The nice thing about these kind of statements is that I don’t think they play to anyone but his base. This isn’t 2016 and there are no excuses anyone can make for his behaviour and there’s absolutely zero hope that the presidency will change him.

At this point I think the Dems have a good chance at building a unified base and that they really have their work cut out for them in terms of building a platform.

It's a choice between bad and worse. As bad as it is, the US can't afford to re-elect Trump. There's way too much at stake. He doesn't care about anything but himself and his grift.

I don’t think it’s really set in just how historic the last few days have been but this really sets things in place. 🤞🏻the right side wins come November.
