone who sings a song about "Crazy horses", well that just speaks for itself.:laugh:

I don't think Hillary is a lesbian but like I said in my previous post, I get a few pings on my radar so at best, she's probably bisexual. Lol, looks like the Clinton family like to have a good time on the side.;)
