Episode Day 14 (21/09/2014) Big Brother: Sunday

Gemmas kiss with Jake made me crook last night. Shes so not at the top of that good kisser list.

God she is a big unit of annoyance. But I hope she stays cos her dreadful and confusing strategy is hilarious. Can anyone figure it out?

Gemma is too awful. She's trying to be strategic but she comes across as an idiot. She thinks she's playing the game better than anyone else. She's so confident she and Jake won't be leaving, I hope Australia proves her wrong. Putting on fake tears was supposed to be strategic but it was desperate. When she was in the pantry chatting with Tim she was trying to impress him with her manipulation using fake tears, and he didn't seem terribly impressed.

The chat between Cat and Sandra in the kitchen, talking about how they both want to go after taken men made my opinions in them drop instantly. If I were Sam or Lawson's girlfriends I would be very concerned about these girls. I was disappointed Sandra made a play for Sam with the whole ear nibbling bit. I thought she was better than that.

Ok, lets be honest, during the whole Jake and Lisa thing, there was only one thing that had the interest and attention of the viewer.

I know, right?!?! I bet Tim was thinking: "WTF. What are you trying to achieve?!"

At least have a strategy that makes sense!

Her low hanging puppies???

Saggy boobs wont put out though, it's against "Girl code" :dead: thoust shall not play with ones friends...

So if she does kiss Jake at any time in the future now she will instantly be branded a slut

The only "strategic" thing she did was pulling Tim - a guy who had only been there for a couple of hours - into the pantry... To laud her strat skillz (and by "laud" I mean "insanely babble") which made no sense. Tim walked out of there going "The fuck is this bitch on about? Girl you got no idea". Just genuine confusion.

Haha, you could tell Tim just wanted to get out of there ASAP

IMO, i really liked last nights ep. Best so far. And i really want someone to make a gif of skye screaming yes whilst shoving chicken into her mouth.

Gemma is super strange, the other day she was saying to Jake that she hopes they get the sympathy vote and then tonight with the dramatic storm off and crocodile tears. It's truly weird the game she is playing in her head, she thinks she had this great strategy but it's turning people against her big time.

I kinda feel sorry for her in the way that she is going to get a lot of hate for the sympathy vote comment and such... She has not thought it through at all.
Not only that, she proceeded to carry out her strategy without discussing it first with her partner.

At least do it for charity David. Don't shave it for nothing.
I feel like Gemma has no idea what she is doing, but on the other hand, it raised a question in my mind...

I kind of feel that sexism still exists in our society, because when there is a woman trying to be a manipulator and a game player, they are labelled as a bitch, whereas when a man does the same thing they are celebrated for it. Do you think that Gemma's behaviour would be more accepted if it came from a man?
No it's not a sexist thing. Gemma isn't going about it in a clever way. A bit like Michael from years ago when he over did the strategising. It's hard to be a game player and pull it off.

I think Gemma's out of her depth and that's scaring her. She used to being the one in the know and now she has no idea what's going on or what she should do. I feel a bit sorry for. And saggytits was a complete bitch to her last night.
that's what I think too. She seemed to act in desperation and deep down I think she is scared and worried that her time is up. She seemed to want to impress Tim with her 'gameplay', but she has no idea of how to go about it. Feeling out of the loop and in closed off environment is showing her struggles

Actually I disagree.. I hated Gemma before tonight's show but I totally had a moment of clarity. The ONLY link we have to the house this year is the daily shows. And if you are the only person in the daily shows people only remember you. I think her storm off session was completely brilliant... ALL of the housemates are sitting down at the table, and all of the cameras are on the table. Gemma stormed off and what happened to the dinner? She knew that if she was inside the house the cameras would be following her because everyone else is at the table. I mean I like her, at least she is trying to get air time, and being completely successful, half the show was about her. Then in turn half of the chat on here is about her #winning

They are in the background because Gemma is scoring serious air time by storming off at dinner #brilliant

I agree, seriously why is it that people just want to date, it's not a dating show..

Also good on Tim for giving David some air time and trying to help him out. Was anyone else curious as to there being nothing about Tim and Jake being housemates. I mean clearly this could advantage Jake hugely. I know I may be too conspiracy theory but I get the feeling that Tim was trying to push Lisa onto Jake tonight so that drama ensues. Considering they are housemates I think that Tim was definitely letting Jake know that making a love triangle will get him air time and take precious daily show air time away from other people..
I get what you're saying about Gemma getting screen time - any publicity is good publicity- but it's not very endearing to the public when you say those things out aloud. She is trying to be a manipulator, which is fine to do as I loved Tim, but to do that on that level she needs some like-ability as well I think. I don't know it's just my opinion.

I agree with you about the screen time but I don't think it was healthy screen time as it just made some people like her less but I guess it showed a shitty side of Lisa, so maybe it was a win. Hmmm I'm confused, haha

I still haven't watched it!

There is not enough time to work, live, play in the forums and watch the show at the moment.

Damn you nursing career!

DAMN YOU TO HELL!!

So Ryan is taken by Katie but we haven't even seen the two of them have a conversation?

I know!!!!

I didnt realise it was that easy to get a BF in the BB house. One awkward kiss and avoid each other = house relationship.
