Her mother has early onset Alzheimers, which is awful. It was mentioned during her introduction on stage on launch night.

I also think she said that bit about helping her Dad out with some of the $5,000 (and then repeated it) as a way of gaining sympathy votes. That was a heinous thing for me to think, apparently. There is not a manipulative bone in that woman's body!

LOL! I just saw it now! In all honesty I think that the producers have told the housemates they have to try to mention ambi-pur as often as they can as it's the promoters of the show. Yes, it did sound tacky.

she almost jumped in early before drew finished, and repeated affection twice, must have been nervous and laughed it off later in the scene.
prefer to believe they were handed some tacky lines, and felt a little uncomfortable repeating them.
 
Watching replay now. Tully in the first round basically shoved Ben out of the way to get into the Mini, when they didn't need to be racing.

Also, Mikkkayla says "Soooorrry" the way I say "Go fuck yourself"
 
I recorded this (thank whatever) & I will from now on, so I can skip the ads & skip the Mikes.... & because Skully won (boooo) I skipped her crap in the DR...

Actually I was glad Tim lost (I like him in the show) but it is a bit of Karma hehehe for his deceptiveness towards others, it was his to win & he screwed it up.....

I like how he said, I don't want the $$$ just the super power then when he stuffed it up ran down the other end screaming "I've never had $5000 before" waaaaa :p

I thought this as well... Like why would she need to announce that to the housemates if it wasn't to make herself look like a good person? And unless we just didn't see the footage, I didn't hear Big Brother say anything like "yes Tully I will allow you to give this money to your father" like it just didn't add up it seemed stupid that she even mentioned it once she was out of the DR. Anyway...

I noticed that too. If she's still in the house next week (she won't be), I bet Ben will nominate her for doing that to him LOLz he's so cute

She sure did push Ben out of the way! It wasn't necessary at all.
 
Argghhhhhh someone needed a multibox and unplugged my foxtel!!!!! I'm coming to bed to watch it as my goodnight wind down and am faced with disaster!! Grrrrrrrrrr. Unlike Tully I have held back on the tears ...... But disappointment levels are high

I noticed that too. I can't help but feel it was manipulative on her part but maybe I'm just blinded by my negative view of Tully.

She definitely mentioned ambi pur. An ambi pur of affection - it was out of place nod weird. I noted it as being odd but wasn't til I saw everyone's comments I realised it was a ad placement.

You have to blame Drew for setting it up. Drew has form. This is the second ad placement that Drew has been involved in. The first was the obvious "digestive organs" massage segment.

Yeah, I think you're blinded by your negative view of Tully. What she did was very nice and generous and she told the other HMs about it in case they were thinking "is she going to use any of that money to help her mum or will she keep it all for herself?" She wasn't being manipulative at all.

Fair call. I'm still not a fan of hers at all and once she gets money she can do what she wants so saying "big brother is lettig her do ..." was an odd statement but giving the money away is kind so credit where it's due :-)

I guess she wanted Big Brother to give the money straight to her dad so he doesn't have to wait for her to get out.

it was a collaboration between Drew/ Tulley, that whole scene led to Tulley being able to plug the product.
The only way that scene worked is if it was planned prior to being shown, which is not reality.
if the scene wasn't planned, i would've pissed myself laughing being in Tulleys position, at Drews "can of affection" comment.
Bet live streaming feeds would give it away.
The previous set up with Drew-Tim-Jazz was obvious, wonder how many takes it took before jazz stopped laughing.
Tim's rear outburst was most likely an added sound effect.

If BB didn't interfere and purposely setup the scenes, doubt they would have happened.

How much of this show is fake?
