Swimming Oz is tough, and they impose their own tough rules I believe they would have made the Darcey decision.

Yes, apparently she is concerned that Tom might want Suri to become a Scientologist. I think Katie should have read more tabloids before meeting Tom ~ she would have learnt how wacko he is

Meteor plunges into ocean lighting up Perth sky

THIS fiery streak in the sky amazed Perth beachgoers at sunset as a suspected meteor plunged into the ocean off the WA coast.

PerthNow reader Gavin Trought snapped the 'fire in the sky' as it appeared over Cottesloe, Perth, just before sunset on
Friday, with remnants of the phenomenon still visible in the sky this afternoon.

"The weird streak in the sky as seen from Cottesloe last night. I noticed it just before sunset," he told us.

Perth journalist Pip Moir also posted the photo she took at Cottesloe Beach to Twitter shortly after 6pm as puzzled onlookers debated what caused the colourful phenomena.

Daniel Jongue, manager at The Naked Fig Cafe, said he noticed "something on the horizon'' just before sunset.
He said the fiery trail took about 20 minutes to dissipate.

"It looked like vapour. It was red, orange and yellow and quite beautiful,'' he said.

A spokesman for the Bureau of Meteorology said the weather bureau's radar would not pick up a fast moving object like a meteor.

Perth Observatory and Astronomy WA could not be reached for comment.

On qanda last night the questions (and no doubt who he was sitting next to) seem to have got all too hard for George "betrayer of Jews" Soros's Getup! boy, Simon Sheikh, the poor diddums.

So, what does Simple Simon do in order to get the hell out of there before being made to look even simpler ?

He opts to grand-stand with a bit of water spillage (though, not TOO much .. the tipped glass is standing upright and still near half full when he is sat back up again) and a face-plant.

As the following youtube shows, he obviously put far more rehearsal into getting the emergency exit face-plant down-pat than how to then convincingly translate it into the necessary and potentially sympathy attracting retreat, uh, exit.

Take it from somebody who did a GENUINE pass-out and face-plant into a wall last year, one does NOT jump/Getup! and walk away so quickly and easily after doing so.

OTOH, perhaps Combet's droning merely put him to sleep ? :D

No, being so constipated you push so hard that you pass out whilst on the loo requires an ambulance & hospital visit, right?
 
I can't believe people believe Tony Abbott.... He said a kilo of meat would cost $100 under the carbon tax? and I'm going WTF?????? not in shock but that some stupid fool out there will believe that.

Speaking from someone who has passed out and face planted it is quite possible to get up and walk away, some of us are made of stronger stuff than others.
 
Every time Abbot comes on spouting about how he will repeal the tax I scream at the tv 'how you gonna get it past the senate?' Unfortunately it would appear no media pundits in this country are clever enough to do the same.

Any company charging $100 for meat should be dobbed into the ACCC STAT because they are investigating any companies that increase their price with no rationale. ABC Breakfast was discussing it the other day and some wedding company tired to charge an extra 5 bucks a head beacuse o the tax, yeah nice try peeps
 
he was sitting at a desk so its not like he fell over and hit his head and knocked himself out. he just slumped over then regained conciousness. its a very sickening video to watch tho. very scary. hope he is all fine now.
