You'd think by now Potential housemates would learn and not tell anyone like they are told to.

Oh well they wreck their own opportunity for telling people.
 
I don't like it when new housemates know previous housemates as it has been the case in the past two seasons since it came back on Nine. It just proves that you have to have some kind of media background to get on the show or have a starnow profile. :( It screams out WANNABES :sick::sick:

And Behind Big Brother will always find out.

Its also the demographic they target too, I don't know any of the housemates but I have 2 mutual friends with Drew and one with Xavier, the types of people the select are usually similar personalities, always a six degrees of separation thing, especially in the social circles of the city (I'm talking Melbourne specifically here but I am sure its the same all over). I remember Jamie and Katie had meet before BB in season 6 cos of the WA social circles
 
You watch one of Tim's friends will probably get in now, they all fit the stereotype. footy player / model.

Well that's incredibly unfair. o_O Why give one person such an advantage?

Wait, I don't even acknowledge BBUS and BBCAN as real Big Brother series because of the American format they follow, so I'm not supposed to care.
 
So if all housemates were notified mid July and it's not starting until mid September that's 2 months of waiting! That would be hard to keep secret! Why would they allow them to have so much notice? Or maybe they haven't been told yet?? @Goon what's going on?
 
because they weren't 100% on when the show was starting, and they need a decent amount of notice to sort their lives out before they disappear for 3 months

So that potential housemate Tim will be rejected for being revealed through no fault of his own? The only reason he has been revealed is because someone who auditioned with him has uploaded a photo of him?

If there identity gets out because they have talked to other potentials and exchanged names and details.

This is not suppose to happen and they are told that from day one.

So they will be ruled out.
 
I wonder when BB films the HM's at home/work packages shown on launch night (and later put up on the BB website)... that must be harder to hide from public/friends when it's being filmed? some HM promo is done during lockdown

I've always wondered this too. +Considering sometimes their friends/family appear in their video packages with them (moreso in older series I guess), what in the world are they told?
 
i think it's strange that the 2 people that have been 'exposed' are somehow connected to CH9 or Eve Night Club, a recruitment centre of past hms. i wonder how many of this years definites have similar connections?

A girl I know from auditions was big on the club scene in Melbourne not sure about this Eve night club but her face is plastered all over clubsguide.com
