Housemate #4 - Ben

Thats why BB has changed so much from the original idea it was supposed to be about real people being in a house watched by the cameras and us and how they would cope. Now its more about who is the better entertainer and actor. Its become just like any other drama on TV.
Funny Ben did say he went to NIDA of course he was just joking!

Yeah, that's the annoying thing. At least if there's a balance between being real and being entertaining. I think the problem with Ben is, he doesn't actually have a real human adult side. He just demands babying and to be treated like a delicate orchird by everyone. Excusing his inability to interact on a human or emotional level with that persona. Then people at home go, awww isn't he cute. And chuckle at him performing for the cameras.

Then they have the nerve to complain about people in the house like Mikkayla treating him like a child while teaching him a grown man how to do basic tasks.

LOL....this is Heidi we're talking about?
Possibly the most self absorbed person in there this year, wouldn't take what she said very seriously.

Who knows, but she would have more of an idea than the rest of us what he's actually like.

Wouldn't it ruffle feathers if it were Benny boy who won the games last night and went to the PS?
Can you imagine superiour Ed's face?
*sorry, I need a moment to composed myself* LMAO

Have you noticed no Pyjamas for Ben since Nathan arrived. Loved the swagger of the hips when he was the last one out of the kitchen before his act with Drew.

Did anyone else laugh when Tahan saved Ben and his reaction was a polite "thank you"?

I thought he'd be more surprised or shocked or excited, but he seemed to be unphased. LOL

Loved how he went in for the pash as the final "signature" act for the comedy sketch with Drew. Made me laugh lots :)

He really is a funny guy.

I have never met anyone like him before and it still astounds me he seems 100% genuine!

For all the talk about him being a "man/child", I do believe I'd love hanging out with him. I have enjoyed watching him, especially his utter comfort at living in his own world (I am a bit of a geek myself ;) )

Some of his cluelessness would piss me off, that's true, but when all is said and done, who doesn't have personality traits that grate on others?

Not sure if I want him to win as yet, but I do hope that BB changes his life, both career and social - for the better :)

I think Ben is lovely, and I love seeing him. I almost think that the House environment has given him permission to be a little silly, to be just one of the gang. Just love how he can go into character mode, those different voices, he's awesome, love him!

I agree, and I also think it's wonderful that Ben has been able to experience complete acceptance in a new group. The other HM's just accept him for who he is, faults and all and include him in everything they do. From what he said, growing up, being spat upon, and stories as such, seeing him in the house has been like watching a wonderful journey of self discovery and I've loved it.
