Listening in to peoples Diary Room confessions is pretty damn low. I'm surprised Big Brother allowed it for as long as he did because they weren't exactly being subtle about their ear-wigging. It's pretty indicative of Skye's maturity level and complete lack of regard for others. David wasn't being vindictive at all, just stating the facts. Unlike Skye, who in the Diary Room rants and raves and threatens war.

Spot on.

I've met a few Ryans in my time, and they're the type that thrives in a group, but are weak as individuals. Naturally, when members of your initial clique disappear, you seek out others to maintain influence/power. Don't get me wrong, he's smart and got good social skills, but his motives aren't necessarily to do good by others. Don't forget that this is the same guy that said he'd never be friends with him in the real world (the same conversation where Lisa called him a "little weasel"). I'd like to think he's "friends" with him because he got to know him better, but the cynical, highly suspicious side of me says that it's strategic.

Also want to agree with some of the comments about David's turnaround in the latter part of the game. There's definitely a cockiness in his everyday behaviour i.e. "It's easier just to stand there and let women tears shreds off you" (paraphrasing). Really, Dave??? At least he managed to resolve that with Priya afterwards, though.

I also like that he's not putting tickets on himself to win like Skye is; I liked his modesty in regards to Cat pegging him to win. Aside from himself, I do think Ryan is more likely to be David's undoing than anyone else in there at the moment.

It was David’s turn to use the Deadly Dozen Power Play – one point per name allowed him to reveal HMs’ positions on the tally. Discovering he was safe, he checked on Skye, Ryan and Priya. Displeased to see Ryan in the red zone, he determined to save his new BFF

How could you call his power play a mess? He ensured he was safe. Though it could have been improved. Ideally, he should have revealed Priya (or not). And then thumped Skye and Priya with at least 5 each. In fact, don't even bother to reveal them. Forget about Ryan, let him fend for himself.

Yeah, that made no sense. It was like David was telling him which cushions were wet or something. It seemed like advice, not bossiness. Some of the reasoning for nominations tonight were lame-o.

Gotta love the official site; trying to force feed ideas and manipulate the public. Not obvious at all...

He really needs to stop looking out for Ryan. Forget about him. I will do him no favours.

He was counting on people voting for Skye and Priya, and was clearly frustrated that they had virtually no votes. His plan was fine, unfortunately it depended on the actions of others. Unlucky.

I am not on the official contact list for David so I def won't be getting a call! @BigSisterEm is the main contact but she is in Melbourne at the mo so doubt she has had time to check emails etc. If I can influence the noms in any way shape or form you can bet your bottom dollar I will be sending it Skye's way!

it might be like last year...Family/Friends only get to nominate 1 HM, and the HM's nominated the other one:)
