With Priya, I think her slow motion speech comes across as a little pretentious, and as a way of continuing to occupy a sound space while not really having enough to say to justify it. That's just her tho' not her accent.

Most people who've learnt a second language later in their life (not as kids) tend to speak it slowly and clearly to avoid misunderstandings and to be understood.

Back in the olden days (when I was a girl etc etc) we only had a handful of channels, and Nine was one of them. Over more recent years there have been off-shoots and other channels added, but there are some still considered ‘core’ (ie the originals...if that makes sense). So GO! and others are like ‘fillers’ - where the majority of content is repeats and lower-rated programs.

TLDR: BB being played on GO! is kinda like being sat at the kids’ table at Christmas. ;)
