Episode Day 14 (21/09/2014) Big Brother: Sunday

Why would Tim tell David to lose the beard? Tim is always harping on about being a misfit, and expressing yourself as you see fit. He'd tell anybody who told him to lose the long hair to fuck off.

I think he was told to coax David into doing it, so that the show would have a "MUST SEE EVENT" for Monday night.

Yes he was obviously working to a script. I thought Dave would have held out for something tangible, like $$$$'s.

I didn't mind that episode, and it just reinforced my feelings that
a) Lisa is a see you next tuesday!
b) Gemma is entertaining with all her awkwardness and weird way she thinks she is playing the game lol.
and
c) I still dont really have an opinion on Ryan, he and a few others are always in the background.

I see an argument between Lisa and Skye in the upcoming episodes, atleast I hope there is!

Lisa and Jake.......... since when? Before tonights episode I swear they have never even spoken before and now they are all over each other.
Fuck this season has piss poor script- I mean "editing"

This is my big problem and I have said it a bunch of time. All the interesting story lines come out of fucking no where. Not that this is interesting, it just has potential for drama. Which is.

Once again we get such little of what is going on in the house, suddenly we become aware of something when it has developed to an issue.

I feel like Gemma has no idea what she is doing, but on the other hand, it raised a question in my mind...

I kind of feel that sexism still exists in our society, because when there is a woman trying to be a manipulator and a game player, they are labelled as a bitch, whereas when a man does the same thing they are celebrated for it. Do you think that Gemma's behaviour would be more accepted if it came from a man?

Finally watched it...

Lisa- I already called her a royal bitch, but I feel that is too nice a way to describe her now. I want her gone! I don't care how!

Travis- fuckwit

Gemma- I felt a whole lot of desperation from her behavior. She is scared.

I can't be effed with the fauxmances.

I love tim! The only reason I watched without forwarding as much as I do the other nights. I'm glad he persuaded David to shave the beard too. I was on two places about it initially because I didn't want this to be tim following a script from Alex and therefore trying to change someone. But I don't think he did that at all. Tim was legitimately helping out David. He basically hinted that he was favourited by many and he has the potential. Travis caught on and was worried why tim chose David. He wanted to know why, the hms will now either suck up to David or turn it up a notch in hopes to make him look like the bad person- will be interesting. But with a fresh look I do believe that the house will react whether subconsciously or not to David in a better way.

I realised I was only getting excited when tim was in the screen- these hms are caro, except for David and Priya. Also the lack of Priya is getting on my nerves now. I dont care for grown women acting like rabid 14 year old girls. Give me priya! The show isn't what is was. People with silly crushes make the cut over the actual adults in the house.

I reckon. If I were Dave, I would have said "Sure, you can shave the beard, Big Brother, but I want a cut of the prize pool for it. $10000 like Priya and Katie."

Silly Dave is not a shrewd businessman.

I'm still having serious PTSD flashbacks from Gemma MAULING Jake in the spa

Certainly in terms of Big Brother though it's the women that do the labelling, and that's why almost always a woman leaves first - they turn on each other while the men show a little bit of respect for each other in the early days. If they'd nominated individually I don't know if any of the blokes would have nominated David for example.

What is with that person? He/She also whines incessantly in the thread where people rank the housemates, crying that it was his game to start with and the meany/bullies changed the rules and they are not allowed to! Waaaaahhh. It's quite pathetic that almost 100% of his/her comments on this site amount to complaints about him not getting enough attention from other posters and not about the actual show.
It's gotta be Gemma or her identical twin
