No, that's not from a porno. It's from one of the fabled 'lost episodes'. This particular still is from the six-parter, Copulation of the Daleks.

While we are on this subject, I cannot resist posting the famous pic of Katy Manning (Jo Grant) posing with Dalek.
Note position of eye stalk. ;)

LOL

A classic... Didn't Katy Manning do that one for Playboy at a time when
she was short of cash?

If only it had been Liz Shaw in that mini and the FMBs ..... sigh.

At least I can say I'm not ogling these women and getting in a discussion of who is the hottest Doctor Who character yet... If I were, my vote would be Dalek Thay. :p

Now, if we were in the Torchwood thread I'd be likely to be shouting the praises of both Ianto Jones and Gwen Cooper but I feel so not nerdy in this thread at the moment. Yay!

I nearly had a shock when watching "The Unquite Dead" to find that
the servant gierl Gwyneth was none other then Eve Myles who plays
Gwen Cooper........ I didn't realise it was the same till the credits...

And I'll never ever listen to the Rogue Traders in the same light as Voodoo
Child plays and millions of Tochlafane drop from the sky..... Funny I have
the Song on right now in the background :) ......

Gee NUWho is satisfying TV, it just keeps getting better and better. Do you think they intentionally picked someone for Saxon who resembles a Tony Blair type. Can I wait until next week to find out what happens? Don't think so.
I watch a bit of Who and I just want more, more, more, it's incredibly addictive - so watched a big chunk of 2005 last night, and I watched the Unquiet Dead too Meerkat, great episode and I see why they gave Eve Myles the job on Torchwood she was fantastic.

Indeed one of the favourite episodes of the first series.... Though I'm
not as big a Gwen fan as I was at the start of Torchwood. I know
conflicted characters are the norm and all, and no one's perfect but
she's really shitted me off..

That costume really is impressive for the time.... And even now I
tihink it holds up pretty much OK

Some people like to criticise the original series, but many of the designs, particularly Daleks, K9, etc, hold up so well that they don't need much work to translate them to the new series.

The old series only dreamt of having a budget like the new series does. Add to that the advances in computer effects and it's a huge difference.

But still, given the limited budget and limited resources they had, they made some amazing props and characters "back in the day".

One of the things I don't particulary like (but it's a minor thing, yeah yeah i'm being negative again) about the new series is the Tardis interior. Too fancy. I liked the old simple design. And where are all the corridors and room and swimming pools in the new one huh? :p

Ha ha ha.... was the Robot meant to look comical ? ..ha ha ha...

Throw him on a horse with a sword in his hands (claws?) and he could be ready for a 'King Arthur' movie.

I must admit that I have seen a lot worst in other films etc.
eg: Lost in Space (1969-73).

I actually much prefer this new TARDIS interior to the 'classic' design. This one is more organic, given the TARDIS is a living thing and it is also a lot darker. The old design was too sterile for me.

As for the corridors and swimming pools and all that, we've seen very little of this TARDIS. Apart from the main chamber, we've only seen his little wardrobe section.
